Came here before the dinner rush around 5. Place wasn’t busy, took 5 mins to get a seat. No waiter came by for 10 mins. Finally a gentleman did and he said the kitchen had all the meals come out at once and he would be right with us. We look over and he’s taking another tables order than just sat down. I requested a new waiter /waitress and the girl we got was helpful. I ordered the salmon it wasn’t very good. Overall not very satisfied with this location. Probably would not come again.

Had both dinner at the bar and brunch on the patio this past weekend. Both were surprisingly good. Dinner at the bar– Service was attentive and friendly. Menu drinks were poured to recipe and a bit weak but standatd bar drinks were great and tap beers were nice and cold. Food was very good for a chain restaurant. Salads and wings were very fresh and burgers were prepared perfectly. There was a slight miscommunication between the bar and store regarding a keepsake glass but it was in no way a deal breaker. Brunch on the patio– The singer for their acoustic brunch thing was great. The service was a bit slow and the waitstaff seemed to be learning still but everyone was very friendly and any missteps were addressed quickly and appropriately. Overall I enjoyed both of my meals at HRAC and definitely plan to come back. Thank you!

We wait over 45 mm to be seated when more then half of the restaurant is empty and when I ask for the manager he said we can’t take people because the kitchen was packed and can’t keep up with the orders and the staff was extremely rude to people because they just wanted to be seated, the staff and manager refused until the kitchen in keeping up the the orders

Service was good, food not so much. We were in AC for a quick weekend getaway. The Hard Rock was empty so we decided to eat there. I had the Eggs Benedict and the egg was completely hard boiled… that’s a no no! We won’t be going back… all four of us agreed on that.

We entered the restaurant from the gift shop side, so we looked around there for a bit and then walked into the restaurant. We were seated quickly by the window which gave us a view of the boardwalk and water. It was beautiful! The service from the waiter was fast and friendly. The food was great, and the atmosphere was awesome with the music playing and décor on the walls.

Food was good but service is very slow. They need to step it up a little. We at there twice so far and each time it was a different waiter they didn’t seem to want to be there. Drinks were good I had a bahama mama

My group of 5 decided to come here and eat this past Monday. It is located right on the AC Boardwalk inside the Trump hotel. We were seated right away. It was not busy at all, only had maybe 4 – 5 tables altogether inside. The décor for this particular Hard Rock was not the most detailed one, but it was still nice to look at. Their menu size is decent. Our waiter decided to take our order. A group of 5 he wound up not writing anything down. I personally decided to start off with a Bloody Mary to drink to help me recover from the night before. I thought the drink was presented beautifully, however, it was very thick. Too thick – like I was literally already full within a few sips thick. It also lacked any flavor and had absolutely no spice inside. Just plain tomato juice. To start our meal, we ordered a plate of Nachos with Beef to share. Within ten minutes we got our nachos, but we were disappointed to find that there was no beef on it. We did not see the waiter until we were finished with the Nachos, but when he came over, we told him and said he would take the beef charge off the nachos. Minus the whole beef issue, the nachos were really good! For our main meal, each of us ordered a burger. For my burger I decided to also get a side salad which is only a $ 4.00 extra charge. In ten more minutes, our food was brought out to us. One of my friends and I both asked for medium rare burgers and both of our burgers did not come with any lettuce or tomatoes on it(which they were supposed to). The waiter apologized and brought it out on a separate plate for us. While waiting, my friend and I cut into our burgers. We both ordered the same thing and realized from the inside of each burger was completely different. Mine was a medium rare while here’s was well done. But that that point it was just whatever. I waited a few more moments until I asked the waiter about my salad that was never brought out to me. Once again, he apologized and went to the back and brought it out and told me it was on the house. I have to admit the food was excellent. I loved every bite of my burger. My salad was so fresh and full of flavor. Food wise, I believe it was easily 4 stars. However, I was totally turned off by the service we received. I don’t know if it was the waiter or the kitchen, but I use to work in a restaurant and there is no reason to drop the ball that many times on a table when it is not even close to being busy. I can only imagine what service is like here if and when it gets packed. Would I come back here? There is a strong possibility because I would like to see if there is a difference in regards to service. I would be more than happy to revisit this review again and change the amount of stars because like I said, the food itself was solid.

