Super Jump Party Zone

This place did NOT clean up vomit properly.
We had one child vomit on the floor, and the only thing the staff did to clean up was to wipe it with just a paper towel.
No bleach, nor any kind of disinfectant was used to clean it up.
This is alarming because:
1. this place is for kids
2. kids and babies are most susceptible to getting sick
3. this place SHOULD know how to properly clean, especially human waste, to prevent kids and people from getting sick
The child may have thrown up from eating too much, but might have been sick from a bacteria or virus.
Either way, they should have cleaned it to prevent others from getting sick.
This place is dangerous.
Would highly recommend throwing a birthday party somewhere else.

Best place for birthday parties. All the jump houses are just for you and they make your party an ease!

Visited this place for a kids birthday party, and had an overall positive experience. Your kids will have a blast. Large bouncy toys engineer entertainment for the little ones for the whole 2 – 3 hours. All the while being supervised by employees so parents can really just hang out and chill for awhile. Also, when doing presents the workers keep names of gifts and who there from so you can send «thank you» notes letter. Pretty clever, yet extremely helpful concept. The place is pretty clean and, again, it’s definitely worth your buck. The only thing I thing that would be worth adding is just something for parents to do if they don’t want to just sit and talk for a couple of hours. Maybe some free-​wifi (which they didn’t have) or something just so they can get some work done, or anything really that’s not either talking or going crazy bored watching kids run around. I don’t know, just a thought :) I would recommend!

This place used to be at the Supermall. We used to frequent the place back then. This new location is much better. It is clean and tidy and the staff is good. It seems a bit more cramped in the individual party rooms though. A bit hard to find at night but we got there.

Great place to celebrate a child’s birthday!
We reserved the Sumner location last weekend for my son’s 6^th birthday. Everyone had a great time, both kids and adults! All the employees were super friendly and helpful. A few of our guests said they had been similar places for birthdays, and this was the best so far. I would def recommend them for birthdays, and we will be back!
