I am very disappointed with the service I got from this place. We ordered 4 footlong sandwich & the person that made our sandwich had no smile in her face and seem bothered that she has to make 4 sandwich. Not even made effort to made an effort to make a decent sandwich. It was a very uncomfortable experience. I figure I would rather go to other sandwich place down the street next time with this kind of service.

I don’t expect much from places like subway, but this subway almost made me stop going to them. They just through the sandwiches together with no care on how they looked. The meats were hanging out from the sandwich and the sauce were so wildly throne onto the sandwich, that the sandwiches were soggy when I got home. I also ordered a salad and they just threw all the ingredients together in the bowl without chopping it up. I had to request them to do so, unlike the other subway that’s near to my house. I won’t be going back to this subway again and if the subway near my house starts doing this also, I’ll stop going to Subway altogether

I don’t know what kind of training goes on here, but when I went in there the other day it felt as if training was non existent. The first mess up my sandwich maker put the wrong sauce on. Okay, people make mistakes, whatevs. Then the sandwich maker puts cheese on my sandwich AFTER she toasted if the first time. Her solution? Toast that sumbitch again. And guess what? When you toast bread twice, it burns. So I ate a sandwich that was burnt. This place sucks. My life sucks. Never eat here

Seems like chain restaurants on Unilocal only get complaints. Before I went in, I decided this place deserves a compliment. I only saw one fly and there was a problem with the POS. Employees were nice. Food was to subway standards.

I went in to grab a quick sandwich, and there were flies buzzing over the meat. I let the young lady behind the counter know it had actually landed on some of the food. She said people dont really order that anyway. WTH and didn’t feel the need to throw it out. This place is gross don’t eat here. You guys are lucky I can’t give 0 stars.

The owner is out of control. She makes up laws to increase prices on her subs and claims that all Subways are doing it now. I go to the Subway down the street and get a $ 5 footlong for $ 5. When I go to this Subway which is a few miles from my place I get a $ 5 footlong(untoasted) and it comes out to be almost $ 6… She even claims that she does $ 5 footlongs as there are ads posted in her shop about $ 5 footlongs. She claims that she has to tax all foods and that all subways have to do so. That is a lie. She claims that the price of all $ 5 footlongs have been raised to $ 5.25 across all Subways. Another lie.

I come here often and it’s always good service! Employees do a great job of making a point to remember regular customers sandwiches. I feel very welcomed every time I come here. Excellent food, great service, clean establishment.

This subway is always busy! The location is great. There is usually parking close. Even though they are usually packed, I have never had to wait too long for service. I always get what I call the vegan special. It’s basically a veggie delight on Italian with no condiments but added avocado(used as a condiment on the bread). The vegetables are always fresh and the avocado is always perfect. The prices are very affordable. For a 6″ with a small drink its only $ 4 right now. A great deal for a veggie packed sandwich. They also have a wide variety of chip options. The staff is hit and miss. They have some great employees and then others seem like its torture to be there. It’s one of my favorite locations though and I have no doubt I will be there many times in the future.

Service is mediocre. Food is typical Subway but all Subways seem to have instituted a make it in 30 seconds or it’s free rule. I’d rather wait 20 more seconds and have the ingredients inside the bread.

So I ordered through the online order site for a 3ft sub so that I could feed my friends and family that help with the big move. I got a confirmation and printed it out for pick up at 11:30, but since we were all running a few minutes late, decided to call at 5 till that time to let them know I would be about 10 minutes late, but they stated they never received my order. I guess it’s a good thing I called then or I would have been waiting there while they scrambled to get something together. Also, they were never really apologetic about it either. They weren’t rude or nothing and offered to make a party platter right away, but it turns out the party platter was almost 10 dollars more than the 3 ft sub, and the 3 ft sub feed more people because I purchased one for a move several years ago and it feed more than the party platter did this time. I even sent an email to Subway about it, but never heard back! I don’t normally eat at Subway very often anyway, but after this, I really won’t eat here, nor use any Subway for catering again. What’s point of ordering online if it doesn’t work!!!
