Horrendous customer service. Ordered delivery and called after an hour and a half of waiting. The woman on the phone says that the order was on the way and should be arriving shortly. Call half an hour later(2hrs of waiting) and now she says that the order was never placed! She gets off the phone to talk to someone and then tells me that apparently the order was placed, and that I didn’t pick up the phone. Are you kidding me?! How do you go from saying that the order was on the way, to saying that it was never placed, to blaming me for not picking up the phone when I never received a call from anyone? I still wanted the food so I asked if they could make me a fresh order; absolutely not according to the owner. Apparently it’s my fault for not picking up a phone call that was never placed. Never ordering again. At Wingnuts the customer is always wrong!

Waited until Wednesday for«wingnut Wednesday». Spend 10.95 and get a half dozen wings free. I ordered a dozen wings combo with fries and a drink. Total was 13.50 so I was getting the half dozen free. I get home to count only 12. By the way– the BONELESSWINGS are CHICKENTENDERS lol. I called to see if I could remedy the wrong order and possibly stop back to pick up my half dozen. A lady in broken English explains to me that it isn’t a half dozen free– it’s a half pound. She then proceeds to tell me I «got 1.5 pounds of chicken– it’s a lot of chicken». My receipt was rung up as 6* buffalo flavor and 6* honey bbq. Funny how it’s counted by quantity and not weight on the receipt, huh? Food was mediocre at best. Count your chicken tender«wings» before you leave. The can of Diet Coke was decent ;)

Ordered delivery from wingnuts last night. The wings were good, but they forgot to include my sides, a sauce I asked for and utensils. Called them to get it resolved and after waiting an hour and a Half no one showed up to fulfill the rest of the order.

I have been a wing nuts fan for years. This place has some of the best wings ITP hands down. I would highly recommend going on a Wednesday so you can take advantage of Wingnuts Wednesdays where you get a free half pound with your any purchase of a combo. Great deal great food. Not the best of sit down places but I’m generally to busy enjoying the delicious food they serve to pay attention to anything else!

Delivery took forever. The driver called me to meet her downstairs and she was no where near the building. They don’t serve anything acceptional enough to deal with nonsense.

Wingnuts is my favorite wing place in the city! Get their crazy hot or garlic lemon pepper– those are my favs! Parking is easy in a big lot and service is always quick

Wingnuts was a staple of my college career at Georgia Tech. If you plan to have delivery plan for an hour because it takes a while. I like the honey chipotle sauce and always get the tenders! The food is regular sports bar type. I don’t like to go to the actual store because parking is extremely sketchy and I have had multiple friends get their cars broken into there.

Zero stars. They gave my friend and I a bad case of food poisoning. Stay away. This dump should be forced to close by the health department. UPDATE — 1÷27÷16 — 4 people who ate here on 1÷21÷16 became seriously ill about 8 hours after eating.

Zero stars. Worst place ever. Even if you order online, most likely you will not get your food. 3 phone calls later, still didn’t get anything with no apology on the delay. It was past the delivery time that was on my confirmation. Don’t waste your time and get some other food.

Do not be stupid — don’t order delivery. Especially of you live on campus and can freaking walk here or grab a bus. End of discussion. This place is a GT institution and has come such a long way from its humble beginnings where the north ave dining hall currently resides. There is ample seating room, fantastic college décor, great TVs and wifi. Oh yeah and a large free parking lot. What more could you really ask for from a chicken/wings place? It’s not a sit down restaurant with table service for christ sake! I’m ashamed at all of these 1-star reviews — get off your high horse! This place is jam-packed on Wednesdays cause of that legendary free half pound baby! Obviously service is going to be slow because they literally deal with hundreds of orders. Biggest tip: call ahead, place your order, and arrive a little after they tell you it will be ready. Save yourself time and headache. How can you deny that delicious Combo #1, substitute drinks for large fries? It makes at least 2 meals or great for sharing with a hungry partner My flavor suggestions are: Buffalo insane, chipotle ranch, traditional hot, and all the spiced bbq(like Texas, wild Carolina, Louisiana, etc) I will admit I haven’t had anything else besides the chicken here. And honestly, why would you get something different? I read some reviews saying«worst Philly cheese I’ve ever had» blah blah. If you came here for something other than wings, tenders, or French fries, you made a mistake and that’s on you Wingnuts forever. Forget the haters

Customer service was horrible. I will never eat there again. Alright food but terrible workers. Prices are reasonable but it’s not even worth it.

Make your own decision; they told me 45 – 60 minutes for delivery. Actual delivery time was 1 hour and 57 minutes. They refused to do anything about it because the idiot, I mean driver, got lost. I am LITERALLY4 blocks from this place ONTHESAMESTREET! We order in sometimes because it’s hard to leave the office. It’s not the first time this has happened, but it will certainly be the last chance they get. They obviously are too busy(for now) to care whether or not they have a business tomorrow.

