This place is basically one giant hangout for Georgia Tech. Wednesday night and karaōke nights are almost completely full and hard to walk. During lunch the place is almost empty but gets crowded for dinner. The food is pretty awesome for a sports bar with fabulous pizza and sandwiches. Parking in located behind the building or down the adjacent streets. As someone who went to Tech and has friends who work here I will always love it!

Passing by, working the area from out of town. Pizza is about what Id expect… bar pizza. Food was average here. Salad could’ve been fresher. My waitress was awesome: friendly and on top of it. Cool little vibe here

This is a bar. Why did I get pizza here after the superb pizza yesterday in the southeast part of Atlanta is my fault. Good service, bad, unstructured sloppy «pizza.» Made for drunks.

I remember going back in my college days. I felt like food was great back then or I could’ve just been really drunk and don’t remember it being that bad. Service was horrible, couldn’t get a beer for like 10 minutes, At least the beer was still cheap. Maybe I am just grown up for this place or nostalgia just tricked me this time.

Great food! Great atmosphere for sports and beer! Not expensive at all! Not the best service but when we had an issue with the food, the manager was very understanding and took care of it right away!

This pizza joint has been featured in the Internship movie, but the food here is just ok. The place is a bit rusty looking, not sure if that’s intentional or not. We got a Buffalo Chicken pizza pie (medium size) to share between 2 people for lunch. We wanted to avoid the loudness of the dinner crowd. I like buffalo sauce flavor in moderation, but this pizza had too much. It quickly overwhelmed both of us. We had to ask for blue cheese sauce to tame the flavor down a bit. If you love buffalo chicken a lot, then this would be a perfect choice, but it wasn’t for us. Nothing about the crust stood out to us either. Service was great too. We might go back to try their other pizzas.

Had been here before quite awhile ago and really liked it, but the pizza today was just barely a grade above frozen pizza. Salad was bland and boring. Our server was very sweet and attentive. I just do not recommend this place when there are so many great pizza options in Atlanta. The place also seemed a bit dirty.

This place is absolutely terrible. The manager Chris is extremely rude as well as his new side kick Riley. The food is mediocre and the service poor. Patronize at your own risk!

Good local pizza very close to Georgia Tech. We ordered Alan’s Wing Pizza and added bacon and it was pretty good. The servers were very polite and the drink prices are almost unbeatable. I’ve had better pizza in Atlanta but for price, location, and ambience, this place is a good choice.

I went here for trivia night. The AC was not working, and it was completely miserable. The staff didn’t seem to think it was a problem at all — to be fair, it’s a college bar, so you can’t expect too much.
Expect to find SUPER nerds, terrible service, and in our case no AC. I had to actually get out of my seat two times during the night to find a server who could help us. I’m fairly certain our server was playing trivia instead of taking care of her tables.
The pizza was really mediocre. It’s definitely not worth braving the atmosphere for.

Awesome spot if you just want to get a bite to eat and have a drink. Smokeys is a casual pizza spot where if you go enough everyone will know your name. Very relaxed friendly atmosphere with great customer service. They have a patio where you can sit on nice days and enjoy the sounds of the city. The drinks are strong yet inexpensive my favorite is the lemon drop martini. The pizza is good not great but good. If you are in the area want pizza, to be around friendly people, and not in the mood for anything fancy this is the spot for you.

They AC was broken and it was hot inside. We ran to the overcrowded patio so that we could get some relief.
We ordered a veggie and smoke house pizza. The pizza was decent. A large has about 8 – 9 large slices. It didn’t wow me but it wasn’t bad either.
The beer is cheap and you can get a draft from $ 2.50 (high life) to $ 6. Just depends on your taste. Lots of drinks and shots are offered on their drink menu too. The wait staff is slow but very friendly. I can see how this is a college hang out. I can’t say I found anything special about this place. If I go back it’s because my friends are hanging out here and I want some camaraderie. Coming back for a good meal is questionable.

They should call this place «Smokey Mountain Pizza» not Rocky.
I stepped into the door way with my 2 year old and had to immediately turn around and walk out because we both got a mouth full of cigarette smoke.
There’s even an old cigarette machine sitting in the doorway.
Even from the looks of the place… It was dirty and gross on the outside and the inside. No thanks. I don’t even want to try your food it’s that bad.

I ordered a medium avalanche (meat lovers). The pizza shows promise as the toppings are good but the dough is raw and lifeless. I sent it back to be cooked a little longer hoping the crust would firm up a bit. No dice. Bacon is now burnt but dough is still raw. It’s actually wet even. I mentioned it to the server and she pretty much just acknowledged that the dough was poor.

On the exterior this joint looked really cool. Old brick building, edge of Georgia Tech Campus. Inside, absolutely filthy, food was a grad above public high school lunch room. 1 star for having an IPA on tap. Pizza was doughy. Salad was ordinary. The waitress was nice, but the overall experience was just lousy. I ventured out of the box, hoping for the best and this place just came up short. If you want to drink beer with friends at midnight, this place might be ok. If you want to enjoy a culinary experience, this will never happen at Rocky Mountain. Keep on going… you won’t miss anything special.

Perhaps my first mistake was not ordering the pizza. I ordered a sandwich. The sandwich was dry, though the tots were good. Our second mistake was sitting outside (choose between flies or cigarette smoke). The third mistake was visiting during the middle of a Philadelphia Eagles game. Service was great when we got there, but it slowed waaaaaay down as our lunch continued. It took some of our guests close to 20 min to get their food. One friend never got the veggie burger he ordered. Adding to that, it took an equivalent amount of time to ask for and then to pay our bill. I may eventually go back to try the pizza, but it will take something special to get me there.

I come here often to watch the philadelphia eagles play. Very fun place on game day, great environment and all Philly people. The drinks are great, the prices are fantastic. But their TVs are not good compared to most sports bars, and they can be in strange viewing locations. Parking is also annoying.
I don’t eat the food very often. It’s not good. Some of the things are ok, but overall I find the food below average and I mostly come for the game and the cheap drinks.
