Courteous, efficient and effective. He answered his calls and arrived within two hours. We called him after work when we discovered the hot house. Big pro is he’s dogs friendly, one of our is a bit young/​wild. Also service charge was the lowest I was given when I was calling around. It was a simple fix and I am more than thankful he came out and looked at it. Call this number and you most likely won’t be disappointed!

Found Crane Heating and Cooling on the internet when I was trying to find someone who could replace a gas furnace during the holidays and during an extreme cold spell. We had no heat in our Folsom house and the old unit was not worth repairing. Jon returned my initial call promptly and purchased a new unit on a Friday afternnoon so it could be installed at our house over the weekend. By Sunday afternoon I had heat in the house and the old unit had been hauled away. He and his partner, Jay, were on time and answered all my questions. They made sure the new system was running correctly before they left. His price, which was much less than the large H&A firms, also included a one-​year maintenance agreement and he will check my AC unit next summer, even though that was not switched out. I would highly recommend Crane.

Called Jon on July 5^th after we returned from camping to find out AC dead. He came out within 2 hours and 1 more hour later we had a cold house! Very nice and professional. Do not hesitate to call him! Prompt, reliable, clean, honest and reasonable.
