I always get exceptional help from this location! Hands down the best location in Atlanta! Have tried many others here and the one in Alpharetta is the worst. Gives it a bad name. EVERYONE shop at this location!!! It’s the best.

I wanted to recognize the great customer service I received at this store. I am a bride to be so after numerous bridal showers I received a ton of gift cards so I was very excited to use them. Well after a pretty bad experience at Victoria Secrets Perimeter Mall (bad, just bad customer service) I was greeted by a very happy and enthusiastic Soma rep named Emma. She greeted and me and asked if she could help me. I told her I needed to be fitted for a new bra. Instead of looking like she didn’t want to be bothered like the clerks at Victoria Secrets, she excitedly escorted me to a fitting room to get started. I walked out feeling good and will def go back. Customer service is key folks. Thanks Soma Perimeter Mall for making this bride to be feel special. I only wish I could trade my 400 dollars in Victoria Secrets gift cards in for more Soma cards.
