This is the classic airport rip off. Example 3 chicken tenders, a package of potatoe chips(in the bag), and a bag of honey mustard sauce plus a beer — $ 22. This is at most a $ 15 snack. But worst of all they have no shame, they serve the food in the bag like it was gourmet !! Trash. Don’t eat here. Sam Adams get your name off this dump !!

Updating my review from 1 star to 2. The $ 10 beers are still too high in my opinion, even for 20 oz. I am raising the rating because their director of operations was considerate enough to address the problem.

Worst service I have ever had. Hopefully you have a 4 hour layover to give you enough time to wait for your food and drinks.

We just stopped for one it was good. I had the spiced Bloody Mary kinda expensive but it came with bacon! The server was very friendly and had a big smile.

Food was good and the service was even better! The bartender, kabresha, was very attentive despite the bar being busy. The guy next to meet was looking for an outlet to charge his phone and she offered to plug it in behind the bar for him. A great experience for a hectic airport!

So bad, the beer was warm and in plastic, my friend ordered a martini grey goose and received a drink in a small plastic cup and it was not a grey goose martini, they said that their bartenders did not know drinks very well, stay away! What you think would be consistent is horrible. Go to gate E(one flew south) Duck sand which was awesome.

Two stars for the good vibe from the servers. I so wish I’d looked at Unilocal prior to stopping here on the B Concourse. The speakers are really loud, the chips & salsa are $ 9 for broken chips and watery salsa. Don’t stop here — eat at Willy’s instead and grab a beer/drink elsewhere.

Sam Adams should be ashamed to have their name on this place. I had the Turkey Bacon Ciabatta. Think middle school cafetria turkey(the one with the slime) with some thin bacon and big assed tomato. It was awful and not worth $ 12. I have no problem spending $ 12 on a sandwich, but at least make it taste good or give me some fries on the side. Luckily I wasnt in a rush for my flight as getting the waitress to come back over for our check was an act of god. Stay away…

Would not eat here again. Ribs were so tough I couldn’t get the meat off the bone and what I did get off was fatty. Had to ask for things several times. Not good.

Great breakfast, fast and friendly service. Traci J is the best : —) They don’t charge inflated airport fares for beer!!! If you must eat at the airport, do it here.

They should just stick to drinks. Waited for my wings to long, and they were cold. Had a flight to catch so I did not have time to have them remade. My draft beer was poured into what looked like a glass pint glass… it was plastic. I’m surprised Sam Adams put their stamp in this place.

Good service and decent food. I had the Sam Adams Summer Ale with a half rack of ribs at the bar. No complaints about the beer. Maybe I was being impatient due to the fast food concessions nearby, but it was worth the wait. Not altogether thrilled with the BBQ sauce, but was the meat tender! Everything fell apart when I tried to cut the ribs apart. Out of the half rack, only two bones kept their meat. AND the meat had goof flavor by itself. That’s pretty impressive for airport food. The sauce was ok. Too much like Arby’s sauce or ketchup for my taste. I’m not a BBQ expert by any means, but maybe it’s just that I don’t care for a tomato based sauce.

Decent Beer! All Sam Adams picks. The service is ok at the bar. The bar tender can be rude at times. It’s a decent spot to pick up a quick beer.

Very poor. I just ordered a beer and a shot from this airport bar. The shot of Gentleman Jack was highly watered down. Approx 30% water to spirit. The staff did not acknowle or appologise for this issue but did remove the shot from the bill at my request. Avoid the spirits here or at least be careful!

Super fast service, friendly service, and cold brews… Southern hospitality at its finest! Great place to spend your layover. Food is pedestrian but just grab something from one of the myriad other options and then chill here with your Sam Adams beer, cider, or cocktail. I ate at the location in Concourse B.

This not your typical Sam Adams Brewhouse I agree with one of the other reviews I’m surprised Sam Adams lends it name to this miniature circular bar even at an airport. I don’t think this represents the brand very well I think the beer on tap was cold when it was poured into the steaming hot glass? I’m not a fan of warm domestic beer so you may want to keep walking if you have any expectations at all of getting something remotely enjoyable. When I commented on the pour I was told they use a dishwasher with really hot water to clean the glasses thats a positive I guess? I could see it was a waste of time going any further with the young bartender whom likely never tasted a beer. Disappointing to say the least now you know.

They are less packed than the rest of the bars, but they only have two Sam Adams taps. Weak sauce. The drinks are your typical overpriced airport drinks, with service as fast as the bartenders can go, so forget that personal touch if that’s what your looking for. They have five taps(although only three of them were up when I visited) and about a dozen bottles. Unfortunately most of the bottles are standard beers(Bud Light, Heineken, etc.). Luckily they have a fully stocked bar and a beer + shot deal(as per the norm for airports); although, it was slightly higher than most — $ 16.80 after tax for the beer + shot ‘special’ — ouch. Their food menu is very limited, but they don’t seem to mind if you bring food court items to the bar. This may have been for only the bartenders I was dealing with, but given the menu, tempt fate — what could the possibly do, not serve you overpriced liquid bread(i.e. beer)?

Even for an airport restaurant this place is sub par. The food is average at best, the service poor and the food selection poor. At lunch they have one waitress who’s also the bartender, waiting on 35+ people. Had to chase her down for a fork to eat my salad. The T terminal in general has few options for food. Best advise eat before the security gates

It’s an AIRPORTBAR, people! What did you expect?! ANYhoo, I was quite content. I had a slight layover and I was extremely ravenous, and I wanted a wine pronto. I walked and walked until I finally found my stupid gate, walked past this place because there were no seats… walked to some other bar&grill restaurant in the other side of the terminal and that place was standing room only, forget it. So I trekked back to Sam Adams and lo and behold a seat opened up at the bar. THey had two or three people serving at the bar and they all seemed to be pretty with it, I got my white wine right away(and I really… really didn’t care how much it was). I was impressed to see a black bean burger on the menu. I ordered it and it came out quickly and hot. It was a nice presentation, with lettuce, tomato, avocado spread, and two pieces of warm pita bread, plus a bag of Lays potato chips. Again, I was ravenous, who cares if it’s chips or fries. The spicy black bean burger was surprisingly very tasty, great portion and just enough. I don’t think it was more than $ 6 or $ 7. The female bartender brought me a second glass of pinio grigio and I was happy. I didn’t have to wait long for a drink, they were really on top of it and this was the day before Thanksgiving, super busy in the airport. My bill was around $ 18, what I would expect at any bar in an airport.
