I’ve been here for 2 hours and still don’t have my food. This is probably going to take me awhile to write, but I’m sure I’ll finish before the food even comes. My entire table is playing Survivor to ration the last crumbs of bread that are now stale from how long we’ve been waiting. My ribs can be seen through my shirt and I am trying to bite the flesh off my finger to survive. Resources are low. Currently, I nervously skim the table for any source of calories to keep my heart beating. I see salt, pepper, and lemons. I bite into a lemon and pucker at the acid burning my throat. It’s the only thing keeping me alive. I am about to order a pizza to be delivered to our table so we can ration food as we persevere through our starvation. Please, donate to a charitable cause and help my table sustain satiety.

Terrible experience, don’t come here!!! Food was mediocre at best and took 2 hours to arrive — lukewarm. Manager Al was rude and dismissive. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

The Twenties Restaurant is a hidden gem waiting to be discovered. The Restaurant is located within the newly renovated Claridge Hotel off of Atlantic City’s boardwalk. The restaurant has a storied history going back to the Roaring Twenties era and served such legends over the years as Marilyn Monroe, Nucky Johnson, Princes Grace of Monaco, John F. Kennedy and Frank Sinatra. My Mom and I dined there for breakfast on a recent Sunday and were surprised to find we were the only diners there that morning. Do AC visitors and locals know about this place? It has history, ocean views, delicious food, and great service. What more can one want? Sandra was our Waitress and she was very lovely and accommodating. Hopefully this spot is still open during our next visit. We didn’t have the opportunity to try lunch or dinner or a drink at the bar but the menus all look great and the views from the restaurant and the bar area are beautiful. Definitely check it out!

This place was downright terrible. Do yourself a favor and do not come here. The drinks were under poured and each drink at our table of ten were poured at different levels. That should’ve been our warning. The food came out and it was edible, at least some of it. My salad was drenched in dressing and soggy. Others at the table were varying degrees of temperature and there were multiples of certain things which were all served differently. The gnocchi was the table favorite. It was actually good. Did I mention it took an hour and a half for our food to even arrive? Overall, the gratuity was outrageous and for luke warm, barely edible food the checks were beyond unreasonable. Just do yourself and all your friends a favor and AVOID!

It’s been 5 years since I had a meal this delicious and memorable. The calamari was soft and kit rubbery at all both myself and my 9 year old loved it! He usually refuses to eat anything new! I had the double rib lamb chops, which were amazing with a delicious sauce(glaze) on the side. The staff at this restaurant is also very affable and accommodated all food allergies. Playlist: Sinatra. et al old awesome Italian music. Amazing chef!!! Kudos!!! Yum! Highly recommend!
