Love this gym. Found it through Class Pass and so far have only been able to take the 10am class on Saturday because it’s a little far from me. That class though is the best workout on ClassPass in my opinion just ahead of Blast. It starts with a 20 minute uphill run followed by non-stop circuits focused on different movements and muscle groups for a full 40 minutes. If you did this workout every day, you’d be in amazing shape — no doubt.

This place was a great workout. I went to one of the classes they offered. We did a warmup on a treadmill or stationary bike then went to do sets of abs, arms and legs. Everyone at the gym was incredibly friendly. Each time I asked someone how long had they been going to the gym, they gave their answers in years vs months… 6 years, 12 years, etc. Everyone was extremely happy at the gym. It was an easy location to go to, good parking… The equipment was older but functional. The trainer was very knowledgeable and really seemed to care about how I was performing the exercises, making sure that I performed them properly vs just doing an exercise.
