I’m not a fan of Subway, but this is one of the worst I’ve been to. Quite surprising for such an upscale location. I don’t know why the lines are so long at lunchtime, I guess people are too lazy to walk the extra block to Colony Square. Definite language barrier here. No one seems to know what a croûton is(that was just the latest trouble I’ve had here). I’ve tried this particular location a few times, and have never seen any of the workers so much as crack a smile. If you ask for something outside of «the norm»(like cheese, instead of meat, against the bread) they look at you like you’re crazy. I would rate a normal Subway at 3 starts. This one barely gets two.

Very clean. Customer service on point. Parking is tight but at least the wait for your sub isn’t long. I go there all the time and never wait in a long line.

Subway Store #45516 is a relatively new Subway that opened near the corner of 14th and State in the same building as House of Hookah and Wasabi Grill. It’s convenient to Georgia Tech and Atlantic Station and directly competes with Jimmy John’s across the street and the Subway in Atlantic Station itself. I stopped in here recently to grab a late night bite to eat. The customers were mostly Tech students. This Subway is narrow and has limited seating. Mostly tables for two. Outside, parking can be tight. Inside, it’s clean, brightly lit, and decked out with security cameras(for this area, they need it). I noticed this store scored a 99 sanitation rating. I usually enjoy their footlong sandwiches loaded with everything. I tried the Spicy Italian, one of the $ 5 footlongs, on this visit. The Spicy Italian features pepperoni and salami as its meats and I had the sub toasted on Italian bread. The employee packed it with every vegetable available and it made a satisfying sandwich(I was hungry). The veggies were fresh. Overall, not a bad Subway.
