This probably has to be the worst location ever! They run out of products, the delivery time is always longer than quoted, and the product is presented very sloppy. I actually put in a complaint to corporate about my last order due to skimpy toppings and even a missing topping on the apple pizza/pie. I can’t order from this location again. Oh and my food was not even hot.

Ordered a pizza and a couple of sides online at 7. The confirmation email said 30 to 40 minutes. An hour and a half later there’s no sign of my pizza. I try to call the restaurant to see what’s up. Rings 10 times and no one answered. So I call the online ordering corporate customer service number(who were very helpful, no thanks to the local restaurant). He says he’ll try to contact the restaurant. A couple minutes later he comes back on and says he wasn’t able to get through to the restaurant after three tries. So I have the guy from corporate cancel my order and get in the car to go out to eat. 40 minutes after that and more than 2 hours after I put in my order originally, someone calls me to tell me my order is on the way. Sorry, you can turn around I tell him. Just hoping that I won’t find out that they still charged me.

Promised delivery in 1 hour and 20 minutes. No pizza 2.5 hours later. Store is 0.7 miles away. Been ringing the phone for 10 minutes with no answer. I don’t think we’re getting our pizza tonight.

Wish I would have checked Unilocal before I ordered. Currently on hold approaching 15 minutes, trying to get status on/cancel an order that’s 1.5 hrs late and counting. I live a mile away from the store. Corporate Papa Johns should shut this place down. The comments here are consistent and its obvious that the franchise management is not in control or doesn’t care. It’s a disservice to the brand.

The employees who handle the food don’t wear gloves. That’s a health code violation & very unsanitary. I usually carry out, and that’s how I noticed it. Won’t be going back until I know they wear gloves everytime and bring up their health code score. Now that I know wearing gloves is not important to This Papa John’s location, it makes me question how clean their place really is.

It’s funny cause no one thinks to look at Unilocal before ordering Papa John’s, but you’ll wish you had after dealing with this location. DONOTORDERPIZZAFROMHEREIFYOUHAVEANYOTHERVIABLEOPTION. I repeat: under no circumstances should you get your delivery pizza here. Took FOURHOURS to get to me and half the order was missing. Calling the store to check on my order was pointless — the phone just rang and rang. No one ever picked up. And corporate can’t/won’t do anything about it because store locations are franchises, meaning individually owned. Seriously if this is your delivery location just go with Dominos. You have been warned.

I’ve never had a worse experience with a pizza place. The food was delivered three hours after the order was placed, and when I called after two hours no one picked up(for over five phone calls). When the food finally arrived, we were missing one of the two large pizzas we ordered. Just don’t get pizza from this place. Choose any other chain, or even any other papa Johns location. At the very least, don’t order if you’re planning on doing anything but waiting around for the next four hours.

I really wanted this Papa Johns to be great, but they constantly mix up my address, don’t have the order right and wouldn’t answer my phone call unless I switched phones. Horrible service.

Four hours ago I ordered a pizza with no cheese online. Two hours ago I got a pizza with cheese. I called and was told a replacement would arrive in 45 minutes. 2 hours later, another pizza with cheese arrives. I called and was told they would send a replacement. I declined and asked for a credit on my account and asked to speak with a manager. I was told one was not available. Then I suddenly was given a manager who told me they would credit me and hung up. I have a feeling I won’t have a credit next time I am foolish enough to make that mistake again.

Is there a way to give 0 stars!!! I have ordered from this store many times over the years. I’ve never been so disappointed in the service to review them or complain. One time I ordered a pizza and within a day my roommate and I both came down with something that knocked us out for a couple days. Of course we could t directly relate it back to the pizza. But now I’ve had it with this place. I ordered a pizza 6:30 on a Sunday through the Papa Johns app — which I normally do. My confirmation said the estimated delivery time was up to 41 minutes. So around 7:30 when no pizza had arrived and my hunger continued to grow, I called the store. I was immediately put on hold without asking or even greeted. When the rude girl came back on the phone and I explained the situation she said Delivery times were over 2 hours. I explained that it said 40 minutes and she repeated herself with only«delivery times are over 2 hours». I said that was unacceptable and that I wanted to cancel the order and speak to the manager. She said it would take up to 3 days for the funds to hit my account. Her response was«ok but he’ll tell you the same thing». She puts me on hold and after 15 minutes with no pick up from the manager. I gave up and surrendered to my hunger and drove to little Caesars. When I got home — the delivery guy was in my driveway and I told him I had cancelled it. I called back 10 days later after the charge had not been refunded and the girl(pretty sure it was the same one) said she didn’t see where it was cancelled and the reason I never got it was because they don’t deliver to me.(Umm the dude tried to deliver a cancelled order). I asked to again speak with the manager and was told they were in a peak time and he could call me back. Never got a call back — that was 2 days ago. So finally I’ve email Papa Johns customer service — we will see if I ever get my $ 17.25 back for that pizza … It’s not a fortune but it’s the principle.

