Who hasn’t eaten at Denny’s? It seems they are all across the country but one this bad is for the books. I’m a partner in our construction company and meet Clients here often to get breakfast before heading up the hill to our projects where there are no restaurants and fast food doesn’t exist. Today was no different than any other but the 3 of us were 1 of 4 tables with 2 serves. That being sad we shouldn’t have had any problems, right? Oh no, it took us 23 minutes to get the other girl who wasn’t our waitress to order just drinks. The busser brought our drinks improper to service touching the rims etc. then we had to flag the same girl down to order our meals because we all knew what we wanted before ordering drinks. Our food showed up at different times and we didn’t have silver wear and for that matter not a single table in the restaurant have not one single set so my friend went and grabbed some for us. Should he be getting a tip for all the work helping us out? My father not only didn’t get any butter on his toast but they took it back claiming to make new and just put butter on cold burnt toast which looked horrible and he didn’t touch it. They also forgot his side of 2 extra pieces of bacon. What could go wrong did and it was too much. One of the people in my party took our drinks to refill them himself because we got no refills & thank goodness he asked for the bill at ordering time or who knows how much longer we would be stuck there when we slotted 1.5 hours before our 1pm appointment elsewhere. It’s time to find another place up here in the rural area to each brunch before talking business.

Came here to eat on our way home from Reno There was 7 of us so they cleaned a table for us Sara was our server she was amazing even thou she was busy she went out of her way to get our order in quickly and grabbed our drinks and soups the food came out fairly quickly and she always kept our drinks full overall a great experience

Suzi was a delight! We came at 11PM and the food was decent, it’s the only restaurant we could find that was open so that’s a plus!

Absolutely filthy. Cigarette butts and trash on ground as you enter restaurant. Dirty napkin on floor after we entered. Trash under most of tables. Hostess stand littered with receipts toothpicks, and a crayon. Coffee cup served with caked food on it. I saw the hostess wipe her nose on her hand and then take clean forks out of the clean silverware and proceed to put them on clean tables. No paper towels in bathroom. This place looks as if there is no manager or owner in sight. Absolutely horrendous conditions. One family left before their order could be taken. Not sure why we didn’t leave as well. We will never come back

Worst service and food EVER @ Auburn Revine, Auburn CA location. Slow slow slow service — wasn’t even that busy, both of our skilletsite were made incorrect — literally forgot ½ of the ingredients. Never brought my husband’s drink, no refills for my son and I. Oh and don’t forget that a non-Dennys employee brought us our food(or if he was an employee, he was dressed very dirty and sloppy). He was sweeping floors and bussing tables when we arrived. Complaint emailed to corporate offices.

I Just finish my meal. It was worst food ever! We pass by in our way to Reno. Not recommend at all. Food is not fresh. My skillet was just warn up not as usual. Not sugar!!! No kids meal!!! No honey!!! OMG!!! I was impress that they have bathrooms!!! Since they didn’t have anything! The bathroom are gross! Dirty, dirty and as soon as they saw us Latino the waitress ask if we speak English!!! What do you think?

probably the worst experience eating at a restaurant — period. everything was wrong — the service was bad. no refills on the drinks, the manager was in the kitchen barking orders at everyone working there, getting frustrated. they ran out of milk, mozzarella sticks, seasoned fries. it took an hour to get the food, and never mind the check — i had to go to the counter to pay, without reviewing the bill to check for mistakes. i ordered the spicy sriracha burger, which is advertised as a sriracha seasoned hand pressed patty. the best i got was a creamy sriracha spread placed on the burger, but the burger itself didn’t have any sriracha flavor, missing the bacon. i ordered the regular fries with a side of onion rings, only got the onion rings. the waitresses were almost nowhere to be found. overall, what should have been a 30 or 40 minute dining experience was closer to 2 hours. find another dennys or go somewhere else.

Do not come here. By far is the worst restaurant experience i ever had. My coffee mug had lipstick When the waitress brought it. Then whe she replace it. coffe tasted like bitter water. Service is rude and not knowledgeable. Didn’t bring enough silverware. Kids menu were missing two items paid for pancakes without bacon or sausage in the jr. Slam. But was charged for the slam. Way to manythings wrong to write. They never brough straws for the drinks. Impossible to catch a waitress once you are seated. Service took over one hr. I saw two clients just left and i was about to follow. But unfortunately i didn’t. Don’t waste your money here. The owner or manager need to start taking business seriously.

Rhonda provided the best experience I have ever had at any restaurant location. She listened to my requests and went out of her way to make my meal special. When returning to Dennys, I only want her to help me. She is the best thing to ever happen ever. Rhonda for president. Make her the store manager. She is the best waitress ever.

