It was simply good place to eat. I and my husband pick this place cuz close to the shopping area at lunch time, serve oysters and other option. seems like other restaurant are open from evening and I found this place on the Unilocal and decided to try. We both were so glad we eat this place! The workers were so friendly and nice. quiet inside but we thought cuz of the season and time.(around 1:00pm) homemade mozzarella & tomato was so good and oysters were so fresh! and the most surprised was the soft shell crab!!! flaky Panko Breadcrumbs outside, juicy meat inside and broth butter dipping was just right saltines. I totally found the gem at the place. We’d love to comeback for this!

We stopped in twice for happy hour and dinner. Our bartenders both Tanya and Kirk were friendly, talkative and attentive. Happy hour prices were good, we were paying $ 3 for domestic bottles. Their menu covers all your taste bud cravings. Lots of seafood options as well as steak, Italian dishes and pizza! I had buffalo chicken tenders«hot» which had me a bit on fire lol … Second trip I went with the chicken parm over linguini which was delicious. Will visit again and recommend!

Best casual atmosphere food in the city. Free onsite and secure parking is a bonus. Had dinner there on Memorial Day. No wait! I had the muscles marinara and my wife had the stuffed mushrooms for appetizers. The muscles were big and delicious and were cooked to order. After, I had the soft shell crab in white sauce and my wife had the Boardwalk Surf and Turf, snow crab legs and a half rack of BBQ ribs. I can’t express how delicious the dinner was and we were both beyond full. Also, had enough leftovers for dinner the next day. Total bill with 2 drinks was $ 110. Highly recommend eating here for lunch or dinner if you like good food cooked fresh and staying away from the casino scene!

Went here almost a year ago. But it was great! Awesome service and the variety in seafood was crazy!

I had been here once before and had an outstanding meal. Not so this time. Maybe under new management? The fish platter was overcooked and overly spicy. The fries were too salty. All in all, a big disappointment.

The food was fair. My lobster was a little overdone. The onion rings were great. My friend ordered spaghetti and meatballs. I would stay away from that entrée! The meatballs were crisp on the outside but raw in the middle. And did not look appetizing.

Was recently in AC on business for a week, we stayed at Courtyard Marriott which is directly across the street, the AC Bar and Grill was our go to place, great drink prices, food is awesome, place is clean, buffalo wings and baked wings are awesome. Made a good burger, huge menu from basic bar food to fresh seafood. Definitely a favorite spot of mine when I am in AC. And more importantly the staff is all super nice, always got a smile. Definitely pop in here if your in Atlantic City.

TERRIBENASTYGREASYFOOD!!! DO not go there! We just had the most horrible dinner ever! The calamari were greasy and with not taste at all! The lobster soup was too heavy and creamy. We ordered a salad with mozarella en tomato and even that was terrible! At the end we didn’t eat anything :(

Me and my husband ate here tonight at AC bar and grill and the food was HORRIBLE! We first had calamari, which was greasy, bland just no taste at all. His crab cakes was mushy and to watery just a bad texture. Seem as if it was rushed cooked just to get the outside brown. My Ribs were horrible I guess it was bbq sauce that was on it but taste like they whipped up hot sauce and honey mess and slapped on the rib. The fries was greasy. The baked potato was blah But at least the bread and prepackaged butter was good. I don’t understand how a place seem to specialize in seafood and the seafood is blah blah(nasty), definitely nothing to tell anyone about. And they also charge a 19% gratuity on top of it. I never left a bad review but this place, for food is definitely a bad review. Wish i never viewed the menu & ate from there! Wish I didn’t have to put a one star review!

Excellent spirit in this place. My Mom and I sat and had lunch at the bar. She got a burger and I got a fried fish sandwich. Both were great. The service was quick and super friendly – this was our first time(we’re from Baltimore) but it felt like we were regulars. Will recommend to others visiting AC.

