Knights Inn Atlantic City/Near Boardwalk

Checked in hotel Saturday night room was clean and neat service was good I left my expensive sport jacket there the service lady put my jacket away till Thursday good honest help I go back next time

First and foremost the parking situation at this hotel is sketchy at best, after checking into the hotel room, my wife and I went into our room where she attempted to pee in the toilet and didn’t however she did come back out to the room area where the bed is and she discovered a huge bug, a panic attack later, I called immediately down to the front desk, to talk to the front desk clerk, whom of which was very rude. I asked him for a refund which he couldn’t do because we booked through a third party, but he told me that only his manager can approve of the things, I asked him his name, and something in writing that his manager would refund the money, he refused and started to raise his voice. His customer service was horrible, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL to anyone. Don’t book this hotel.

I got no sleep because people in the area have no sense of time… four in the morning someone was banging on a door upstairs from the room I was in and it sounded as if it was right next too to me… the yelling, talking, and banging that went on in that hotel was deplorable. I was about to call the cops as I laid in the bed thinking what the hell did I get myself into. You people who gave more than three stars. we’re you sure you stayed at this hotel. The rooms are very dated, the soap didn’t smell good. there was a safe on a stick in the corner of the room. I laid in the bed and was itching the entire time as I couldn’t help to wonder as I checked out the neighborhood in which the hotel was in, which was full of junkies, if the local sales side walk ladies, laid in that bed before me and the sheets weren’t completely washed. I ended up half sleeping in my clothing to be on guard just in case. I had to jump up and run away… I will say that the staff was nice, poor them, they need a job, but if your not trying to buy one of those nice sales ladies who room the streets at night, don’t go there, save your hard earned money and find another place… oh and the bathroom had like ten different tiles in there, again I felt like I was in the bates motel… I was too early for Halloween… but I was kinda scared…

Well, the hotel has an odor. There’s just no way around that. The front desk area, the stairways, the hallways, the rooms, just all, frankly, aren’t clean. The bed is hard, the pillows are small, the bath towels are thin and just a little bit larger than hand towels.
On the good side, the location is pretty close to the Tropicana and that area of the boardwalk. Their internet access is actually, better than most hotels in the area, and free. And they are located next to a pizza place/​small bar with pretty good food. The water pressure in the shower is very good as well.
The pool looked nice, though I didn’t use it.

People were friendly who worked at the hotel. The price was fair if you don’t mind things like a smashed bug on the wall, thin sheets, and a not so clean bath room :-). We will probably stay somewhere else next time. Also, the area around it is pretty scary. I would stay away for things like a girls weekend or maybe even in general. Had a guy follow us back to our hotel room and knocked on our door, people asking for money, someone asking to wash our windows. ETC… This place could be great but just needs a little work!!!

Honestly not much to say about this place. It’s a basic shitty AC hotel that isnt going to break the bank. Went there because, well, nobody that was going wanted to spend the typical 500 bucks for a room somewhere else. Good for lying your head somewhere at the end of the night if your going to party somewhere else. Not too clean, but I’ve def been to worse. Advertises a continental breakfast for those who are bold and hungry, however I slept through it. Was awakened to people having sex nearby and what sounded like a domestic disturbance (I believe they were two separate events). So its pretty safe to say the walls are thin.
Would return again if in need of a cheap place to stay in AC

got into atlantic city a day early. the desk person let me check in early. roon was clean /​service was good/​maid was very helpful/​. I liked staying one block off boardwalk, much easlier to get around town. will stay longer next time.
