What a joke. I tried to order über eats from this place. I’ve heard so many good things about their chicken. App says 21 minutes and this is at 11:15. So I get an alert saying it will be 12:41 before we can get our dinner. Not interested in that kind of wait and unable of getting a hold of anyone at über, Even my own rep since I’m a restaurant gm that uses über eats, I call the store because you can cancel the order through the app for customers. Well Nicole the supposed owner of this place answers and lies to me while sounding in the weeds that she can’t cancel my order. This is why I say what a joke. When I called her out she just straight up became hostile and refused to help. So disappointed in the leadership of this place. Didn’t even get a chance to try the food before the entire company got ruined for me. Glad they have enough sales to turn people off that way.

Like most other reviewers I wish I could give zero stars, no, negative stars. This place isn’t serving food, it’s serving fraud. It’s been 2 hours since we placed our order and its excuse after excuse on why it isn’t here. I’ve actually had the food before and it’s not even good. They charged us an extra $ 2 for ranch with our wings! Should have ordered wingnuts — at last they serve food. If you read this, please please please DONOTORDERFROMTHIS«RESTAURANT».

My friend took me here to kill some time, I was told this restaurant had the best wings hands down. And I must say the wings were very good. They were prepared just the way I like them. In addition I loved the blue cheese, most restaurants are cheap with the blue cheese crumbles, I liked the fact that this restaurant had big chunks of blue cheese crumbles in the blue cheese dressing, and the dressing was creamy and thick not watery. I didn’t like that you have to choose between celery and fries, celery should automatically come along with wings, and I was wondering why only celery without carrots. I ordered fries, and was disappointed, I thought they were fake but the employee told me they were real fries, real frozen fries not fresh peeled fries, I said«they don’t taste real», he said its because they don’t put anything on them like salt, sugar, exc. I don’t know but they fell flat, plain fries I cook at home don’t taste fake, so I could not figure it out as to why the fries were just so blah, at any rate the employee was kind enough to swoop out the fries for some crunchy celery which I enjoyed. The service was also quick and great. I would recommend this restaurant to someone and would most definitely come back again. :)

If I could rate this restaurant one star, I would. I ordered Jr. Crickets through grubhub, my food was delivered TWOHOURSLATER. Upon receipt of the food, it was ice cold. I called the store to speak to a manager, I spoke to someone by the name of Larry over the phone he was extremely rude and told me that a manager was not there to address my concerns. What type of respectable restaurant does not have a manager on duty at all times? Stay away from Jr. Crickets, their food is disgusting and their customer service is a joke.

I placed my order online. The order was supposed to be ready at 8:30, at 8:45 I got a call from the delivery boy saying he was lost. I gave him the correct directions, and he said he was on his way. That’s fine, I understand. At 9:00, he called back and was in the complete wrong area of town. I gave him directions again. At 9:15, he called saying he was given the wrong order and would have to go back and get the right one. My order finally arrived at 10:30, two hours late. If you order from here, make sure to pick it up yourself!

I had heard great things about J.R. Crickets but this was my first time eating here and I enjoyed everything… the food, the service and the price! The restaurant was clean and most of all the bathroom was clean, which is super important to me. I suggest having the Lemon & Pepper Chicken Wings, BBQ Ribs and the Shrimp. The food is served hot and in a timely fashion which is another plus in my book. Go check out Crickets on Forsyth!

Horrible, Horrible, Horrible!!! The worst order experience, glad we never got the food we ordered, I can’t imagine being stuck having to eat there after the lack of class or professionalism we were shown. The delivery driver could not understand directions, neither could the hostess who kept saying the wrong way they were driving was correct because she had an iPhone. Needless to say after realizing that the hostess was inept and hearing the driver say«uhhhh» 50times, we cancelled and ordered Davincis, a restaurant which is always perfect and delivers in 10 min!

Currently in here as a early birthday gift from a friend because she knows this is one of my favorite places to eat. Come in, it’s packed, not a problem, kind of loud, not a problem neither. The problem is our waitress. She’s very rude, and for some reason seems to be hard of hearing. She is showing the worst type of facial expressions along with her body language. She is being very short and is ruining what’s supposed to be a good time. I don’t know if it’s because she might be up there in age and is just tired, or annoyed by the previous customers in here. It shouldn’t matter. I’m thoroughly annoyed at the moment and just want to enjoy my food without further bad service thanks

If I could give 0 stars I would… I hope the so called owner/manager STEVE reads every review esp this one. The reason that most of your reviews are LOW is because your establishment that won’t last long if changes aren’t made(I.e. You need a real manager with good customer service skills to handle customers) is because YOUR customer service SUCKS… I as well as Several others will NEVER order here again and I’ll make sure for anyone who ask me from my building of 1000s of employees know to not order from this JR Crickets. It’s sad that your even tied to this franchise name who has been around ATL for so long. My exact words to you was what do you do to accommodate your customers for situations like this(we were told 30 min for delivery and I had to call in after 1 hour had passed– had 5 orders Prob totaling almost $ 50) Steve says well do you want me to bring the food or not I have lots of orders right now, I don’t give discounts or free food and I hadn’t even asked for it yet, no sorry from him at all. I asked who was over him or owner and he says you can’t report me to nobody I am the owner/manager in the worse Tone I’ve ever heard from a manager to a customer. What also really made me extremely mad to the point where I had to hang up and think of other food options was him rushing me off the phone saying that I was holding him up staying on the phone do I want the food or not… I never write reviews but this experience really got to me. What happen to the days of the customer is always right and try accommodate them the best you can? He wasn’t even apologetic. The driver I assume was already in route and was nice and said that we could def call the store back and he would give us a discount he having bad day etc etc and trying her best to take up for him because it was her father. But I’ll never order from them again and I def won’t call back to speak with him because it wouldn’t be nice at all. It should have been worked out while we were on the phone the first time. We all have good and bad days but when your in the customer service business and want loyal customers and people money this is not the attitude to have STEVE. We were so excited to have JR crickets that delivered to our job but now he lost a lot of customers.

