This customer service has terrible service !
They lost my package and claim it is not their fault and I need to contact the company I purchased the materials from to find the package. I spoke with a supervisor on duty and after he rudely interrupted me numerous times, he preceded to tell me there was nothing he could do or was going to do and hung up on me when I asked for his boss’s number. It was the worst customer service I have ever experienced with UPS and I do not intend on using them again.
