This used to be the oldest running hotel in Atlanta until Nazar Properties, LLC purchased the property in October 2013 and conducted an incredibly beautiful renovation of the space.
Due to high demand for student housing, the owners decided to lease out the units to medical students, interns, and college students — both undergraduate and graduate from nearby technical schools, community colleges, and universities. Leases range from month-​to-​month up to a year starting from $ 725/​month up to $ 830/​month.
This place stands right next to Ponce City Market and sits diagonal from a variety of shopping options, such asWhole Foods, TJ Maxx, Home Depot, and Staples just to name a few.
