Facino Heating And Air

It was time to have the heating and air system inspected and tuned. My wife had found an add for an inexpensive inspection from another place who shall not be named (but it sounds like Brawny). They did the bargain inspection and gave us an estimate which included cleaning the evaporator, replacing the blower wheel and cleaning the blower assembly. All told they wanted nearly $ 900. Time for an second opinion!
I contacted Bruce at Facino Heating And Air, Inc. Bruce was able to come out that Monday to give us an inspection and his estimate. Bruce gave a very thorough inspection which included pictures of the pieces in question and complete explanation of the current condition and some options. We opted for the evaporator cleaning, blower cleaning, furnace and a/​c maintenance. As it happened, the blower wheel did not need immediate replacement, but some good maintenance did the trick. Huge savings!!! Ding, ding, ding! The final bill, including the original inspection was just over $ 500!

Bruce is THE​BOMB​.COM!!! I asked him to get on my vendor list at work (property management) after being referred to by a personal friend and he is nothing short of amazing! Bruce is the BEST! After having a large well known HVAC company come out and tell us we needed a complete new system we had Bruce come out for a second opinion (really just hoping he could beat the price of his competitor). Bruce came the very next day and did a full inspection. It turned out that the previous repair made had our unit running good and there was no need to replace it. Bruce could have easily told us we needed a new unit as well to make a sale but he didn’t. We truly appreciate his honesty! That is very hard to find these days!

So impressed with his service and honestly. Bruce is professional very thorough in his inspection and gives before and after pictures while his explains the issues. I would highly recommend him to everyone. We will only use him to service our system. Thank you
