Pizza Hut

Ok so i will start with the pros:
My food was delivered quickly
My food was hot
My driver was pretty cordial
Now the cons:
My food was delivered wrong not once but twice. They took the wrong pizza back, gave me another… that was still wrong.
I was told that my card was charged $ 3 less than it should’ve been but, when I checked my receipt online and my bank account it showed i had been debited correctly
My cheesesticks were pretty greasy and pizza was bland

This particular Pizza Hut has the absolute worst customer service I’ve experienced in a very long time.
In a nutshell, the employees are too busy chatting and adjusting themselves, yes that’s right, to wait on customers.
There are so many other options in the area to go to please, don’t waste your time here.
Don’t do it, you will regret spending your money here.

I ordered online and was told the wait was about 1 hour on a Friday night. That’s reasonable. I got an email confirming my pizza would be deliver by 10:56 pm. I looked up on google maps saying it’s about a 7 min drive. It’s 11:25. The delivery person seemed like she did not care whether we got our food or not. The pizza is just an medium size pizza that’s not even properly advertised. I ordered the box pizza that was suppose to be a deep dish square pizza!!! I ordered the chicken Alfredo pizza as well with the bread sticks. Everything is stone cold! Pizza Hut sucks over here :(. Go somewhere else !

I never eat this stuff but was driving by and decided to be a nice boss and buy my employees 25 personal pizzas. Turns out they didnt have 25 personal pizzas on hand so offered me 10 large pies at a discount. Outstanding customer service and the pizza is much better than i
would have thought. Perfect

They They are extremely rude here. I will no longer give this place my business. They are terrible, terrible management, terrible delivery time, terrible attitudes. Words really can explain how much thus place sucks.

Longest delivery time I’ve ever had for pizza chain, and they were still over 30 mins late. Never again

The WORST customer service ever! I was 5 minutes away and trying to place an order. I called and called and kept going str8 to the hold tunes. I get here and the lady is literally hearing the phone ring, picking up and putting on hold without saying anything to the customer. Finally, after standing there awhile she tells me she’ll be right with me. They are hardly making any pizzas but have ppl on hold! Ugh only bc this place was so close. I’m waiting for my food and hear her get an attitude with a customer on the phone. Never again!

Worst experience I ever encountered. The workers are above and beyond rude. There was issued with my order and when I tried to rectify it. I was hung up on by the worker. When I called to speak to a manager she was also rude to me and hung up on me because I asked for her name and the owners info. This place is ran by children and gives pizza hut a bad name. Never again in a million years. The pizza was for a sleep over for my kids. They are so disappointed.

I’m not much of a pizza eater but I was too lazy to make dinner on Thursday night. I placed my order for delivery around 5:55pm and received a confirmation that my delivery would arrive at 7pm. At 7:15pm I called the restaurant to inquire and get an ETA and was told the driver should be arriving at your residence now… To no avail, my order didn’t arrive until 7:45pm. The 2 stars are for lousy inaccurate arrival times. The pizza was decent.

First day of the NFL season and there is one person working the store. I got there to pick up my food at the stated time and they didn’t even start making it because of the backup. She’s doing her best but clearly the owner is incapable of running this franchise. If I were them I would be in the back helping instead of losing a ton of business. I wouldn’t expect a refund for waiting so long but they shouldn’t expect mine or your business either until they get their act together. Bottom line, order from anywhere else!

I love this Pizza Hut. I always order from them and if I’m not satisfied they discount me for whatever the issue is. Other pizza huts in the area skimp you on cheese but my pizzas from here are extra cheesy just how I like them!

Utterly disappointing. Went in for a simple pizza to find that the individuals working in the food preparation area actually had their pants sagging and their underwear exposed. These kids we disgusting enough to have their hands in their pants while preparing the food and it actually tasted like they added cleaning products to the food. Don’t know what kind of sick joke Pizza Hut is trying to play on it’s customers but rest assured I will not be frequenting this location. Save yourself the trouble. There’s a reason why this place is reviewed so poorly. Everything in this shopping center is a dump. Truly a waste of space and resources. Should be torn down and bulldozed in order to make way for another GT building or somethiing actually worth visiting.

This place is terrible… Employees are rude
Delivery time is long and I actually came in for a replacement they still can’t get there act together… Go somewhere else like antico around the corner.

Despite vowing to never order from this Pizza Hut again, I have done so several times since and felt obligated to update my review as I’ve had better experiences of late. Delivery has been more prompt, the pizza has been at least moderately warm and has been prepared as specified. Hopefully they’ll keep it up, though apparently I can’t stop myself from ordering their pizza either way…

Ordered pizza online from this location and still haven’t got the pizza delivered yet (it’s been almost 2 hours now). I tried calling them but no one would answer the phone so not sure if the pizza will ever be delivered tonight. One of the worst experiences I have ever had, probably won’t ever order pizza from this location again.

Came here tonight (the delivery wait time was a little long for us and it was right around the corner so I just picked up instead).
The store manager honored a store credit that I had at the Collier location before it closed a few weeks ago!
It was very kind, and he definitely did not need to do that.
Our pizza was hot and yummy, and so were the boneless wings!
We will be using them more again soon I am sure!

While it’s true that the delivery and even take out can be a bit slow, I think the trade off is that the pizza is much better quality than other chains. I personally have only had decent to good experiences with this Pizza Hut. When I ordered take-​out the woman at the register was extremely kind and funny. Their pizza definitely satisfied my pizza craving.
