No stars if it was possible… here’s what was wrong:
No door lock (we had to put a chair in front of the door)
No toilet paper (we asked front desk and they gave me a box of tissues. A box of tissues)
Squeaky, uncomfortable beds
A toilet that doesn’t flush
Dirty carpet (I was afraid to take off my shoes)
«Free» WiFi (non existent)
Bad location (Junkies everywhere)
So I wasn’t robbed, raped and murdered. I guess that’s okay. Do not stay here. DO NOT STAY HERE!

You get what you pay for… but in this case — I didn’t.
I showed up around 3:30 and was informed that my room wasn’t yet ready and check-​in was at 4. That in itself was a mild irritation as it was only 30 minutes till the official check-​in time, but I agreed and sat in the lobby for the following half hour.
When I returned to the desk they informed me that I’d have to wait even longer because they couldn’t open the door to my room. At least their lobby had cable.
At 4:45 they finally informed me that the room was ready… but their in room wifi was down. The wifi was the primary reason I chose this hotel and I began to feel cheated. Even with all this, I must admit that the woman at the desk was very polite, sincerely apologetic and friendly.
I went back to my room — The keycard worked, «finally some good luc…» a burst of cigarette smoke assaulted my nostrils. I’m a non-​smoker and had asked for a non-​smoking room. Sick of the whole process at this point and knowing I’d only be here one night I just surrendered and tried to get comfortable.
Looking around the room, I saw lamps with a major amount of damage as if they’d been tossed around the room. I tried to set the alarm — but none of the buttons worked. The mini fridge was also missing a leg and leaned. Closet had no door on the track.
Basically, don’t stay here. Sure it’s one of the cheapest hotels in the area — but then again, it’s one of the cheapest hotels in the area for a reason. Advertised Wifi — nonexistant, Cigarette Smoke is disgusting, Furniture is trash. The only way it could have been worse is if I’d been broken into or if the AC didn’t work.

This place was DISGUSTING! Room was filthy! Everything metal was completely rusted out. I felt like I should get a tetanus shot after I left. Bunch of people openly doing drugs in the courtyard. Hard drugs. Not smoking pot. Drugs that require needles and straws. I even overheard one of the maids tell them to go around the corner to do drugs. The girls who checked us in was holding her newborn child. When asked to speak to the general manager I was told «she’s probably in a meeting.» Only giving one star because none isn’t an option.

What a dump. We booked online and when we arrived we knew what we were in for just by seeing the front door. The grounds were dingy and filthy with trash all around. A chicken wing bone sat on the sidewalk outside our rooms our entire stay. The pool area was a disgrace. Filthy, trash all over, no clean towels, and the water was cloudy. It was completely closed off to us on day 3 of our stay. There was a washer and dryer around one side of the building that were outdoors and rusty and disgusting with the trashcan next to them overflowing. The rooms are really beat up and just look and feel dirty. The paint was peeling and chipping off the walls and ceiling. The door wouldn’t fully close unless I slammed it hard. My toilet was not flushed and there was hair in my sink. My lamps and alarm clock were not plugged in. Do I really need to set the clock’s time in my hotel room? The refrigerators top shelf was broken and taped on so it couldn’t be moved to fit taller items. The AC cooled off the room good but the buttons were ripped off which made it hard to control the temperature. One of our rooms had three people staying, but only enough towels for two and not even an extra roll of toilet paper to go with the half used one that was there. I also consider a «poolside bar» a bar in or directly next to the pool, not a regular bar in another room behind closed doors. Breakfast was pathetic with everything running out. When we got there was no eggs, no fresh fruit, one yogurt, no coffee, no pitcher of water and the apple juice machine was broken, leaving us with only gross watered down orange juice. The coffee is also supposed to be available 24 hours a day and was empty majority of the time. Our third day here both our room keys stopped working and they couldn’t be fixed at the front desk either! We had to wait a while for someone to come to let us in our rooms. This place is a joke.
