Awesome. The jack plug (just the tip) broke off in the earphones socket of my iPhone. They were able to extract it while I waited. It saved me a trip to the Apple Store (and I am certain a significant wait). The repair cost me only $ 20 and 15 minutes!

These guys rock. Had a Galaxy 3 with a broken charge port. They got some surgical tools out and within 2 minutes had it up and running like new.
Now for the great news. ZERO $$$$$. Going out to buy them a starbucks gift card tonight.

Called first to see if they had parts and time to repair my LG G3 that met up with the concrete. They did. Went by to drop it off at lunch time — DJ was friendly and helpful when I arrived; explained pricing and risks up front — the price includes the work and the parts needed. I have repaired phones before but didn’t want to this time! I took off to lunch to give them some time, then came back in about an hour. Samantha completed the assembly, tested the phone and brought it back to me looking brand new — added on a screen protector while I was there — for prevention!
Was skeptical to take my phone anywhere, but I can recommend this place now.

I brought my iPad Mini 3 here to replace broken glass, and really, really regret going to a non-​Apple repair source!
The location closest to my house did not have the repair parts in stock, and I didn’t want to have to wait 5 – 6 days. I called the Brookhaven location and they said it could be done same day. After I got to the store, they said they were backed up and it would be ready the next day (Monday). Not ideal, but ok.
On Monday I received a call saying that the technician had broken the digitizer while replacing the glass. This meant that the touchscreen no longer worked. They said that they had ordered me a new iPad to replace the one they broke, and it would be in on Thursday.
On Thursday I called them to ask for an update. They apologized and said that their order had been cancelled and they hadn’t noticed. They said they would order another one.
After all of this, I finally received the replacement ipad — and they charged me the full repair price ($ 200!) with a minor discount. I told the owner I felt a 50% discount was more appropriate — I waited much longer than I thought I was going to, and all of the data that hadn’t been backed up was now irretrievably lost. The owner disagreed, and complained to me how expensive it was for him to replace the unit that HIS STAFF broke!!!
For a little bit more, bring your products to a company that knows what they are doing!

I had a great experience here! John and Sam were very friendly and helpful. John replaced my broken screen AND fixed my power button without having to replace the part. No other shop I contacted did solder repairs.
Highly recommended!