I just left JR’s and had a terrible experience. I am so irritated, I need to vent. This review is solely based on service. I live downtown in walking distance AND love being able to stop in, grab a bite and drink in a friendly, welcoming neighborhood spot. This is usually an awesome place to go. They have this one server who is not only sweet but efficient. We visited her during the Atlanta Mike Brown riots, and she rocked. However, tonight? Tonight… Let’s put it this way, we stayed all of five minutes. First off, our server was yelling at us from another table… I guess the tv on full blast we sat under was competing?(Why the hell was the tv that loud?) We(Boyfriend and I) ordered a drink apiece along with a water for me. She told us THEYWEREOUTOFWATER, and if bottled was ok… We asked if there was a charge and she SNAPPED«Absolutely». Ok, thanks. At this point, we were done.(The environment wasn’t welcoming and I’m not paying someone for them to yell at me.) You can seriously get hot wings pretty much anywhere. Then, my id was expired(I’m 30 btw) and she wouldn’t serve me. Fair enough, I’ve bartended and that’s ok. So, seriously, good job on enforcing the rules. I guess what made me so mad was the attitude. She yelled the whole time. She was so rude in tone and delivery. Ok, it was the rudeness that got me. So damn rude.

When the restaurant has a no refund sign at the cash register … Then the hobo who helped me park outside started sweeping inside the restaurant and wiping tables. The really nice waitress recommends the chicken wings because the frying is changed daily as opposed to filtered and reused Aaah not so much! And the 5 year old with me requested for shrimp instead, scary moment … I was then charged for fresner #isthisasauce and bluecheese which i never had. They even managed to ruin the ketchup, by diluting it down. Highly concern for my belly… Now the no refund sign makes sense. WHEREDO I SIGNUP??? Unilocal needs a don’t eat here link I want my refund

In the middle of moving chaos, we decided to run out and have a quick lunch. Our criteria: must serve beer. JR Crickets was just a few blocks away so we went for it. Overall, we had a great experience! The beer was a little overpriced at $ 7 for 212oz cans of PBR, but the wings made up for it! We ordered the single(10 wings) with medium sauce, and an order of fries all to share. The wings were great — crispy skin, tender meat, and not SWIMMING in sauce. Fries were also cooked perfectly — crispy on the outside with a nice, steaming tender inside. Despite sharing a «single» meal, we both left full and satisfied. Overall, we’ll definitely be back before we move.

I tried to think of a reason to give at least two stars but I cannot. This location is located right across the US circuit court of appeals and the Rialto Center. The place is small have at least 5 booths. They a bar with very limited liquor options. I walked in with a friend of mine. Guy at the counter took our order and we paid and sat at the booth near the window. This is when the problem occurred. 5 mins later there were a party of three and were told to be seated and somebody will take your order. My body and I were like WTF! What made it worse they got there food in 15 mins while we were waiting on ours. I asked the same guy who took our order what was taking so long. He gave me this excuse that they make things cooked to order so it will take a while. By this time me and my friend were pissed and wanted our money back. The so called manager(for got his name) gave me the same excuse«we cook thing to order that is why its taking 35 mins». I asked why did party of three get there food before us. And I was shocked to here his other excuse” well they are regulars” By this end of our argument our orders were done and decided to take it to go, Again I only went to this place because my friend get food delivered from this place. And the food is not bad. I had a burger with fries and my buddy had wings. The problem with this place is the consistency of there service. We ordered first we should get our food first. We had to pay for our food ahead of time while others don’t have too. My advise to any try to eat some where else or order Togo. Waffle house has better service than these guys. Cons: Terrible service, Favoritism(supposedly regulars get there food faster and pay after they eat). Staff Excuses for the service

I never got to order! I called to place a take out order and the phone just rang for a long time. Started to wonder if I dialed the correct number so I tried calling again and got a busy signal. Called a third time and someone answered but I was told to call back in 2 minutes cause he already had three people on the phone placing orders. Are you kidding me? The best thing to do would have been to let me know that he had three ahead of me and see if I wanted to hold or call back. While I’m waiting to call back others will be calling in and placing there order… Well, guess what? I didn’t call back and I guess we will never order take out from this location or even visit this location. Update: I was not happy with the customer service so I called back to talk to the Manager. I spoke to a guy named Steve and he was apologetic. I still didn’t order take out and now I need to figure out what and where I will get take out tonight. :(
