McDonald’s

Slow drive thru. Couldn’t understand what the girl was saying thru the microphone. Order was wrong. Terrible. The simplest job and they can’t do that right. Of course you deserve $ 15 an hour. Try doing your job and getting my order right. Horrible restaurant.

I have been through the drive thru, as well as a lot of my co-​workers, & friends who work down the street, (Boeing, & Fletchers) to find it CLOSED. Of course there is no signage or no one answers the drive thru mic/​speaker to tell you, that they are closed. Wondering if they know how to say closed in English. We have sat there anywhere from 5 – 8 min. waiting to be helped, and nothing. My time is valuable too. I realize that they run their tills around 4 am, but so does the Jack in the Box a few miles away and they still take orders and serve you.
Mc Donald’s advertises open 24 hrs., but that is NOT TRUE AT THIS LOCATION.
We all AVOID THIS Mc DONALD’S, and go to the Jack in the Box, at least you can have your breakfast before work.

Hands down worst Mcdonald’s I have ever been to. Worst customer service, time waiting for food, got our order wrong several times, and outdated gift cards that didn’t work. They didn’t have any new functioning gift cards either. The worst part? The manager was the one who took the order! So if you can’t count on the manager, she can’t do her job right, then that explains why the place is going down the tubes. I know she was thin with long black hair in a ponytail and glasses. I don’t remember her name but I realize her appearance describes a lot of people. Seriously, her attitude sucked, she was snotty, and she didn’t make things right. She was incapable. It was around lunch time on a Saturday. Corporate needs to get rid of her because clearly she can’t handle the crowds and she can’t do anything correctly. I will NEVER go there again.

Stopped with my family for coke and bottled waters. Stood there for about 20 mins before anyone even acknowledged us. There were approximately 10 people behind us, yet the four people behind the counter kept working on the drive through without greeting any of the people waiting in the lobby. Placed our order, and asked for the key to the bathroom because the stall doors were locked. The girl at the front desk looked at me like I had three heads but didn’t provide a key. Don’t bother stopping here. Terrible customer service!

Short review based on two items: A small vanilla ice cream cone and a large coffee.
What I liked:
–Coffee is really solid at McDonald’s. In my opinion, McDonald’s drip far outclasses Starbucks drips because it doesn’t taste (intentionally) burnt. $ 1 for a large coffee is an excellent value if you’re not brewing your own.
–The ice cream cone hits the spot if you’re looking for cheap soft serve. Again, $ 1 is great and the vanilla is immediately comparable to Dairy Queen’s. 170 calories, 4.5g fat, some small amount of protein, and a whole mess of carbs if you care about that sort of thing.
–Ice cream cone wrapper peeled off the cone without leaving that annoying sticky residue which is greatly appreciated because I for one don’t enjoy eating paper with my ice cream cone.
–My ice cream was free due to an error. Can’t beat free and nice of McDonald’s to give it up instead of tossing it.
–Quick service w/​a smile.
What I didn’t like:
–No chocolate ice cream. McDonald’s will never replace DQ in my life until they can master the swirl cone.
–No alternative options for sugar outside of Splenda. I prefer Truvia — sweetener snob. Also, no option for milk instead of creamer.
–The coffee wasn’t free. You can only get so lucky.
–Seeing the McRib advertised. That’s a nasty sandwich, come on McDonald’s.
Would I eat here again? For coffee, absolutely. For free ice cream? You know it. For most other things on the menu? Eh, probably not outside of the odd french fry/​McNugget craving.

Are you kidding me. Okay, I love McDonald’s but we live near this Supermall McDonald’s and who wants to drive 20 minutes away when you have one 10 minutes away. So, my order was simple and Supermall McDonald’s here was not busy at the time I came up. First my wait on my 4 drinks was 16 minutes. Ummm, I personally think they just forgot about me, not uncommon with this family at this Supermall McDonald’s. Now this has happened to our family of 5 now 3x’s. I have requested 3– small regular size hot cocoa’s and 1-​large Latte and 1– Large extra, extra peppermint and extra, extra chocolate syrup to make it very Chocolaty and such. My request for that 1– Large extra, extra peppermint and extra, extra chocolate is of course totally wrong EVERY freaking time. What I get is a peppermint coffee! Seriously, 3x’s! So hubby and I complain about the 16 minute wait & issues on wrong drink and we are told sorry, Black Friday is their excuse (again, not busy when we got there and while ordering and waiting… we were forgotten), they did offer to replace drink, (I really want my special hot cocoa) but I’m home now & because I want it so bad I now have to drive back to get it replaced… Ugh! Oh and the best response from Alma (manager) is to go ahead and take it up with corporate. Managers at this Supermall McDonald’s seriously gives this Supermall McDonald’s a bad reputation and they seriously need MANY hours of customer service training and proper training on how to properly train their workers at the supermall McDonald’s on reading orders and how to make the food and drinks right.

Just tried going through the drive-​thru here… There’s signage that’s says open 24 Hours and I’ve been here before at this time… I sat by the speaker to order and nothing… So I drove up to the windows and a woman mouthed «we’re closed» through the closed window… There was a few other cars trying to order too but didn’t get any response either.
If they were closed for something, they could’ve at least put up signs on the ordering screens so we didn’t sit there like idiots.

Alert! BUY ONE GET ONE FREE McGriddle Breakfast sandwich for a limited time only! I believe it is only at this location and the specials are dependent on the owner/​manager of each McD’s!

Easty access in the Supermall parking lot. Got a vanful of girl’s $ 1 sundae’s and they were all happy with them. Had to ask 3 times for «nuts» and the guy just looked at me like I was «nuts» — finally someone else gave them to us.
