Second time ordering from this papa Johns this month. I ordered the same thing both times Chicken & Bacon pizza and again the chicken was room temperature cold. Also this time the garlic sauce they gave me was cold. I HADTOMICROWAVETHEPIZZAANDTHESAUCE.

If you want your pizza delivered to your door, don’t order from here. The last three times I ordered pizza the driver called me once he got to the building to come down. The last time the driver called me as he was headed to the condo. It’s not like we don’t have any parking space and also the building has 24 hour concierge. BUT he didn’t know that since he called even before he got there. There was no point in tipping the driver. Too bad I paid with my card.

I have been a Papa John’s customer for many years and am actually from their home base of Louisville, KY. This particular branch/franchise managed to bring us the completely wrong order and then rudely tell us they didn’t even have the item we had ordered(garlic knots). The manager, David, cursorily apologized but another female employee who did not identify herself rudely put me on hold then hung up on us after asserting our food was on its way, when it turned out they didn’t even have what we ordered. I suggest ordering from another location. We will be complaining to corporate.

This papa johns really gets no stars. We had an event, placed our order 24hrs in advance for a 12:30 pm delivery per thier recommendations. Thier excuse was that they had another large order come in the day of our event. Wtf!

Horrible service! Billy the manager is no help when i came to them stealing my change. I was owed 16 dollars but they left me with 5. Called and demanded the rest my change and they did nothing but lie and say they brought it back. Ordered from place twice, same pizza both times, first price 16.57 second price 23.50 for the same exact order! CROOKS!!! Never ordering from this company again. Pizza toppings were scattered on pizza, did not bring my order of sides and slighty cold when it showed up after waiting over an hour for delivery. Very unsatisfying

I’ve done carry out and delivery, the customer service can be a little lacking or too comfortable on the phone due to the«types» of people they have employed to work there. The delivery drivers have been prompt considering they are coming from midtown to Peachtree buckhead, that traffic can be awful so I always give an extra 20 minutes before I inquire to where my pizza is especially if I order during peak times. There has been times where I’ve gotten the wrong order, toppings missing off my pizza, or missing condiments I have paid extra for and that cost this location a star. One time I ordered the 2 medium 2 liter combo and the pizza dude forgot my 2 liter, I was looking at him like *_* I suggested he get on the phone and call his manager, the pizzas wound up being free. Could be a 5 star store if they worked on the kinks, overall… good job guys!

Ordered from this establishment today. This location is where I order most of my Papa John’s pizzas. I have noticed, like others, that they tend to make mistakes on the order, and the wait time can be longer(a byproduct of being a campus pizza place), but I noticed today with my deliver order, they had forgotten my extra sauces. After talking with the manager, he apologized and offered to have my pizza sauces delivered to me. A worker came promptly and also apologized about the mistake and gave me not my ordered 2 but 6 more pizza sauces. I have had worse service, but I have noticed that at least at this pizza location, if you call to complain about the order with a mistake that can be fixed, they can and will help correct the mistakes. Because of the kind service and offer to enhance my less-than-perfect orders, I am a fan! I will gladly order from here again.

So I’m not sure what everyone is complaining about them for. I ordered delivery once and went in to get my pizza one time with them. Delivery was quick and my pizza was still warm. It was delivered to an apartment complex and I did have to meet the delivery guy in the parking lot and he did call me a little confused as to where to go(I totally understand) that wasn’t a huge deal to me. The second time I called on the phone and went in to pick it up. It was about 5 minutes from the time I put my order in to the time I picked up and went to pay and the lady said she never received my order. I re ordered, waited 10mins and she saw my pizza had some air bubbles and offered to make another one. I took it anyway, simply because I was just hungry! Yes there are interesting people working here but the pizza is like any other Papa Johns(at least to me). I’ll try them again and check back in another time!

Horrible customer service. Quoted me 45minutes and then called back at the delivery time to tell me it would be an additional 30min. When I asked to speak to the manager I was told he was unavailable(I could hear him in the background) lol and that no compensation would be offered for the delivery time exceeding the original time. Needless to say this is the last time I’ll order from them. Go to Anticos and pay an extra 5 $ for quality pizza and service

Worst pizza establishment on the planet. The wait was 3 hours for carry out and the employees were dancing behind the counter.

