Nothing heated. No pepper, knives or silverware. I was afraid to ask for wifi(don’t have it). They suggested bacon on my sandwich for an extra $ 1.75. I’ll just go next door and get all of that. — and for free This Is Jimmy John’s, not the customers’

I use the app and placed an order for pick up, I gave them 15 minutes and when I got there my sandwich still wasn’t made, there was only 3 people in there so it’s not like they were busy, and on top of that they made the wrong sandwich, these people have the easiest job in the world and they still managed to mess it up, God forbid you gave then something challenging to do i’m not sure what the outcome of that will be

My boyfriend and I went in for a quick lunch today, ordered two simple sandwiches like always and when we got back home we realized that they didn’t put any condiments on either of our sandwiches. The staff was very nice, but I’d suggest checking your sandwich before you leave in case they get it wrong.

Called in and ordered at 9:26pm… It’s 10:44pm and I still don’t have my subs delivered. It’s a 3MINUTE drive, what gives? Thoroughly disappointed. Glad my house wasn’t on fire like in your radio commercial, I would be dead.

Just moved nearby this location about a month ago and every order I have made has arrived within fifteen minutes and had been exactly what I ordered. This is such a nice convenience and(time-related guarantee) after dealing with other nearby delivery services…

I’ve heard lots of buzz about Jimmy John’s so decided to check them out. Since I’d never been to a Jimmy John’s I didn’t know the drill. You place your sandwich order at the counter but everything else is self-service. Chips, cups for soda, cookies — everything is within hand’s reach. If you want a to-go bag or napkins you grab them off a low counter that looks like an employee work space, probably for the delivery person. JJ’s brings a lot of levity to their business with funny sayings and signs. Heck, the men’s bathroom alone is worth 3 stars, with its humorous pictures on men taking a leak. Even calling their food the world’s greatest gourmet sandwiches is tongue in cheek. But all that humor doesn’t translate to great food. I found the menu to be simple and plain. There are six 8″ subs — ham and cheese, roast beef, tuna, turkey, Italian and veggie — that just don’t offer much beyond a basic sandwich. You can get it with twice the meat and cheese for a dollar more as a giant club. Or strip it down to the bare necessities without any trimmings for a dollar less called a slim. It’s disappointing that there’s not a single hot or toasted sandwich. I think they’ve created a cute concept and they’ve put marketing muscle into their message of delivering food fast, but the food is pretty dull. Others do a better job of creating tastier food at a similar price.

Talk about lightning fast subs! I go here about 3 times a week, as I work in Ansley Mall. The staff is always friendly and the subs always fresh.

I love Jimmy John’s in general. The sandwiches are delicious, fresh, and are made quickly. I’ve been to this location 8 times or so in the past couples months and every visit has been up to the JJ standard. If you’re looking for a quick lunch or just a good sandwich, this is the place to go.

They pretty much gave me every end piece of the tomatoes on a sandwich which had hardly any other toppings, my suggestion instead of his particular JJ go to subway, at least they know how to fill a sandwich. Tried using them again and i can only say i was treated with contempt because i dared to ask for a sandwich that was not on their menu. The server behind the counter clearly hated his job and anyone who dared to ask for a sandwich. This place is awful in terms of customer service. Their food would be good but i doubt i will go back in due to their poor service and the bad attitude of their staff.

Quick service, but really nothing special here. I cannot eat bread so they wrap my sub on lettuce(an «un-wich»). While I do not eat here too often, it’s a fast meal on-the-go. It’s also quite convenient that they offer delivery(have you see the Jimmy John’s bikes speeding through Midtown?).

This sandwich place is pretty good! I only order lunch to be delivered to my office and they’re so fast! I don’t eat meat, so they always make sure my sub has lots of fresh veggies and enough provolone to make my tummy swoon with delight. Only thing I wish they had were soups and more dessert options on the menu. Overall however, the prices are quite reasonable and the service is spot on.

They are stingy on meat compared to other locations, and they close very early(so much for late night food). It’s back to Publix for me.
