Nastyass hotel… the worst Days inn ive ever seen !! …we left our rooms… wouldnt refund due to prepaid Expedia booking .went to the Days inn on 84^th st .100times better ! i cant believe how ghetto this hotel is. old dingy crap rooms… carpets thrashed. .heater made a horrible racket. .next to a ghetto casino. .people all over the parking lot… just a bad vibe. guy at the front desk was polite but i refuse to stay in a crackhead hotel.

Wow, where to begin? On the plus side, check in was easy and the front desk employee was helpful and pleasant. And that’s where it ended. Upon opening the door to our room, we were assaulted by the reek of cigarette smoke. When I set my bag on the bed, I noticed burn holes in the blanket. (So much for non-​smoking room.) After this surprise, I walked towards the sink and bathroom. Large hole in the wall next to the hair dryer. Pealing paint on the bathroom door. Decided I needed more lights on and needed to plug in my phone charger. Most of the lamps had loose bulbs, shades, and sockets. The plug behind the night stand had no cover over it and the plugin was loose. Not sure how this place ever passed a safety inspection. Needless to say I would not recommend this place. Spend a few more bucks and stay somewhere that doesn’t look like a crack hotel.

I’ve been a guest here for 5 out of 7 days so far, and I’m pretty much pleased with the accommodations. Initially, the check-​in process was challenging due to a cancelled reservation (by Days Inn), and pre-​auth/​app. codes (my bank), BUT … the front desk person «DAVE,» was a great help! He was willing to do what he could to figure things out, and to get me checked into my room. Thanks, Dave!
The rooms leave alot to be desired, with outdated furniture, HVAC units needing replacements, and carpet in dire need of shampooing. The breakfast bar is decent.

but should have checked the reviews first. The carpet was torn, the drapes hung funny since they were missing hooks and there were holes in the wall paper. The room had a funky odor to it and the toilet needed the bolts tightened down. The sink faucet was also loose and moved over an inch when you tried to turn the water on. The handrails looked unsafe as some of the spindles were not even attached to the stair.
The location is not in a great part of town and one side has a small airport and the other side has a casino with a live band on Friday and Saturday night.
The bathroom was so small that I lost my balance while trying to open the door and fell backwards into the tub hitting my head on the tile soap holder.
The pool and hot tub were closed due to «maintenance issues». I think they just didn’t want to heat them as both actually looked clean. The ice machine on the first floor was broken and the front desk clerk was very rude to me about my having a dog. The dog is a miniature schnauzer and the desk clerk quite rudely asked «what is it a pitbull or a German Shepherd?» (This while the dog was on a leash standing next to me. What an idiot.)
They gave us the second night free because of all the things I complained about to them, but I still wish I had paid more and gone somewhere else.

This is by far the worst experience we’ve had at a hotel. We arrived at 2pm as thats what
states is check in. Worker said our room was not ready until 3pm. The hotel said check in is at 3pm however it was not posted in their lobby. Pool was out of order and ‘should be ready by tomorrow’. Thats was they kepy telling us over and over. We stayed there for 5nights and only 1 worker finally told us what is really going on with the pool. The city revoked their pool permit. So we didnt get to enjoy the pool during our stay. On our first night at about midnight we heard someone opening our door. Found out it was the front desk worker. She demanded to see our IDs and asked if we checked in while she was fighting with my husband in pushing the room door. We told her we ain’t giving her anything and will meet her in the front. My husband went to the lobby and she met up with him saying our paperwork was placed in wrong folder. I dont know why she didnt call the room first rather than intruding us that late at night. They ran out of spray for the waffles. Instead of buying pam spray they put oil in a container with a napkin for us to drip on waffle maker. Room carpet was dirty. After walking barefoot in hotel our feet were black from dirt. The room door interior was dirty as well. Front desk workers were rude. They need to stop lying to customers about the pool. Pay a couple extra dollars and find a different hotel that you will enjoy.

