This Starbucks is located inside Cumberland Mall –smack dab in the middle, right in front of the Macy’s entrance. I came on a Saturday morning and was in a line of two, myself included. It took me about 5 minutes to make my order, with a staff of two baristas. The reason being is that they take and complete orders one at a time. It surprised me that as one barista was making a drink, the other would either just keep the other barista company or would clean. I won’t be coming back to this Starbucks unless I’m looking to kill time at the mall.

This starbucks location is too hit or miss. Either they have great people working, the food stuff is fully stocked, and they have all the crap to make your drink or its the total opposite. Once I saw gnats in the food case so I stopped getting the food out of the case. Idk man, it’s like go at your own risk. Your coffee drink could be hot or tepid. Your food stuff could be really amazing or it could be cold and stale.
