We take our shih tzu to Pups Unlimited for grooming. Our shih tzu doesn’t shed so we need to take him every 4 – 6 weeks. The girls are very friendly. They listen to what we want. There were a couple of occasions where we didn’t think our dogs face was trimmed enough etc. This is all a matter of prefrence. The girls were more than happy to take him back in without taking it personal. They do a great job at making us feel welcome.

I love this place I took my wire fox terrier here for a face trim and a brush. He came out beautiful! The lady there who groomed him was so sweet and listen to what I wanted.

I have nothing but good things to say about pups unlimited. They introduced me to my little shih tzu and I’m in love. Pups Unlimited made the process incredibly easy to adopt my new pal– who is healthy (double checked by a vet), well behaved and just an overall joy in my house. Everyone was friendly and knowledgable. I was also pleasantly surprised at the amount of supplies they sold on site. I went home well prepared. I would highly recommend this business.

My little fur baby goes to the groomer at this awesome place. He has been going for over a year and every time he gets groomed, he looks fantastic! The girls do a wonderful job and their attention to detail is remarkable! I will never go any where else with my pup!

Beware! I went here once looking for a pup. When I asked questions about the puppies’ origins, I got a run around. They would not answer my questions other than to say the breeders were «friends» of theirs. They would not give other details, but they were from a state far away according to their paperwork. These pups are from puppy mills. I left quickly!

We use Pups Unlimited for dog-sitting, boarding, grooming, and to purchase various supplies and accessories. Charlene and company take great care of our dog, and treat her like family. She loves spending time there. I am never concerned about her when she’s there, and it is really worth the peace of mind. They also do a great job with grooming, and in general, they have become my go-to people on all things dog-related.

Two monthly ago, we bought our bichon frise puppy Kirby from Pups Unlimited. We are so happy with him! He has a great personality and is wonderful with our kids. We bought our Cavalier King Charles (almost) 2 years ago. I have all positives to say about Pups Unlimited. They do ‘dog sitting’ for those who buy their puppies there — we’ve used it so many times that they know Charlie by name whenever he walks in. Charlie loves going there and is always sad to come home. Their grooming services are also good. Highly recommend.

I recently purchased a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel from Pups Unlimited and had an incredible experience. My pup exhibits the key personality traits of the breed and is absolutely stunning. Charlene (the breeder) has checked up with me since my purchase to confirm the puppy is in good health. The location is clean and the business appears to be well-run.
The pup was expensive ($ 1500), but the comfort of purchasing a puppy that had parents with clean bills of health made the expense acceptable. Pups discounted the cost of my puppy because he has an «outie» that a veterinarian will have to fix with a few stitches, should I choose to do so.