How can you call it Eggs Benedict, when it doesn’t even have hollandaise sauce? We were served Eggs Benedict with what looked like oil mixed with unmelted salt on top of the poached egg. The poached egg was running… Everyone who ordered it had no sauce on their eggs. For a $ 16 entrée, this is complete garbage. Staff says ‘That’s how we make our Eggs Benedict.” Potato fries were obviously microwaved, sausage links were cold… We left feeling hungry. How can food look so sad? How can food even make you feel pissed off? Didn’t plan to eat here but couldn’t find Johnny Rockets(It’s in Ballys). Have never eaten here and won’t ever again. We were there in the morning. 7 occupied tables… super slow service. Staff unprofessional with each other. Nice looking restaurant though but the food is horrible.

We frequent Hard Rock Cafes all the time — basically whenever we are in a town that has one. We visited this location during the off season for Atlantic City, so the restaurant was quite dead. The experience was a typical HRC fare: the food was fine, the service was great, the atmosphere was okay(and the volume of the music was actually quite appropriate for a change).

I was in town for the Atlantic City Marathon. I stopped in to eat an early dinner the night before the race. It was conveniently located inside the Trump Taj Mahal, where I was staying for the weekend. Service was good which I kind of expected since it was early and the restaurant was not at all crowded. I started things off with a Sam Adams Oktoberfest. I decided to get a souvenir pint glass with it. Then for my meal I ordered their Original Legendary Burger. *Original Legendary Burger* It was a good sized burger with a ½ pound patty, lettuce, tomato, cheese, bacon, and a fried onion ring. I ordered it medium and it was not overcooked as it usually is at most other places. While not the best burger that I’ve eaten, this was a solid burger. It was big enough to satisfy my big appetite. I always love it when they use a steak knife to hold the burger together! Overall, I wouldn’t mind coming here again if I’m not looking for anything fancy.

I came for the Restaurant and as a restaurant is pretty lousy. I was told the burgers are pretty good but in fact it was really bad, both the burger and fries were done a while ago because they were not that warm… Otherwise nice atmosphere and good service.

We were a party of 11 so we put our name down and went back up to our room while we waited. They said about an hour and right when it was going to hit an hour, we received the call that our table was ready. Once we’re there we wait another 10 – 15 minutes. Right as we were going to ask what the hold up was, a hostess comes over and brings us to our table. Our waitress was pleasant and knowledgeable about the menu. We ordered the Jumbo Combo to start and the spinach artichoke dip was amazing! I had to Grilled Norwegian Salmon with double veg which was a little on the salty side, but I was tired of waiting so I ate it anyway. Just happy the broccoli was unsalted. I tried some veggies from my friends fajita and they were also crazy salty. For the most part, everyone was satisfied with their food. For dessert we had the Oreo Cheesecake and the Molten Chocolate Cake. The Oreo cheesecake was a hit with the birthday boy. Oh and you can’t have pitchers of water at the table. The waitress had to constantly walk back and forth to refill our waters :/

Typical, yet decent, pub-style food. Fairly nice selection of beer and speciality drinks. A great place to unwind after a day at the beach or casino, or to watch people pass by on the boardwalk, if you’re so inclined. Friendly staff! Not a place to eat if you’re seeking quiet, as it boasts a lively atmosphere –and that is not counting when a band plays. Then, it’s impossible! Nice rock memorabilia displays adorn the walls. The Who, Rolling Stones, the Beatles, Buddy Holley, Zeppelin, David Bowie, Sid Vicious, as well as Wendy O and the Plasmatics, The Police, and just about everyone in between, are represented here. I love their motto, «Love All, Serve All». The food is good, and most entrees range from $ 12 – 20. I especially like the French Fries and the Twisted Mac with Chicken. Yum!

