At Ruby Tuesday’s urging, I did contact them privately via the e-mail address that they provided. Ruby Tuesday provided no explanation for the continually decreasing portion size of the crab cakes. They had no explanation for not contacting me as a result of my survey form, even though I did ask for an email response. And there was no urging of me to return to perhaps try a different entrée that might appeal to me, and would be of a reasonable portion size.

Really slow service. 50 minutes to wait for a lunch order is not acceptable. And this place is freezing! Waitress has been avoiding eye contact with us and didn’t speak with us until we called her over to ask for an update.

I had a good time, and my food was good. The server was very responsive and made sure my drink was filled all the time. The only reason I did not give this place five stars is because my friend did not have as good of an experience when we went together… They messed up on her food, and then at the end, they charged a drink she did not order on her bill! She was quite upset. But, I had a personally had a good time.

I tend to come during off times so I have very attentive waitstaff. I always receive my steak perfectly done here and have never had any complaints. I am ecstatic that they now carry turkey burgers on the menu. My only complaint is that their to go service is no longer carside– you actually have to go in to the bar, and that’s where I usually get ignored. I don’t typically order to go so not a huge problem.

Our first time at Ruby Tuesdays. Great atmosphere, excellent service and the best prepared steak I have had anywhere. All-in-all, an extremely enjoyable experience.

This is probably my favorite Ruby Tuesdays out of the 6 or so I have tried. The staff is very friendly and the female bar tenders treat their customers like royalty. The food, drinks and staff are all big reasons why I come back here when I visit family.