Great food with parking lot! We randomly chose this place because it had a closed of parking lot and from inside the bar we could check on the car from the security cameras. Safety is a plus for me and I felt safe. Anyways the food was absolutely delicious. We ordered the famous crab pizza and the ½ award winning ribs with crabs . We will definitely come back again!!!

Great food and service. Friendly atmosphere from the start. Pork w spinach sandwich is outstanding ! The S Philly chicken wrap is excellent. We have been here for seafood dinners too, which are equally good.

Oh boy, what happened to the near bar in Atlantic city? What happened to my fav spicy shrimp. It’s still on the menu but it’s just not as good. Clams in white sauce, mussels in red sauce. Not that feat anymore. Please bring back the original recipes. Very quiet now and closes early. Remember the $ 10 lobster? Not there either. New bartenders, new servers. Not the same. :( Crab pizza, the only item on the menu I can still relate to

Food was fantastic. Service was so so. I tried the bisque after reading other reviews and it was definitely worth it. My husband and I both had the ribs which fell of the bone. Possibly the best texture ever, could use more sauce thou. Overall would recommend. Pros– delicious food Cons– everything is an add on, although we were surprised to receive bread with our meal. no drink refills. No kids meal. No take out.

Happy hour across the street from the Courtyard Marriott. Enjoyed a bucket of rolling rock for $ 10, but skipped the $ 2 Coors Light drafts(good value if you, unlike I, enjoy Coors Light) and a tasty crab balls appetizer. Tanya made my wife a Cosmo for $ 8that filled the glass, and saved the rest for a modest refill from the shaker cap. Nostalgic photos on the bar wall of bygone times in AC, big screen TV for sports and cozy local vibe. Really nice happy hour with some nice drink and food options.

Went here randomly on a Friday. We parked across the street in the lot. We were a bit nervous because there was no ticket to take. But when we crossed the street into the restaurant an employee was sitting there and he sis he watches the cars. Not sure if it’s for safety or to make sure no one else who isn’t coming to the restaurant is using their lot. Regardless, thought that was a nice touch. We just sat at s the bar. I had some Pinot Grigio and they actually had a decent selection. Although it’s probably more of a beer/liquor place. Pretty big on the inside. I had the crabcakes which were surprisingly good! Not much filler, all crab! Petty big portion also. Came with a baked potato. My aunt had a pizza which was decent. Staff was friendly, service was great. I wouldn’t def go back!

I had an above average experience here. Food was more expansive than what I would expect but this is Atlantic City so I it goes with the neighborhood. I ordered ribs and they were nothing special. Otherwise good service, okay food, and pretty good drinks. What really makes this place stand out from other bars is the decorations and the fact that they play hockey and basketball instead of the common football that you get everywhere else.

A number locals recommended thus place. It was PACKED on Monday night. I’ve seen the reviews, pro and con — I fall in between. I think it’s a good alternative to the very pricey Italian places in the casinos. I still think the bit pricey for what you get. Word of caution: Don’t order the pizza — the crust is a store bought cardboard abortion. However, the bread was good, the clam appetizer was good, and The ribs were killer. Cocktails were generous and well-made–(martinis). Everybody seemed to enjoy their entrées pretty well… It was not cheap, but it was a good alternative to the Outrageous prices in the casino restaurant options. All in all, I’d recommend a visit if you’re in Atlantic City. It’s a friendly place, decent service, and a widely varied menu with«Paisano» written all over it.

I’m a huge seafood fan and I don’t get easily impressed by seafood. I’ve never had crab cakes like the jumbo crab cakes they had. I cannot express how perfect they were. From the taste, to the size, to the texture and the mixture of ingredients they added to them. They cost $ 24 and came with a rack of fries and salad, it was worth every single penny. The waitress was very polite, didn’t come to our 2 person table much but went to her other 5 – 6 people table a lot more often. The young host was not very welcoming but the older host was. Id definitely go again if I ever came back to atlantic city !
