The worst service I’ve ever had. Waited over an hour, then was told by an employee that service on my car had not even begun. He laughed and walked away. I requested my keys and stated I will not ever return. Another younger employee literally pouted at me and tried to flirt me into staying. Never again.

I went to this location this morning simply to get a turn signal replaced. The associate told me it would be thirty minutes for the car to be ready. An hour later I went to see if it was ready yet, and he hadn’t even gotten the replacement bulb yet. He offered a very weak «I’m sorry» and told me to go back to the waiting room. When I finally did get to pay and get my car, he never said anything other than the price and didn’t even give me an itemized receipt of what he had done. I never got a thank you for your business or a real I’m sorry that we didn’t let you know about this delay. Horrible service. I cannot speak to the rest of the staff but this employee was rude and very unhelpful.

The store manager at this place was changed few times. Maybe upper management realized that there is a serious with this specific store.
They did some work on my car. It is more like hit or miss. Parts and labor are overpriced. I had ASR light on and they couldn’t figure it out even with their computer diagnosis. Later, I realized myself that both my stop lights in the back went out and I replaced them myself … the light went off … speak of professionals !!!
You always end up waiting longer time that you should expect, even when the srvice is pretty simple and routine.
Shop around … you will find better places …

I took my Honda in today for oil change, tire rotation and alignment. Garrett was courteous and professional. He even gave me a ride back to my condo so I didn’t have to sit and wait. He suggested my brake pads needed replacing also. I ended up doing this also but there was no pressure. Great experience. I will return.

The employees here were nice enough, but after an oil change one weekend they didn’t put a sticker on the windshield. When I asked for one they couldn’t even recall what the mileage was on my vehicle without me starting it up and looking at it. They had quite a few cars to service that day and seemed rather shorthanded. I’m not saying they didn’t, but it kind of made me wonder if they even did the oil change.

The team here is friendly and efficient. Garrett and Mark are great managers and do their best to make sure you’re happy.
Both times I was greeted in a timely manner, the repairs were explained and I left much earlier than expected.

I had a wonderful experience. Jenny at the Peachtree Rd. location helped me with honest advice and just a good attitude in general. It is hard to find a trustworthy mechanic, as someone who does not even know how to change a flat tire, and I have found one in Pep Boys Peachtree Rd. location. I’m moving to a different neighborhood, but I will be returning to Brookhaven for all of my car care needs because of the great experience I had here.

I showed up at 9:15am with a 9am appointment. I had called the day before and made this apt because my check engine light came on in my Audi. This was Sat early evening. Audi was closed until Monday and I needed to drive home to FL ASAP. TJ was there to check me in and was very nice. He was honest and said that there was a chance they could not tell me what was wrong. Audi’s are very complicated. He stated that it would be $ 45 to run a diagnostic. I agreed. The mechanic did run late showing up for work, but gave me an answer within an hour. He could not tell me what the issue was (go figure). TJ was so kind and understanding and did not charge me the $ 45!!! I had a long drive home ahead of me and with a check light on. I was very stressed about that. He took pity on me and I don’t think most would have done that.

I ended up here last September because I had let my bad brakes go on too long and was desperate. They advised that they would have to replace the rotors as well — good chuck of $. But lesson learned.
As I sat in the waiting room, they called for me to come to the desk to show me I needed to repalce my filters, air and cabin (I advised I could do myself — afterall I brought the car to fix my brakes!).
Over the next week, I still heard screeching from light pressure on brakes — I figured they were new so I’d give it time to even out. After a few months, I went by and spoke with the main guy who advised all brakes screech and to give it more time. If I wanted — they could fix it but it would take hours — so I figured I could live with it. Last week, I decided to take it back in and when they reviewed stated they only fixed my rear brakes and my front brakes needed to be replaced. I stated I would not get them done there and left. I took my car to Eurasian (trusty guys but far out) they replaced the brake pads and told me that some of my brake pad clips had been removed and not put back on!!!
THERE ARE BETTER PLACES TO TAKE YOUR CAR — UNTRUSTWORTHY!!!
