I am an avid LOFT shopper and have had some of the best customer service and overall experiences at the LOFT store in Lenox Mall. I finally decided to give in and apply for a LOFT line of credit (to earn points since I shop so much), and we had several issues with my address and even had to call the people who handle the cards to sort it out. My associate that was helping me was extremely patient and never showed signs of frustration — I was extremely grateful!

I’ve been into many Loft stores up and down the east coast and this store has consistently has great staff. They have a stylist in store on occasion who helped put an amazing outfit together for me. Patrons can contact the store and schedule appointments with this stylist. I think it’s a nice perk!
