Omg never coming here again. I wish I had read the reviews before coming here for B1G1 for Sandwich Day. It was a struggle just to place my order, from the girl not understanding anything I was saying to her giving me 4 leaves of spinach every time I asked for extra spinach. She acted as if she harvested the vegetables herself she was being so stingy with the toppings. THIS is why people will ALWAYS choose Publix subs over Subway. Publix employees are nice and helpful and are more than generous with the toppings. Oh, and to top it all off, the bread on my sub was dry and tough! What a waste.

I hate this subway. I mean i really hate this subway. The people there are rude as can be and never look happy. They allllways try to jip you on everything. The bread is never good and the overall meal itself is just horrible. It was always on the way back from the gym which was convenient but every time i hated myself after. It honestly ruined subway for me for almost 3 months. DONTGOTHERE. Travel another 2 miles and go to a different one.

Luckily the salad was decent but the servers had no idea about the Subways products. Yasmin couldn’t understand what I was asking for. Tried to put that weird patty chicken in my salad instead of strips as advertised. Didn’t know they had a vinaigrette, gave plan vinegar instead. When I asked about salad dressings pointed to the mustard and mayo choices. Arggh. It was too frustrating to order that I won’t come back for a while!

I went for some lunch the other day. The place was packed. The line moved quickly, the store wasn’t spotless but not«dirty» by any means. The staff was in the zone. I’ve never been a huge Subway fan but I have to say, this place had their ish together. Sandwich was good, it came out fast and the staff was friendly. I’ll definitely be back.

Two years ago I probably would have given this place a 4 or 5. They food was always the freshest, cookies were the cheapest, and they were quite nice. I went recently and is was just okay. They were friendly enough, I guess. But it annoyed me that they didn’t have any of the specials listed. The world knows theres a sub of the month every month, most, if not all Subways has this posted somewhere(sometimes on a huge sign in the window, sometimes on the marquee, sometimes even both). But not them. I had forgotten what the sub of the month was, but I knew it was good and had chipotle sauce, I was inquiring about it and they were acting like they had no idea what I was talking about, instead they kept mentioning the sub of the day. I told them, its okay, and decided to go to the car let my phone charge a little so that I could just google it. Low and Behold, it was the Chipotle Chicken and Cheese($ 5 footlong for December). I knew it had chipotle sauce, which is what I was telling them. Anyway, I went back and told them what it was, she began to sort of half heartedly make it. In fact, I had to mention it a couple of extra times and ask them about the sign before they«caught on». I’m assuming they didn’t post it because they wanted to make extra money and charge people full price for chicken subs… I get the hustle, but you’re a franchise, you can’t do stuff like that. Be fair and nice and clean and have fresh ingredients and we will love you and keep coming back. Suffice to say I won’t be coming back to this location anytime soon unless I just have to. LOCATION: Off Ponce de Leon, its sort of hidden and very very easy to miss. But it’s directly across the street from the Car Wash(formerly Cactus car wash). It’s next to Havoline Oil Change and Angel Nails. Not too far from the Whole Foods/Home Depot plaza also not too far from McDonalds/Zestos. The parking lot is also quite small.

My sandwiches are always fresh, but that’s about all I can say about this place. The customer service is not good at all. They are not friendly, don’t welcome you for coming and I don’t know if I’ve ever gotten a «thank you.» Hmm do they really deserve my business???

Not typically a chain restaurant fan, but I do enjoy Subway. The fresh bread and the create-your-own-sub win me over. What amazes me most about is the distinctive scent that fills every single store. It must be the bread. You don’t want to eat in a place that smells icky, do you? Even in Barcelona and Dublin, Subways always have that same scent. Miraculous. Furthermore, I love those giant cookies. Peanut butter, please.
