If I could have chosen no stars I would have. So I will try to wrap my experience in a nutshell. My extensive compliant will be with the BBB and other official sites. Let me start by saying it is shameful when you try to support your culture businesses and it comes to this. So where should I began, I visited this establishment for the 2nd time on this past Sat. 2÷6÷16. I was reluctant because I was not impressed the last time I visited the club for someone else’s b-day. However, that was a while ago so I took the change thinking they may have better staff with professional demeanor and better customer service. Well, I was clearly wrong. I decided to celebrate my b-day at the last minute because I was ill the past week so I wanted to make sure I felt up to it. At any rate this caused me to request reservations(onine) for the next available both’s. I get to the club– I’m greeted and a young lady says ‘Well we can not seat you until half your party arrives” No Problem. I was expecting 15 – 20 people. After about an hour I asked the young lady if we can be seated now as my people were coming in. She states«Oh well, you can sit at this both until 11:30pm, then we have it reserved for someone else» No problem. As we are sitting there– already feuding with the rude waitress that wouldn’t take our order because she says it’s after 10pm and we are suppose to leave at 11pm! No sooner then she said that the manager(I suppose) comes over and says we were to leave the both by 11am. Then were told we could get a both if we brought a bottle. On top of that. the rude little waitress broke my credit card and gave it back to me with no acknowledgement or apology that she broke the card. o wrap the night up My party arrived we had to move both’s the other party that supposedly had reservations came in at I don’t know 12:30ish and literally left a hour a so later. We asked for a hookah –received it well over a hour later. So, basically this is where I’m at with this establishment. You never know whom you serve in your place of business– this is why customer service is very important. This club is so money driven that you do not see how important customer service is. Just to add me and my party spent money at your establishment that was far from the issue. Establishments such as yours tend to fail because you don’t care about your customer’s, all you care about is what you made that night. Yo really need to pay attention to your staff and how they interact with your customer’s. I would think each individual that comes into your establishment– you would want them to come back regardless who they are. Your customers make your business, without us there’s no SUITELOUNGE. As a business owner myself, in my opinion you have an un-inviting, unprofessional, non-customer service staff and this would ultimately cause people to not come back. Such as myself and my party.

The service oh boy! First we arrived at 7:45 with no reservation and asked how long the wait would be. The hostess response was due to the traffic and we don’t have a reservation it would be a while. Umm she did not answer how long the wait was going to be. Finally after asking again she told us an hour. We wait at the bar. The bartender the worse no personality at all. The drinks were ok but when we got the bill tip suggestion started at 18% wth! No thanks she never came back to check us. So we finally get called for our table. The hostess takes us to our table. There are people seated at the table the hostess is asking them to move and they are resistant but after her being persistent they finally leave the table. The waiter comes brings water no glasses or silver wear. He returns we place our order. One order came out and the remainder two about 10 minutes later. The food was good but the service had turned me off from ever returning or suggesting this place to anyone.

Came here on a Saturday night with a friend. We sat at the bar which was empty at about 730 pm. Most people there were at a table or booth eating. The drinks were average. I had the salmon tacos which were pretty good. As the night went on. It turned from a restaurant to a night lounge vibe. It became a packed house around 930. A live band with a male singer came on about 10pm. They played 90s r&b. My friend and I left about 1030 so not sure how the place was after that.

In a word… GARBAGE and here is why for me. Ill start with the rude and angry looking chick who sits at the table on the right when you first walk in. She has zrro customer service skill and could seemingly care less about your patronage or the $ 20 fee she commands you to fork over before entering. I went on a Saturday night and the place was packed. This normally and in most places would suggest that business is good but you wouldn’t know by the rude staff at Suite Lounge. Not a smile or ounce of professionalism in the place. Thug bouncers and security. Rude and disrespectful waitresses and more cops out front than there are policing the crime ridden streets of Atlanta on a Sat night. Hard working, professional and well dressed people should be better appreciated. Nightclubs are regarded as being a part of the booming hospitality industry, like hotels and restaurants and for the people who choose that as a career, you know to always respect and show appreciation to your customer. Something I dare say has yet to take hold with regard to black business and patronage. U batting those eyes and buckin’ those teeth all day for white folk though huh? So anyway, for those yet to attend… Think twice, go early, don’t pay $ 20 to park if don’t mind a little walk and be prepared for all that I’ve mentioned here… Enjoy! I’d like to add a bit of clarity to my review here for the sake of not sounding like just another passerby but rather that of a conscientious consumer who happens to be black. Im not sure who the ownership consist of and wether they are«black owned» or not. I received a reply vs apology from a staffer who suggested that these type of online reviews and responses matter to them. I only hope the message gets through to their staff… we march, beg, plead and moan all across America for respect and justice. But at the end of the day and in the smallest of ways, from city to city, how we treat oneNother remains the greater issues. Night club or the White House…