Went to this Denny’s on Veterans Day and they were very busy. The staff was very friendly and tried the best they could to get everybody in a timely manner. Food was perfect. Restaurant was clean. I see this chain restaurant has found a complaint box online — Unilocal.Yelpers don’t review chain restaurants even if the experience was perfect. Hipsters…

Food was very good, but the service was atrocious. Our server was Mallory who we later found out was the manager. We sat there waiting for our food for at least 20 minutes while other tables who arrived after we ordered finished their meals and left. She never checked on us and never gave us our bill. Then my pushover of a husband went and tipped her 15 percent, which totally burned my ass.

Entire restaurant is basically empty, so far 30 mins gone by… still no drinks, no service. Everyone is just standing around talking to each other. Really sad. Very disappointing

Do. Not. Come. Here. Go to the Taco Bell across the street! The quality of service was terrible. I have never been so frustrated with a waiter, even having worked in food service myself. I tried to be patient with the guy(didn’t catch his name, a Caucasian male with blonde hair). I came with a party of 7. That’s a lot, and we understand if it takes a while to get our food out. The problem is — if you write down the orders properly, there should be very little room for error. I’m not sure what happened with this guy but 4⁄7 orders were wrong and we waited a full hour before ANY food came out(even 1 milkshake). Best part? Halfway through the«meal», while fixing our orders that came out wrong, our server frustratingly says, «My manager is just going to take over from here.» What right does he have to be frustrated? He gave vegetarians meat… And didn’t understand why we would be upset. Thankfully the head manager was much more accommodating and understood our frustrations. 20% off the bill. How did this guy make manager? An hour for a milkshake? 3 couples and 2 families came and left while we were there. That puts us past understanding.

2 Stars because the table was clean… not sticky… and the bathrooms are clean. The food was not very good for something as uncomplicated as breakfast. My breakfast, hashbrowns where under cooked, scrambled eggs ok, biscuits and gravy was just bad. Biscuits under cooked and doughy while the gravy was just bland. Wife’s breakfast just the opposite, hash browns over cooked to the point of being burnt, bacon was cooked but was paper thin, eggs again ok. sausage ok. What they need the most work on is service. Employees are courteous. While we had been seated immediately we did not have our order taken for almost 15 minutes after waving down a server. We did get our original beverage orders but they asked if wanted refills after that which we replied yes and they never came back. Will not be stopping there again.

Last night I went to this Denny’s with some friends because nothing else was open but the only waiter was way too preoccupied with cleaning to notice we came in. He passed by us two or three times before stopping and staring at us with this«can I help you?» expression. Uh, we’re here to eat. Does it look like we’re here for something else? After we were seated(by way of him gesturing in the general direction of some empty tables) he didn’t come back for nearly 10 minutes and then just walked up to our table and stated at us again. I assumed that meant we were supposed to order so when we did I told him what we wanted to drink as well because he hadn’t asked by this point. With three cooks in the kitchen I would have thought that food would be ready fairly quickly but it took almost 20 minutes to get our food and we were the only ones who ordered anything since we came in. The food was alright but the waiter didn’t stop by our table again unless we made it obvious we needed something. Basically, the waiter was a creep and barely spoke two words to us(and I know he could talk because he was chatty with the other customers) while trying very hard to avoid us.

My girlfriend and I stopped off for brunch here and it waa somewhat mediocre. Our waiter, Mikey did a decent job however the chefs were way behind. Our waiter asked for a certain dish multiple times before finally getting it after a looong wait. Mikey was good. The chefs weren’t. The food we received was good however. There’s a chance I’d come here again if I was driving through the area like today but overall, mediocre m thanks Mikey for make our experts a bit better.

I should have read the reviews before I came. There is something wrong about this Dennys and they need to close this location soon. The food was eatable, not bad but not good. The atmosphere is just plain weird. The are low wattage lights everywhere and the place is dark which leads to a dreary feeling. I guess I am a little spoiled as there is a great Dennys in Mission Viejo that I frequent. It is bright, clean with good breakfast and excellent service. It is always crowded and you fell full and in a good mood after eating there. But this one. The waitress never came by and asked me if I wanted another cup of coffee. The pancakes were way under cooked on one side and the hash browns were just a warmed up pile from what the cook had prepared for the morning. I mean how hard can it be to make fresh hash browns? There are only 8 customers here on a Friday morning! Just pass this one by and go to the next one. I eaten at the one on Sunrise in Roseville and I recall it as being good. Hopefully this one will be boarded up and a new one will be opened up in Auburn.