I ordered from this restaurant last night for my 7 year old son’s birthday party. He invited two of his friends over for late night pizza and movies. I am HIGHLY upset over the customer service and unsatisfactory performance of this establishment. Let me start off by saying I live a mile away from this restaurant, so I contemplated not even doing the delivery option but instead pickup. I decided against carry out and chose delivery. The pizza order was placed online and at 10:30pm to ensure we had it wayyyy before midnight. I could not have been more incorrect. After not receiving the pizza and it was 11:20pm, I called and was put on hold for about 10 minutes while they tracked the pizza down. Meanwhile I have 3 kids who are hounding me about the pizza and where it’s at. Another employee answers the phone and I again ask where my pizza is and give her the address and she replies with, «It’s on the way» and hangs up. WOW. So 12:09AM hits and guess, what, NOPIZZA. I call again to the store and get a recording telling me the store is now closed but that all deliveries are on the way. Obviously not since my pizza has been being«delivered» for awhile now. I understand they were busy and 30 – 40 minutes is what it was estimated, but this was ridiculous. By this point I am infuriated because I go online and look up the reviews through Unilocal. No surprise here, this restaurant has horrible reviews about delivery and customer service. Go figure. I now have 3 hungry kids waiting for a pizza that may or may not come. I put the kids in the car and by this time everything is closed. We have to go to the nearest grocery store that’s open 24 hours to buy a frozen pizza to feed these hungry mouths. At 12:30AM, the delivery driver finally calls my phone and tells me he is waiting outside my house. I tell him no thanks, send it back and I’ll be in contact with his manager. He wasn’t very friendly and made it seem like I just wasted his time. The nerve of this restaurant. I just left the store and didn’t have my card it was charged with so I am going to call the GM when he comes in an hour and do the refund on my card over the phone. BUYERBEWARE, read the reviews before ordering from here. I’m not sure what the disconnect was last night but it was sure to ruin my son’s birthday. I was also informed that this is not a corporate store and independently owned, so they have no corporate email I can send to. I plan on taking this higher.

I like very close to this location so the delivery time is always quick. Despite the close proximity, I usually select delivery for convenience. The food quality is consistent with was I expect from papa johns. Last order, the driver forgot my Sierra Mist. As soon as he greeted me, he apologized and went right back for it. I like this location for is consistency and good pizza. The drivers have been friendly as well.

HORRIBLE! I’ve ordered from them a couple of times and it’s been okay in terms of the delivery guys but the staff at the facility itself is horrible and the pizza is always cold when it gets here(probably because I’ve had to wait over an hour each time… Ridiculous!). Last week I was pulling an allnighter because I had an exam the next day so I placed an order online and was patient for the 40 minutes they ask of you. An hour later, no pizza. I called the store to see what the issue was and the guy that answered said«Thanks for calling Papa Johns, sorry, we’re closed». I said to him, well I’m just checking on the status of my pizza, I ordered it over an hour ago. He said, «ma’am, all my drivers have been sent out. So it’s on the way». One week later(today), still no pizza.

Horrible customer service. Extremely rude employees. Extended wait times at hours where there is no possible way they are busy. No sincere apologies or anything to try to compensate for the lack of customer service. The only friendly person was the driver. Too bad they are the ones who have face customers and to deal with the problems the management should be handling.

Terribly rude ghetto trash drivers. Ordered a pizza online paying with a credit card adding a 3.00 tip. Driver forgot the receipt im supposed to sign when ordering online so as I finished autographing a napkin, the driver rudely asked«so you not gonna leave a tip». Instead of taking the time to explain this to extention wearing chicken head on my lawn I simply slamed the door in her face and promptly telephoned the manager to inform him of his horrid excuse for a delivery driver and to take the $ 3.00 off my AMEX charge. What was I thinking living in EAV and ordering from a cardboard chain. I’d rather give my business to the local pizzeria in EAV!!!

After being on hold for 15 minutes, decided to stay on the phone while driving 10 minutes to the location. After walking in(while still on hold) I see that there is no one on the phones taking orders. They just put you on hold and walk away.

Terrible customer service. Sent my wife there to pick up pizza with my credit card. Didn’t have her name on it so they wouldn’t take it which is understandable but the girl at the counter was very rude and loud about it. I spoke to the so called manager about it and he wasn’t the least bit concerned. Please hire people who are professional and want to work.

I was extremely disappointed with our pizza tonight. The mushrooms had a distinct sour taste and when I tried to call to notify them about the issue the MGR told me «Sorry but I was wrong». So your pizza is supposed to taste rotten? Horrible food and horrible customer service. There are 4 other pizza restaurants within 1 mile of this place… I think we will choose Grant Central or Village next time. This pizza was GROSS!

Very glad to have pizza delivery now in Glenwood Park from Papa Johns. I’ve ordered pizza a couple of times and my recent carry out order was wrong. The manager came out and promptly apologized and offered me an additional breadsticks at no charge. This is real customer service and I will be back.
