Always hang out in this area. It has for a good location and the baristas are super helpful and they make the best brews around this area. Always love coming here

Sat in the drive through line for 30 minutes for a coffee, won’t be doing that again. Longest line I’ve ever sat in at a starbucks find another one. Barista Monique was not compassionate and had us sit at the window for 10 minutes. If you can’t operate a drive through properly don’t have one at all.

There are some slow and lazy baristas at the drive thru window(specifically the one with black curly hair). She told me to go inside to order because she was backed up(I forgot to place my order)

It’s a Starbucks so great décor, vibe and coffee is delivered. The park is pretty terrible, but if you’re ok with parking by the walgreens and walking over it’s no biggie… The staff are cool, maybe too cool because orders aren’t über fast, but will cut them a slack because 1st world problems, you know… Overall it’s what you’d expect from a stand alone Starbucks joint. Keep doing your thing Howard Schultz

Never have had an issue at a Starbucks location until coming here. I stop here every morning and the last three times coming here they’ve completely forgotten about my order to the point I have to remind them what I ordered. I’ve seen much busier Starbucks operate at a much higher efficiency than this location. There is no reason I have to keep reminding them of my order each morning.

Newly renovated with a nice long, high top table in the middle. When the weather is nice, the patio is spacious. Staff are quick, friendly and frequently meet clients and friends here. It’s located next to Walgreens. Where there is extra parking.

After a couple bad experiences, I have to say this is my lease favorite Starbucks location, by far. Their drive-thru runs very slowly. They’ve gotten my order wrong multiple times, which causes me to wait at the window for my drink, which is probably why it takes so long to get to the window. I’ve had a great experience with only a couple of the employees, but there are another few who make me feel like I am inconveniencing them with my visit. With so many other Starbucks with wonderful customer service, I would choose this one last. I agree with the parking as well. It’s difficult to see to turn, but if you’re familiar with the area, there are a couple other ways to get here without too much trouble. Cobb pkwy is a nightmare many times throughout the day so keep that in mind.

We came to this Starbucks to initiate PSL season(wink, wink) … Patio view kind of sucks right now with the view of the stadium construction. Staff is super nice, they sent a barista out to adjust out umbrella shade. There is patio furniture made for deep sitting. There are regular Starbucks table and chairs as well on the patio. Clean store and regular food selection. I did see a sign for a city council meeting on 9÷21÷15 for a wine license … Here’s hoping!

I dislike the parking here since it is tight. The customer service is fast and quick. They are very friendly. So 3 stars for them! They also have a patio(small) but it works especially for the weather that we ware having now.

Slowest service ever! This location sucks! I’ll stick to the Vinings location. Sat in the drive through for 10 minutes and eventually had to pull out. And now I’m late for work with no coffee! And this is not the first time that this has happened at this location.

I really want to give this place more stars, especially since Starbucks gives me so many rewards stars, however I just can’t with this place! The people are nice but the service is ridiculously slow and inconsistent. By slow I mean, baristas are not bartender equivalent at this location. Inconsistent meaning, how do you mess up a latte’. Let me elaborate. Drive thru line between 7−9am is unrealistic. Not only are you dealing with the local business traffic but also the travelers traffic since it is right off the highway. Kudos to Starbucks for having us all addicted to your liquid crack, however, I really need this locations to get better plan in place for faster and more consistent service. 3 stars, because when you are ridiculously slow, you always make sure to comp the people in the drive through line. thank you for paying me back for my time.

I love Starbucks and this place has terrible customer service. Literally, the barista/cashier is the first person you’d speak with in the morning and having an attitude when he/she is getting your order isn’t the best way to be greeted in the morning.

3 stars because its Starbucks… This one specifically is clean, fast, nice working space. My one experience here is marginally better than my one experience at the Starbucks at the corner of Paces Ferry and Cumberland Pkwy. Parking lot is a little tight.

Nastiest cup of coffee I’ve ever had served by the grumpiest people I have ever seen at a Starbucks. Maybe it’s because the coffee tastes like sweaty taint so thy don’t have anything to drink to spruce them up. Ugh, this coffee sucks.

«Can I get ya anything? Coffee? Tea? Me?» — Working Girl(1988) To be fair, I have only ever been through the drive-thru on this Starbucks, but they do a decent job. My biggest complaint is getting in and out of the place — you have to take your life into your own hands and you can barely tell it is even there. Tucked away off Cobb Parkway — blink and you will miss it — you cannot get into this place without a U-Turn if you are driving North. Then when you try and get back out again — right turn only and people are driving faster than the speed of light — make sure you drink is safely tucked away in your drink holder.

The pin for this Starbucks is in the wrong place — it’s NORTH of 285, not south of it. It’s got a great drive through for the people going south on Cobb Parkway to get on to the Interstate. The few times I have driven by before my stop today, it was always very busy. So today, I zipped past the line of(ten? twelve?) cars, found a spot, walked in, ordered my coffee and breakfast sandwich, received my coffee and breakfast sandwich, returned to my car, and left. And in that time, the Gray Nissan that would have been in front of me still had six more people in front of her to go! Several folks in there at 8:00 pecking away at laptops. But there seemed to be enough space for spreading out.

Fast, efficient, knowledgeable baristas. Line can be long at peak times, but they are fast. It’s a pain if you are coming northbound because you can’t bust a U on cobb pkwy, but many people do. Great location for my Starbucks fix!

Dropped in on a drive back from Atlanta. The coffee hit the spot and kept my eyes open. I used their bathroom too and it was clean. No regrets.