After a demanding week at work, my husband and I desired a nice chilled spot for some romantic away time from the kids. Saturday Night Date Night was in full effect. We got all jazzed up and arrived around 9. Valet parked our car($ 20) because we planned to stay to after dinner to meet up with some friends for a birthday party. We entered the lobby and the vibe was nice. Everyone dressed to impress, live band was playing grown ups music, great lighting.(Very inviting) We waited about 10 mins then was escorted to our seats. The staff was very courteous and funny from their initial greetings to the end. Our server was excellent and very knowledgeable about the menu. We started the night off with an appetizer and cocktails. We had Seafood Dip w/Pita chips.(DELICIOUS) My husband ordered a Top Shelf Long Island and a Something Suite for me.(LET’S JUSTSAYTHEYDIDN’T FORGETTHEALCOHOL… ALWAYS A PLUS!) Ok now for the main course, I inquired about the Lobster tail, our server recommended that I have the Fried Lobster tail and Mac&Cheese. I was a lil iffy because I never had that combination, let alone a fried lobster tail. I tried it. My husband had the 14oz Steak and Loaded Baked Potato.(OOOOOOMG…DELICIOUS!) The meat was juicy and tender. Everything was very tasty and flavorful. It was sooo good.(Now my rule: We will spend good money on good service and food any day. An establishment, such as this one, can’t be pricey and nasty. That just doesn’t make sense in my book.) We loved it. We were very satisfied with everything. So to recap our night: The ambiance was chilled, service, drinks, and food were excellent AND the bill was under $ 100. Holla back! Our experience, as always, was great. Keep up the good work guys.

Love this place! The ambiance is nice and sexy for a date night or outing with your friends. They have a live band or a Dj for entertainment. They are very organized and to top that off the food is great! The only downfall is that they only have valet parking for $ 10. There is no self parking at all. All together I give them 4 stars. I will be returning.

The service was slow. The manager was requested and never came. I wonder if he was partying. The server had to text him because she could not locate him. It took a minute to get silverware… as in my food got cold before I got my plate. We got up twice to get someone to bring it to us. Fries were brought out to the table cold. Took forever for someone to just come to the table. Don’t plan on eating here again. Too disappointed.

Not really a big fan of this place but my friend really wanted me to come with her. First off the valet parking is really high we were told it was 10 $ drove all the way out there and it ended up being 20 $. Really 20 $ to park is really ridiculous for a restaurant. I parked around the corner which wasn’t to bad and it was for free. We got in before it became a club so it was free to get in. Seating didn’t take to long but the service was horrible. It didn’t take to long for my food to come because I was the first to order, but the rest of my party food took way to long. Waiter/waitress kept brining the wrong food to our table and it was cold once it arrived.

I purchased a hookah on Saturday night and was extremely disappointed. The hookah was over packed with tobacco, causing the tobacco to burn and making the taste very unpleasant. Also, they used a paper napkin to hold the tube in place which was unprofessional and also did not work because the tube repeatedly came out. Lastly, no one came to move the coals around, change the coals, and/or check on the hookah. I spent $ 40 and wish I asked for my money back. I thought that since Suite Lounge has a hookah lounge connected to it, the hookah would be amazing, but I was apprantently wrong. I do not recommend anyone order a hookah from Suite Lounge!

I used to see this place when it was Lucky Lounge but never got the opportunity to stop by. But I liked it. I came for a friend’s bday. It was on a Wednesday night so there was no crowd by far. I enjoyed the atmosphere. Your typical Atlanta lounge. But very nice. I had the White pizza… I think that’s what it was called. Any who, it was amazingly yummy and only cost $ 10. I paid $ 18 for 2 people including tax and tip. Very affordable and filling. Next time I’ll try the chicken and waffles. The person next to me had it and it looked so good. The music wasn’t bumpin that much, but it was a Wednesday night so I didn’t expect much. I would like to host my bday here or at least come back at a busier time like a Friday or Saturday to experience the vibe.

Went there for a party, Valet was rude and when I left they charged me an additional $ 10 after I already paid $ 10 upfront. Already left a bad taste in my mouth where I already hate to valet my car period but then having to deal with attitude right of the gate and yes I blame the Lounge because they pick who works for their venue Wait Staff was friendly and attentive, food was okay but very overpriced. Overall ambiance and atmosphere is not where I would be back. Saw manager yelling at his staff and treating them as a commodity, not my type of place. Very unprofessional and I have to give to the staff that they didn’t take it out on their customers. I need to update this post: Luckie Lounge added an unauthorized charge in addition to just my regular tab which I was not aware of. So they ran my card for my tab and then ran my card again for another $ 100+ tab that I have no clue about. Will never go back to this venue. There have been several discrepancies with friends with their«billing» at this place.

