OMG! Best Phở I have ever tried! This small place is definitely a hidden gem in Atlantic City! The owner Linda cooks by herself so you should be aware that food might come out late when it is busy especially during the summer season. When we went there on Saturday 4pm on 10/10/2015, there was no other tables except us. Linda was very friendly and I already felt that the food would be so good like my moms food. We ordered spicy seafood soup and Bahn Mi with chicken. Oh, and I had bottles of Corona and they were only $ 2 each! Yay! Food came out in like 15mins later and it was super good especially the soup! Broth was really rich and it had enough spiciness. Bahn Mi wasn’t as good as I expected. But the baguette was crispy and I enjoyed it. The soup was too good and me and my friend ate already half of it before we ate noodles and Linda kindly refilled it although we didn’t ask for! What a graceful woman she is! After the meal, we started to have a conversation with Linda and her life story was very impressive. and I felt like I was talking with my grand mother or my mom :) I will definitely come back here whenever I come to Atlantic City, and I highly recommend this place if you are craving for Asian food!

Myself and a group of friends discovered this place while staying at the Taj Mahal. Since we were on a budget this place is perfect to go because the prices are very fairly priced. It was quick and very tasty. The employees were very on top of everything. Overall, the food was delicious, very good priced for the size of food that is served, and the place is very conformable and cozy. I definitely recommend this place to everyone who is looking for good food!!!

Excellent! The spicy beef phở is great! And the pork chops are delicious. I guess the local Vietnamese population that primarily serves the casinos need their lunch spot? I have been to Vietnam and often look for authentic Vietnamese restaurants in NJ. This definitely ranks in my top 2 best Vietnamese restaurants in NJ out of the 20 I have tried in the state.

Wow what amazing food. This is a great family restaurant with home style cooking. She has Vietnamese classics such as Phở, Summer Rolls and Bun Bo Hue. But you have to try the roast duck. It’s so fragrant true viet spices and rendered fat goodness. Awesome. Thank you Phở Saigon for making my first time in AC memorable!!!

My brother and I originally went to Phở Sydney on Atlantic Ave, which was mobbed with people and a line going out the door. So we went here to Phancy Phở, a very small place where only a couple of people were eating. The very attentitive staff here took our orders immediately and promptly brought out the delicious food. The beef in the phở was a little rubbery for my taste, but the broth and noodles were outstanding… as were the appetizers and other entrees. Definitely a sight for sore eyes!

My friend and I were looking for a cheap Vietnamese restaurant nearby and came across this humble eatery right across the street from the Taj Mahal. We arrived around noontime and we were the only customers at the time. We ordered pork chops and the roasted duck. I really enjoyed the #8? pork chops with vermicelli noodles. The meat was cooked well– tender and was packed full of flavor. The roasted duck could have been crispier, I’m my opinion, but that could be personal preference. Overall, a good experience.

Exceptional food! Relaxed & chill vibe. Clean & quick service! The kind of restaurant where everything is good! We ordered a bunch of different things. The Phở was excellent, the broth is delicious! The chicken curry was one of the best’s I have ever eaten, the meat perfectly cooked & the spices were just right. The duck was done to our liking. Definitely going back*

This restaurant is delish! This restaurant also belongs in the cheap eats category. I got the Phancy Phở, 1 friend got the chicken curry, and 1 got the roast duck. All are good dishes. It’s a cute restaurant that also sells a bunch of other things like flowers and candy. If you happen to be in the neighborhood, definitely stop by.

I was there on the grand opening day. It’s a cute little restaurant that is very close to the beach and Trump Taj Mahal. Just to warn you, it was an unusual experience since there was no menu available, the foods were orally dictated, and I had no idea what the price of each item was. I ordered phở thinking it must be the specialty for the restaurant. It was definitely not the best I’ve had, coming from California. It was not bad either, hence a 2 star. My friend ordered bun bo hue(a spicy beef noodle soup), which was ridiculously spicy. The spiciness defeated the taste of the noodle broth itself. Then, when it was it time to pay, the waitress just said a price and took out her purse out to give us change. Hopefully, the restaurant will improve soon since this was no way to do a grand opening without something as basic as menus and a cash register. It has potential for improvement so I may come back… maybe a year from now. Unless other reviews prove me wrong.
