This store is a mess. Everytime I have been in there, it’s all in disarray and dirty. The staff is friendly but maybe under staffed? This is a huge store and I only ever see staff at the dressing rooms and check out. No one is organizing so it looks like when they return clothes from the changing rooms back on the floor, they just put them wherever so good luck finding that skirt or shirt in multiple sizes because it’s probably on the other side of the store. I am over it and won’t be returning.

This store is so disorganized, no clothes of the same type are together and you basically just have to wander around and hope you stumble on what you’re looking for. I feel bad for the employees because it seems like they are always organizing when I go in there but they just can’t keep up.

I was shopping forever 21 tonight at 8 pm, and I asked for the shoe size, the cashier was no smile at all and said don’t have it instead of help me to check. She looks like not happy no smile whole time, I think she probably doesn’t like to work there. Mean and doesn’t like communicate with
back customer service ! I like forever 21, but I don’t like to see her face again!

Employees are generally nice but the store is usually very disheveled. I love F21 but usually regret coming in this store to shop as soon as I enter. Everytime I try, I usually wind up frustrated from the disarray and leave empty-​handed. I now stick to just shopping online and using the brick and mortar store for returns only. Saves me tons of headaches (plus time) and I find better selection online versus in-​store as well. Win-​win.