I ordered a pepperoni pizza on Sunday and ate 2 slices. 2 hours laters, I am in the fetal position, suffering from a terrible abdominal pain. For the next 3 days, I am living off of chicken broth and Gatorade. I am not only giving up bad fast food pizza, but fast food altogether.

Is this real? I honestly think it’s college kids working out of a dorm room. I wasn’t sure if this was an actual Papa Johns… until my pizza actually did show up. The manager on duty screwed up my online order last month and wanted to take my order again over the phone. Sir, if you can’t assure me my 1st order was cancelled… you know what? Just NO! Store manager called me very apologetic(because I sent in a formal complaint online) and put a free pizza in the system for me. Tonight I was ready to order. Yay! Well it’d be nice if someone answered the phone. Finally after 3 attempts, a young lady answered and after being called«boo» and«girlll» my order was placed. It came sooner than expected and tasted great. But seriously, I’m scared to go to this«supposed» location.

Papa Johns Pizza is the great… on somedays. And unfortunately on other they are subpar. But I must say, when done right I really really like me some Papa J’s. Do they make mistakes? Yes. But are they good at least 85% of the time? Yes. Have I encountered some really slow employees on the phone? Yes. Have I encountered some really great employees on the phone and in person? Yes. Of all the chains Papa J is THE hands down best. I really do believe in their better ingredients better pizza. This has been my location since I was in university and it remains the same today… what can I say, I love midtown. The hours are great(because it’s across from Georgia Tech), and now with the new pick up window I don’t have to get delivery late night, I can throw on some sweats, hop in the car and take a short drive over to pick up. That means that usual 2 hour wait plus delivery fee and tip, is now just a 20 – 30 minute wait(at max), usually its just like 15 minutes, no tip and no fee. This location has also had the best weekday deals throughout the years which can also be contributed to its Georgia Tech location(all the hungry smart kids studying late at night). Delivery is why they have a 3⁄5 instead a 4⁄5. When I get my pizza delivered its just not as good as when I pick it up myself… the other night here my pizza arrived and the crust was basically nonexistent and it was more on one side than the other. Whoever made the pizza did so very sloppily. INCONCLUSION: They have all kinds of specials, the wait is never too crazy, service is always pretty good, the parking lot is pretty tight(location is intersection of State and 14th Street,), the new after hours pick up window is awesome, non-greasy somehow healthier tasting pizza, awesome bbq pizza sauce, after buying like 8 or pizzas you get one free, must I go on… guys, I like this place. And I know, deep down inside you all do too :-)

This is an awful establishment. I tried to order a pizza from here using Grubhub and the pizza never came. They claimed that they never got the order yet they confirmed it and sent a message that it was out for delivery. When I called them to figure out what had happened, I got an incredibly rude employee who basically told me that one unsatisfied customer didn’t matter to them. By all means, avoid this terrible place

Consistently excellent food and service. The pizza is always on time, perfectly cooked, and not greasy. This is a quality Papa John’s.

Quick and tasty, love that they’re open so late, makes it easy to grab a pie on the weekend! It’s apparently the busiest of the Papa John’s in the country or most successful, something, but it has to do with it’s location pretty much on the GA Tech campus. The staff has always been nice and they’re quick, and while I don’t tend to go to Papa John’s a lot they’re about as good as a Papa John’s could ever get.

I used to live next door to this Papa John’s and remember smelling the aroma of freshly baked pizza dough wafting through the air nearby. It was quite pleasant actually. When I was a student at Tech years ago, I always heard that this store was the highest grossing Papa John’s location. For a long time, I never found out for sure whether this was true or not. Well, upon a recent carry-out order here, I asked the manager if what I heard years ago was true and he confirmed it indeed was. This Papa John’s used to be the highest grossing location, but in recent years, gave up the No. 1 ranking to a location in Fort Bragg, North Carolina. The two apparently have gone back and forth as to which has sold the most pizza. Either way, it’s a cool fact to know. This location has been around for at least 11 years. It’s small, clean, and well lit. There’s a small parking lot in the back for employees and customers stopping by for carry-out orders. My favorite Papa John’s pizza to get is «The Works,» which is basically a supreme. I always ask for packets of dried red pepper flakes to pour on top of my slices and absolutely love their butter garlic dipping sauce and peperoncini peppers they include with each pie. Delicious. For all you Tech fans, you may catch glimpses of Georgia Tech football and basketball players sneaking out of here with a box or two.
