Super Jump Party Zone

Highly disappointed in this place. Came before and it was decent so decided to have my kids bday party here last weekend. Biggest waste of money, the bounce room was decent but once you get into the small (and i mean small) party food room it gets ridiculous. They FAIL to mention water is $ 1 a bottle but when getting drinks and a customer is simply like can I just do a case of water, few boxes of juices and 2 – 2 liter sodas, you would THINK knowing water is a dollar a bottle someone would mention you’re about to spend $ 24 dollars on a case. There should be a discounted price for a case and 45 mins is NOT enough to get through food, cake and presents… especially being a little rushed out. When I was handed a $ 50 tab for drinks alone I was furious. I will never come back here or have another birthday and I suggest you don’t book a birthday party there either. The cost is absolutely ridiculous.

If I was able to give zero stars I would. If you don’t mind rude staff then this might suit you or your kiddos.
When you come inside it’s pretty spacious. There is carpet area with chairs for the parents. The slides and bounce house are ok nothing special. There is tables outside the carpet area which I thought were okay for snacks and drinks.
Apparently not. My poor friends daughter spilled her drink and was crying, while my friend was trying to clean up; the rude manager came up and muttered at this poor girl this is why we don’t have food here. We tried to talk to the staff and ask why he was so rude. She just laughed it off. I’m glad I checked this place out before booking my sons birthday party. Because what’s a birthday party with no food allowed ?!

It’s not a bad place for kids to release some energy! The only downside is that it’s small, not much bounce houses. I’d come back though.

Fun place to have our toddlers come play to have and tire out them. Have to give a star off because their policy for no outside food and drink is odd when they sell drinks on site and have picnic tables of the side outside of the carpet area that you could clearly eat and drink like it was meant for that very purpose. Make eat easier on parents to eat with their children and the go back and play. I also saw them being in outside pizza take to the very tables I’m talking about so yeah really odd policy when you have picnic tables inside.

It’s a great way for kids to run off some energy. I felt very comfortable bringing my kids here as well because of the amount of adult supervision there. Their staff is very conscious of the kids safety and very attentive. Super Jump Zone has earned themselves regulars

Staff was friendly enough. I was more disappointed they charge full price for my 19 month old to play there and she can only go onto 1 bounce house. So I won’t be taking the little one there again. For 8.00 and only able to use 1 bounce house is a little pricey. I don’t mind paying that much for my older child bc she was able to utillize all the bounce houses and slides. She had fun. Just be aware there is Not much activities for little ones.

We love this place! But they are closed on Tuesdays, I didn’t realize that until I got there today since the Unilocal hours stated they were open ! Regardless, still giving it 5 stars!

We had my daughters birthday here today. Everything went exactly as planned thanks to our awesome hostess, Mikaela!
The place was easy to get to. There was more than enough parking. The bathrooms were clean. The playroom was clean and cool. The jumpers were all in very good condition.
Mikaela, our hostess, was very attentive and nice. She kept the party rolling and kept track of time. She was very good with the kids. If we ever have a party there again. I am going to try and ask for her.
Thanks for making my daughters day filled with fun! Will definitely come back!

My son really enjoys this place. We usually come here for open play. The last time we were there, my son was probably the youngest child playing. He’s pretty brave, but as it is when playing in the same place as older children, they tend to not notice the little guys. At one point, there were probably seven or so children in the bounce house, and I noticed one of the staff members went over to monitor. This happened again later, and as a parent of a little one, I appreciate their attentiveness.
I also appreciate the rule that bouncing is reserved for children. Perhaps an area for family, including adults would be nice, but I like the idea of kids-​only.
We will continue to play here!

The staff here weren’t as friendly & I couldn’t jump around with my kid like I could at the one in BD.

I think it has potential to be a 5 star place but I don’t think it’s there yet. My daughter loved it. I think $ 7.50 for 90 mins is not bad, but I personally don’t enjoy too many places where I’m timed. Socks are required, just FYI. Anyway, it’s a good place to take the kids to wear themselves out.

Our first time here. My toddler loved it. The place is big with lots of bouncy areas. Has game area and pary rooms. Price wasn’t bad. I think it was $ 7 per child. We’ll be back!

Found a great Groupon deal that was $ 9 for 90 minutes of Open Play for 2 kids. Score!!! Best way to let the kids burn off energy. A regular session is $ 7.50 per child (+tax) for 90 mins. They have a few big slides a big bouncy house. They also have a bungee bounce station which looks awesome — we’ll try that next time. The bungee bounce is $ 7.50 per person (+tax) and you get 3 — 2 min sessions. You can combine the bungee with open play for 2 hours for $ 10.50+tax. This building is located across the street from the Outlet Collection (Supermall). I think I’ve found my new favorite place to take the kids when I’m babysitting :-)