Yeah, I am a fan. Suite used to be called Lucky Lounge sometime ago and still located on Lucky Street in downtown Atlanta. If your new, its about 2 blocks from the Aquarium. They offer valet parking for a minimum fee but you look around you can easily find free parking on the streets within the surrounding area. Here’s a hint, look on the residential streets of the condo community nearby. The interior is well designed. The foyer entrance leads a large rectangular bar in the middle of the floor with seated dining to the right and rear of it. The kitchen is behind the dining area. To the left of the bar are the restrooms, which are typically attended by personal with grooming items. Straight ahead of the bar is an open area for entertainment. I have seen it used as a dance floor or set up for a live band or performance. There is another bar to the far left wing of the lounge. I cannot remember the color scheme but it is very relaxing and easy on the eyes. Don’t miss the staircase just pas the restrooms. They lead to an upstairs patio with a bar and that leads to an outdoor patio. In the summertime and summerlike winter days, this is the place to be. Often they have 2 different events on the same night here. Private events seem to be usually held on the upstairs patio. The last time I was here there was a live jazz event downstairs and college night upstairs. Drastically different at the same time but it worked. Check it out.

Never Ever Again. EVER. The Good: Decent food & Service. Ambiance… well, it is clean… the décor, interior, etc. The Disgrace: I went to Suite on a Friday, unbeknowst to me, it was comedy night(if one can call that comedy). I have read reviews that this place is «upscale». I disagree. Understandably, comedy can get raunchy I suppose, in the name of fun or humor, but I hate when comedians low rate, degrade and disrespect. I never heard the words«b**ch and n**ga as much as I did in one setting in this venue. Not to mention the encouragement women twerking for their birthday on stage. Opinions vary on this type of thing, but my unapologetic opinion is Suite is NOT upscale. A dress code is enforced, that is about all that is upscale. I suppose it depends on the individual. Another important note: I have never been to suite on any other night/occasion, so maybe it gets better…

Well, I take this place with a different approach. From the last time, it didn’t work out too well. It was happening again, but I turned on the don’t care mode and enjoyed my night. Come enjoy yourself with beautiful people, wonderful atmosphere, and live music from band, artist, dj. Enjoy your beverages and have a safe way home. God Bless.

Suite has been my go to lounge/club when I’m in the mood for clubbing this entire year. There are other lounges in the area but Suite on Saturday has a grown and sexy crowd 30 and over with a dress code that influences a mature audience. Unlike some other lounges here in the ‘A’, Suite actually has chairs at their bar so people can sit and eat or drink without having to be in a vip section or make table reservations. The drinks tend to be strong and the bartenders are typically attentive. The roof top is extra sexy with couches throughout. Most holidays that involve drinking can be celebrated at Suite. The most recent holiday I partook in was Halloween which I was there in full costume and I have added photos to give you a idea of the atmosphere. Saturday night includes a live band at around 9pm and then a DJ follows around 11pm. The food is decent but not a highlight for me so I won’t go into detail. I usually eat before I arrive. I wouldn’t suggest eating on a empty stomach so if you have to eat here the food is ok. If you enjoy good music, dancing, a upscale ambiance then Suite is definitely worth trying on a Saturday night. Recently, I made a visit to Suite on a Friday night and it was totally different than Saturday. Friday night seems to have no dress code I saw hats, sneakers, jeans that didn’t fit. The DJ on Friday night was good but the crowd looked to be 25 and older but not sophisticated like Saturday night.

Had the jerk wings and honestly didn’t like them at all. I must be too spoiled by all the dekalb county Jamaican restaurants. They tasted like they were cooked earlier in the day and just re-warmed. Seasoning was off too and they had a few fruit flies buzzing around. Very nice lounge. Valet parking was $ 10, but I just parked on the street. Nice fishtank. Didn’t get any drinks or stay long enough to hear the DJ, so I can’t comment on that.

Had a great time at Suite Lounge, we arrived on a Saturday Evening for a friends birthday celebration. I was also meeting up with a group of other friends that were visiting from out of town(so I was back and forth between the VIP table on the dance floor and the lounge area near the bar). It took about 45 minutes for my guest and I to get a table suitable for 8 people, but we did get one. Food They have a descent menu of small plates, order the salmon Tacos and Confit Wings, the wings were really good. They were lemon pepper with honey drizzles over them… Nice. I can’t remember the salmon tacos so they may not have been that good. I drank wine the majority of the night. Drinks range between $ 8 to $ 12. My friend order crab cakes that she absolutely loved, they were small but good. Music The music was great, good mixture of old skool and new skool. Ambience Grown & Sexy, a lot of people on the dance floor, many more around the bar area. They began dimming the lighting after 11. Dark! Parking Is completely out of hand, they were trying to charge $ 60 for a parking spot when we arrived. We found a $ 20 spot about 2 blocks down from the club(side eye). I actually like Suite Lounge, had a fun time. I would definitely return.
