I had a very good experience at this U-Haul location. I rented a 15-foot moving truck to move some furniture, and booked my reservation the previous day. Pick-up and drop-off were smooth and problem-free. I received courteous and prompt service. Equipment was in good working order. Pricing was as quoted, with no surprises. All-in-all, a good U-haul location.

Terrible! Go elsewhere. These people are con artists. They will steal your money.
They quote you a nice low price on the phone. Then when you get there, they double the price with miscellaneous extra charges.

I’m not too pleased with the service at this U-Haul location. I came here to buy some wardrobe boxes for $ 8 each and to check it out for a future hitch installation on my SUV.
The guy behind the counter saw us come in and never asked if he could help us. Luckily we found the boxes and carried them to the counter. Once there he rang up the order and gave us our total, with no facial expression. It wasn’t that he was really rude, he just seemed he didn’t care for our business. He demeanor was so off I decided that I will not use this U-Haul location for my hitch, I’ll go elsewhere to have some one with some sort of personality put it on my car.
