McDonalds

We went through the drive thru to pick up breakfast. Service was so slow that cars were leaving the line after having waited 5−10min. We waited 5 min to order, drove to pay window and waited 5min before leaving because no one was there. Worst McDonald’s experience I have ever had.

Went here because staying at nearby hotel. Ordered big Mac meal with extra Mac sauce & pickles. And a 2x cheeseburger with xtra pickle. Neither order had xtra anything. 2 pickles on each and a dry big mac. The store was empty 3:00 pm so order should have been done correctly. The counter girl was very friendly, however and fries were hot.

I went at 11:12am (by receipt) because this store is a minute drive from my job location and I only have 30 minutes lunch break. I waited 6 minutes in the drive thru window and then asked to move to the front of the store, the employee told that I will wait less than a minute, 5 minutes later I enter the store and asked the manager for my money back and she did. But the employee inside the kitchen didn’t know about my order, It was like it never happened. I came back to my job location with less than five minutes available to eat, this is supposed to be a fast food! Going to post on social media.

I stopped at 3:20 a.m. to get a sausage burrito since they offer all day all night breakfast menu and the cashier rudely says that they have no breakfast going on I asked why and she replied because we don’t I honestly do not recommend overnight service you have rude people they don’t even give you service after you request the name for the cashier she denies it and never respond through the speaker I do not recommend…

This McDonalds location is where the Atlanta Diner used to be (on N Druid Hills near the intersection with Buford Highway.) The McDonalds hasn’t been around more than a couple of years and it started off well, but the workers are now batting close to 1000 on getting orders wrong. It has happened over and over and over. Yes, I’ve complained, but it’s just gotten to be too much. There hasn’t been an expression of concern (not even an apology) all the times I’ve called to complain to the manager. I’ll be taking my business to a McDonalds which is about a half mile away from this one. The extra gas to go a little further is worth it.

As far as McDonalds restaurants, this was one of the best ones I have seen in Atlanta. Clean, new, friendly cashier and the WiFi was pretty fast and worked most importantly.

Fastest McDonald’s for miles. Staff works fast and store prides itself on speed. Clean bathrooms and we’ll lite lot at light. Great spot

This McDonald’s service was hideous first of all I was staying at the hotel right behind it and I decided to walk there because I didn’t want to drive because it was so close they were closed in the dine and refused me service @ the drivethru because I was on foot and the manga her said «nawh shawty we can’t serve you. I told her I’m over 30 years old. And she couldn’t have been any older than 23. She closed the window. 1:25 a.m. This took place Next step corporate

I usually don’t review fast food restaurants but at this location, the service was amazing. Latavia, was the the person that helped us. She made us feel really welcome and we greatly appreciate that. So if the owner of the mcdonalds is reading this, she is a great employee!

Rude! The girl at the drive thru window was so rude that I didn’t even want to place my order. I just left

This is a New Mcdonalds which is conveniently located next to the Doubletree by Hilton. My only con is that sometimes the inside is open 24 hours… and sometimes its not. Make up your mind, which is it gonna be. I have walked there plenty of times and been turned away by a locked door.

Nuts and bolts: I had a early offsite meeting for work and the granola bar I ate just didn’t last. So I stopped here on the way into my office.
Order: My usual breakfast order– sausage biscuit meal with a sweet tea.
Pros: Sausage biscuit was good. As was the hash brown patty and the tea. Two lanes to order (though I will admit that can make it tricky when you are pulling around to pay and can back things up).
Cons: I told them I wanted lite ice in my tea. I confirmed that this was understood on the screen. However, it failed in implementation. Also, they did not give me a straw for the tea. :-(
Take home: Everything tasted good so I will be back. But I will make sure before I drive away that the order was followed correctly and that I have everything.