Wingnuts is a wings joint located across the street from Georgia Tech, next door to Satto Thai & Sushi and Engineer’s Bookstore. This is very much a college hangout and feels like a campus eatery with its bright yellow and black-painted walls(Tech’s colors are technically white and gold) and giant GT with Buzz(mascot) school logo emblazoned across the center of the wall. Most of Wingnuts’ customers are Tech students and residents of Westside apartment complexes nearby. I’m not sure what was here before, but the restaurant has an odd, bizarre layout. It’s unusually spacious and there are several different, unused«sections» inside, which leads me to believe it was at some point, a fleshed-out restaurant or bar. There’s a lot of empty, dead space now. Sparse décor consists of sports banners and movie posters. Call-in and online orders are popular. Lots of folks drop by and pick up orders already waiting for them. Wingnuts also delivers. There’s a $ 10 minimum for delivery orders with a $ 1.50 delivery fee. Their web site says estimated delivery time is 90 minutes, which seems a little long to me. The food is OK at best, service is good, but the restaurant is often dirty. It’s like the owners and staff don’t care. I do like the dining area. It’s casual and roomy with lots of tables and booths. There’s free Wi-Fi, lots of magazines, and two TVs, usually playing sports. However, the tables and seats aren’t cleaned regularly. The dining area often times resembles a messy school dining hall. I can only surmise the staff has grown tired of cleaning up after college kids, but really, that’s no excuse. Wingnuts is good if you’re ordering a bunch of wings and soda for a party. They offer boneless and regular wings. They charge by the pound for boneless wings, starting at $ 5.95 for a ½ pound. Regular wings start at $ 7.95 for 10 pieces and $ 64.95 for 100 pieces. These are reasonable prices. Various combos are available where you can combine and order different quantities of wings, fries, and drinks. The wings aren’t bad. They should suffice for most people looking for a quick wing fix. There are about 30 different flavors to try. The restaurant says the wings are fresh and never frozen, cooked-to-order, so that’s nice. The quality isn’t great(and one shouldn’t expect it to be). I like the dry wings here better than the wet(sauce) wings. The garlic lemon pepper is a good, tasty flavor. Some of the wet wing flavors, such as the honey teriyaki, taste funky. In addition to wings, Wingnuts also serves sandwiches and wraps(e.g. Philly cheesesteaks, gyros), burgers, and salads. Most of these are only $ 5 – 8 each. I had the chicken ranch salad($ 6.95) once and it was pretty bare bones: iceberg lettuce, sliced tomato, shredded cheddar cheese, chunks of boneless fried chicken, and ranch dressing. No other veggies. At least the portion size was generous. There was plenty of chicken. I could tell the veggies were starting to wilt and get soggy, but they weren’t completely old yet. Whether you’re dining in or taking out, all food and drink are served in disposable Styrofoam containers. Fountain drinks, condiments, plasticware, and napkins are self-serve. The bottle of ketchup floating around the dining area doesn’t look clean and the basket of ketchup packets are sticky. Orders are processed in a speedy manner. Wingnuts has plenty of free parking. The parking lot is located next to the building. If facing Wingnuts, the lot is on the right. Spots should be clearly labeled. Overall, I give Wingnuts 2.5 stars rounded down to 2 because it’s not the cleanest place.

We always order them via Grubhub and the food is always delivered on time. Their boneless chickens are great. We have tried almost all of the flavors they offer, and the best of them might be buffalo(only our personal opinion).

Good local spot with tasty offerings. Garlic lemon pepper wings were good, but short of the garlic. Will return due to convenient location and will try the Wednesday special of free ½ lb boneless wings(with purchase of $ 10) in the future.

I ordered via eat24 and I am currently hangry!!! I ordered my food at 10am today(plenty of time, no?) to be delivered at 12:50. It’s now 1:20 and my food is not here! I called and the employee told me(idiot!) that the driver was” uh… stuck. yeah.” obviously lying to me. I asked for my food to be remade so it isn’t cold and the buffoon told me that it had NOTYETBEENMADE. I am SODONE with this place!

The food is great, but the service is horrible. The first time I ordered, it was online and everything went well. The second time, the online ordering wasn’t working so I had to call. Right when they answered the phone I was put on hold. Then when I finally was finally able to order, I was told my address was«too far out & they don’t deliver here.» I had just got food delivered to me a few days and prior and I only stay 7 minutes away. I let him know that, then I was told it would take 2 hours for my food to be delivered. If you can. Just order online!!!

First the calls starts… Can you hold(no time to answer) and I’m on hold. Then when trying to place an order, «oh you’re right down the street, you should pick up.» It’s cold… I get it. But for an establishment to refuse to deliver… So distasteful. I ordered Chinese in stead. Please note: I’ve ordered from them many time… It’s always the same story. I’m optimistic… Thought the other times were rare. Not!

These are the worst chicken phillies and cheesesteaks ever! The chicken was big, chunky and hard. They forgot the peppers and forgot to melt the cheese. And the cheesesteak tasted like gyro meat. The only good thing about our meals were the fries :( I should’ve went with my first thought… Chinese.