Do not stay here, it is not worth the money (which is already cheap). I was told when I checked in to give them a credit card for a $ 50 damage deposit for the room and they told me it would not be charged to the card unless there are damages. My credit card was charged for a $ 50 sale and it was never returned. My hotel booking was completely paid for in full in a separate transaction, so it is not a part of the booking, I was straight up charged an extra $ 50 for no reason. I only slept in the bed there and definitely didn’t do any damage to the room I literally didn’t even use the bathroom. Its now 2 ½ months later and I still haven’t received a refund for the $ 50 I shouldn’t have been charged. I called the front desk and they told me it looks like it was returned to my card on their end — trust me It’s not. I have quadruple checked my credit card statement to make sure. I now am going through the process of fighting the charge through my credit card company and it is a real pain in the butt to deal with all this. On top of being overcharged, the area surrounding the hotel is not very nice and I did not feel very safe staying here. If anyone from this hotel can just simply refund my $ 50 I would really appreciate that.

Oh my. Goodness gracious alive! How in the world have I gotten two filthy hotel rooms consecutively? There was urine all over the toilet the baseboards were ripped to shreds and the room reeked. Come one Wyndam inspect your hotels. I am above and beyond pissed. 2 hotels in a row?

Stayed 6.26.2015, paid $ 124 with taxes for a room with a king bed. Pool is nice, bed was comfortable, and air conditioning worked well, but room felt dirty — in need of good deep clean. Furnishing are dated, which is ok and would be comfortable if it were clean.

Quoted one price and charged higher: watch your bill!
Sold out night and the front desk had 2 people on staff in the morning with a total of 3 days experience!
Save the grief and stay somewhere else.

i stayed here this past weekend for one night while attending the Highland Games in Enumclaw. The hotel is old and in definite need of refurbishing. From what I can tell, there are quite a few long term residents.
When I arrived and walked into the lobby there was no one at the desk and the phone was ringing. I stood there and waited for about 10 minutes until someone arrived and answered the phone that had been ringing the entire time. When she got off the phone she told me «I’ll be right with you» and left for another 5 minutes! I should’ve left right then and there but i had a prepaid reservation. The person helping me had a little trouble managing to work with her 4 inch long fake fingernails. Finally got check in and went to my room.
My first impression was «ICK get me out of here». The non-​smoking room reeked of cigarette smoke. I think this was mostly due to the age of the place and that smell is just soaked into the walls and carpet. Speaking of the carpet. it was absolutely filthy with a couple big stains. I didn’t want to walk barefoot so I wore my white socks the whole time and they were black by the time I left. I even wore my socks to bed in case I had to get up in the middle of the night.
The bedspread had a stain on it as well. I really have trouble understanding why someone would even use a bedspread with a stain on it.
On the good side… The bathroom was clean and for being at the end of an airstrip it was pretty quiet.
I wont stay at this place again or recommend anyone else stay here. Leave it to the long term residents who seem to overtake hotels in this area of town.
Oh just FYI; when I checked out I mentioned to the clerk that the carpet was really dirty she said they’ve had trouble with the housekeeping staff and the longest anyone has been there is 4 days…

The price makes up for any annoyances. The two employees I came in to contact with were courteous and accommodating. The room and bathroom were commercially clean as expected. No complaints. My only concern worth voicing would be about the location or our placement in the building. We arrived late and went directly to our room which was next to the office. I had no idea there was a pool on the other side of the building. (maybe it is quiet on that side?) However, the street side was alive all night. People yammering on continuously along with sounds from the busy street. Though noisy, it never felt unsafe. As I said, this having to do with location more than anything.

Good price, pet friendly, and clean. I think It’s great that my room backs up onto a small airport runway and I get to watch the planes come and go, but I could see how the sound of the propellers could bug some people.

I have stayed her two times. One was back in 2008 and the most recent stay was beginning of 2012 when we had power outage due to snow storm.
The review is based on my last stay. It is going down hill. Bathroom dearly needs to be renovated, and carpet needs to be replaced (a few sticky spots and one big black stain).

My grandma, boyfriend, bestfriend, and I stayed here this summer. The bathroom was THE smallest thing ever. But they had a nice pool and hot tub area, but when I went to ask the front desk for extra towels, they told me that we got the towels in the hotel room, and if we wanted more, basically «too bad». But this hotel is in a place where you can get to many things. The Iron Hourse Casino is right in front. As well as a Taco Bell, 3 gas stations, Applebees, Albertsons, and BB McGraws. They also had fast, free wifi.

Nice and relaxing and gr8t breakfast in the morning.
