This company was referred to me by former neighbors who used it and I was glad to hear the rate they paid. Cleo came out for the initial consultation and provided a folder of helpful information and everything was documented (what they cleaned, how much they quoted, how often they would come, etc.). The service was great, but then started to dwindle off and became less consistent over time. There was also inconsistency with who would clean my house — there was a different couple each time, but I will note that I only used the service every 2 – 3 months.

Naoya and I have been using these guys for awhile now, and they are dependable, reliable, thorough & detail-​oriented. When you call, ask for Cleo, one of the owners. She will arrange for a time that’s convenient for you, for an initial consultation. After you’ve set up a time and discussed your needs, they’ll come back as often as you want.
We used this company to replace a former cleaning service that was just not as consistent or thorough to our needs. Total Maintenance has definitely proven a great choice since then. Price-​wise, they’re in-​line with other services, so you’ll pay the same as going with someone else, but you’ll get better results overall.
