This is the best subway I have ever been to. The guy who is always working there is so fast, always has personal conversation, makes your sub and gives you extra, and I always enjoy coming in. I honestly was not a subway fan previously, but I love this subway and it’s 24 hours! The guy needs a raise or to own a business!!!

The staff here is great! I work right behind here at Gadget wizardz(cell phone repair place). Carlos is very pleasant, the service is always timely and the order is always on point!

Let’s get it out of the way. This is a Subway. You know what you’re getting into. Don’t expect a gourmet, mind blowing meal. This is a review of the quality of this location. Every time I’ve been here, the employees have been super nice and very friendly. They made the sandwiches well, chatted with me while they worked, and had smiles on their faces. What more could you ask for?

This was originally a negative review, and it stood as such for about a week, but administration reaches out to me and did the best to rectify the situation. The General Manager, Kevin, made more than one reasonable attempt to reach out to me to get some more detail regarding the situation. He was genuinely interested in hearing me out, gave some background info on his stores and what he does and was really receptive to doing what he could to make things right. It was so very professional and I am elated to hear my experience was the outlier and that there will still be active efforts to improve the service of all his locations. For anyone curious, my concerns was never the quality of the food, just a negative experience with a particular employee. With that said, I would whole heartedly recommend visiting this store.

Food is really good. Unfortunately the rude staff and bait-and-switch pricing will keep me away in the future. A $ 5 footlong is no deal when a SMALLDRINKIS $ 2! The nasty sandwich maker never said two words to me. No thanks.

These guys built me a slammin BMT and because they knew I was saving half for lunch, they offered to wrap it separately and toss in some vinegar and oil packets. Clutch! Oh and I quote«it’s all about you, not us!»

Waited more than an hour. Train never arrived. Ate sandwich as I waited. Paid $ 5 for sandwich on hard bread. Not good hard, but that kind of hard that comes from bread sitting in a hot, dry place for too long. Not sure if I was part of scientific study or if I was on hidden-camera prank show. Either way, I hope the people behind this ruse burn in Hell for all eternity.

Whatever you do avoid this Subway like the plague, they have no idea what customer service is, they have no pride in their work, they are rude, they don’t listen, when you try to correct and error they make they start flinging food about like it was your fault, clearly contaminating the rest of the food. I made a complaint about the service I received and the manager never bothered to do anything about it. They don’t care about the service they provide and it actually looks like it has never been cleaned.

I ate here for lunch yesterday. ABSOLUTELYTERRIBLESERVICE! They were too busy talking about when they were getting off to care about making my lunch and I had to tell them what I wanted atleast 3 times before they finally got it. It was a bit of a sh*t show. The sub was gross, but i just wanted to get the heck out of there so I didn’t say anything. DONOT go here. Drive a bit further to the peachtree road subway. Fresh ingredients and amazing service.

I’ve eaten here many times through the years I’ve lived in Atlanta. The service really depends on who is behind the counter. This visit the order was quickly and correct prepared. The chocolate and berry cookies are the BOMB! I love the daily deals they have. If you never have always ask what is on special that day. I got a 6″ roasted chicken breast sandwich, two cookies and drink for less than FIVEBUCKS! This rocks.

This is the only Subway that I will eat at. I used to hate Subway because it seemed as though every location was plagued with employees that hated their job and in an attempt to «stick it to the man» they would make your sandwich with as little effort as possible. But not this location!!! I have since revoked my hatred for Subway and I eat at this location at least 3 times a week. Every experience I’ve had here has been a positive one. The manager of the Subway seems to always be working and he is absolutely the nicest guy I’ve ever met. He’s trained his employees to take the extra time to ask if the customer wants the sandwich cut into halves or fourths, if they’d like any part of the sandwich wrapped separately for later, if they’d like their cheese toasted on the bread before the meat is added… all simple little things that show they actually care about customer satisfaction. All their ingredients are always fresh and I’ve noticed that they always take a moment to wash their hands between orders. I know not all Subways are blessed with this kind of service and atmosphere… but this one has to be, hands down, THE best Subway in Atlanta… and possibly Georgia.

I eat at this Subway located next to Fatt Matt’s on Piedmont Road about 2 – 3 times a week. I’m writing a review because I had my bext experience there today. They are finally ACCEPTINGCREDITCARDS! Only Visa and Mastercard, but it’s a start. It used to be that they would remind you everytime someone walks in for lunch that this is a CASHONLY location, but not anymore. Also the Subway Club is now on the $ 5 menu. Yummy, yum, yum! Also today for the first time I only had to tell the sub maker what toppings I wanted on my sub only once. That’s impressive for Subway.