We got into town on a Sunday night, and we were tired, hot and hungry. My daughter ordered a grilled chicken salad. As she stared eating it, we noticed a strange look to it. She asked us if it was turkey? I called the waiter over, and pointed out that this was NOT grilled chicken. He smiled and said it was SHAVED. He said it very loudly. She gave me some, and it was def turkey lunch meat. We had nachos. They tasted stale. Very unhappy with this visit!

This is a very nice location and very upbeat! We only had drinks and did not eat here but the bartender was very attentive and friendly! I really wanted to try the Food but we had just ate at Margaritaville. I will have to put it on the list when I return in the future!

Real good rock memorabilia, the wait staff is friendly. However, they played one hard rock song the whole time we were there, which is a big reason people go there. For my meal, I ordered the hickory smoked ribs, which were really good. I’ll be back, the food and the memorabilia are things that make you want to come back.

We ordered blue moon. Drinks come in plastic cups, which helped me relive the college days and make me feel like I was in a dirty frat house again, super! Oranges come with a blue moon, like always where ever you order it. However the bartender decided it was best to put the whole slice of orange in the plastic cup. So the nasty orange peel that was fingered by who ever was cutting them, was now inside my beer too. I do not recommend going here just based on pure stupidity of anyone who runs a place and lets their bartenders do that. Nasty!

Located in the heart of the Trump Taj Mahal in Atlantic City, this restaurant serves the perfect mix of rock & roll paraphernalia, and great all American cuisine. Having been to Hard Rock Café’s all over the world, this one might not be the best, but it’s certainly good quality. I had the chicken nachos and the cheeseburger, and the meat is cooked perfectly. The guacamole with the nachos was also fantastic. I would recommend a bite if you’re in the area.

Birthday dinner for our niece. The music was way too loud, but the staff was nice enough to turn it down for us. We were a table of 10 seated promptly, no wait. Waiter was polite and accommodating. Food was so so. My sister in law thought her chicken tasted weird and my nephew returned his burger. The manager did come over to ask if he wanted something else, which was nice. The wife had chicken fajitas and I had shrimp fajitas. It was okay we’ve had better. We had separate checks so our bill was 57.00 with salad as well. Pricey for a chain. All in all it was okay.

GREAT! This is probably a smaller HRC, but it is great. This is in the Trump Taj Mahal, and the doors face the boardwalk. The staff was super nice. We were there in the off season, so I am sure the place is super busy during the summer. I have been by several times and shopped, and listened to live music, but we recently just ate there for the first time. The service and food were great.

My group of 8 wanted lunch this past Saturday and Hard Rock was able to seat us inside immediately. I wasn’t hungry and just wanted something light so I really struggled with the menu. Smaller portions and healthy options were very limited. I ended up with a side salad because I couldn’t find anything better. The side salad actually had decent ingredients. It consisted of romaine lettuce, feta, cranberries, croutons and carrots. I was able to get a light Italian dressing. I ordered the raspberry mint lemonade that sounded awesome. It obviously had lemonade but also had raspberry vodka, St Germain and possibly a few other things. I honestly couldn’t tell there was any liquor in it and it didn’t leave the least bit of buzz. Our server asked how I was enjoying the drink and she looked really shocked when I said it was refreshing but weak. Although we were in a back corner, the restaurant was pretty loud and I struggled to hear anyone from across the table. This made it really challenging for the group to have a conversation. It also took a while for the food to come out. Our server was very nice, but just lacked basic concepts. A friend wanted the Fiesta burger toppings with a veggie patty. It took a while for her to confirm she understood the order. We also had to use a few credit cards to pay. I understand that’s a pain but she made the order of operations fairly confusing, especially when we broke everything out very clearly. I was only there in the first place because it was the group’s call. I certainly won’t be back if I have the option.
