Rude, disgusting, sketchy, and perhaps every other negative comment possible. Staff could care less. Management cares less than the staff. Once recently, I placed my order in the drive thru at 15 minutes prior to closing. There was only one vehicle in front of me. 20 minutes later(no joke), I finally reached the window only to watch«Christopher» throw out my food and proclaim that they were closed. I asked to speak to the manager. She refused to come to the window. My 13 year old son and I went to Steak and Shake next door. A much better experience! Reported the situation to the franchise owner. In truth, they may have cared less than Christopher and the«manager».

Worst service ever. As soon as we pulled into the drive through to order the woman yelled at us saying, «There’s 9 cars ahead of you!!» When all we asked for was our total(since she read back the wrong order 3 times). From the time we were in line until we received our food took about 30 minutes. I don’t expect much from McDonald’s, but I expect at least to be treated with common decency… especially when the employee’s rude, condescending tone was unprovoked. This place is nasty, but their staff takes the cake.

This is, without a doubt, the slowest, most ghetto McDonald’s location ever. Yes, even more hood than 38th and Illinois in Nap. Why, you ask, because with only one car in front of me on a Sunday morning, it took 20 minutes to get our order from placing the order to actually getting it. Much less getting it correct. Service does not exist. They ignore you cause you are bothering them. Avoid at all costs.

I will drive through this Mc D’s on occasion to grab a coffee if I don’t have time to run into a «real» coffee shop. The coffee and espresso drinks are ok, but not my favorite. They do move the line really quickly though, which is great when I’m on my way to work.

One of my friends works for a company whose biggest client is McDonald’s. She hooked me up with several coupons to get free McCafé Frappés. They come in two flavors(mocha and caramel) and three different sizes. The frappes are new this year( ) and is one of the products McDonald’s is advertising heavily this holiday season. I must say they are pretty good and addictive. I’ve picked up several from various locations in metro Atlanta. All the frappés are made by an automated machine, which crushes the ice and mixes all the ingredients together. Iced coffee and whipped cream with caramel drizzled on top = yummy. This particular Mickey D’s location is two stories and has free Wi-Fi, large flat panel displays, a children’s playground, and a giant hand painted mural of the Atlanta skyline.

Truly frightening dining experience at this McDonalds. Not recommended unless you are making a documentary on bad service and/or heath hazards. Highlights of my 10 minute experience: * Line cook sneezing into a wadded tissue that she keeps and re-uses in her shirt pocket. No gloves, very unsanitary. * Another line cook stirring drive-thru customers’ coffee drinks with a spoon that she took out of the wrapper with her hands(no gloves) and touched with her fingers before sticking into the coffee. * One employee(not sure what her job was) wandering up to me at the cash register and singing(literally) «someone stole my underpants. They could be blue or they could be yellow». Unforgettably lyrics, that’s for sure. I think this person may be mentally unstable? * Complete disorganization at the line, long waits for simple orders. * My biscuit was wrapped in torn paper raising all sorts of questions about the back of house. I won’t come here again unless held at gunpoint, and recommend the same approach for anyone other than Muzzy himself.

This place has probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced. My fiancée had warned me about this place and I did not believe her until I experienced it first hand. First of all we went there at night and they took only a portion of my order at the call box before they rudely told me to pull to the window and when I got to the window I decided to finish telling her my order and she was very rude the entire time. Then she started handing me items that I didn’t even purchase and excluded stuff that I had ordered. Then I didn’t get a reciept with my order and she continued to be rude and argumentative the entire time. This place sucks a big one. Oh and although the sign says 24 hours they close.
