As a fan of Rock music I was expecting this to be a real treat. I went in on a Saturday and was immediately seated the place wasnt bustThough that is about the peak of the experience. The queso dip was served cold and congealed the mozz bread had a significant lack of mozz and didn’t come until after my pizza. My drink was refilled about three times in 1 and a half hours. The wait staff was friendly and I enjoyed the atmosphere but that doesn’t make up for eveything else.

Went to dinner here and my sandwich was moldy. The server was great and they didn’t charge me for the meal, but I ended up getting pretty ill later in the night. My husband ordered a sandwich also and his came out fine, but I would definitely be aware of what you order and check your food if you go here.

Called in an order to go, a large pizza and the free mozzarella bread that comes from checking in. Lady said it was going to take 20 – 25 minutes for it to be ready to pick up. Got their in that time frame, and sat for another 30 minutes waiting for our pizza and breadsticks to come out. Waiting almost an hour for any pizza is too long. Average pizza at best.

This restaurant has a few good food items and not very good service. I have went a couple of times and will never dine in again. I do like a couple of dishes but the service was really bad. My family decided to get together. We were compensated by them giving us bread. Very poor effort on their part to make good.
My Husband and I had a drink in the bar and waited until everybody else arrived, we were then escorted to a table in the dining area. We were not even asked if we wanted water or drinks. In fact we were not approached at all. 45 minutes went by and I finally I got up asked if we were going to be served at all. Their excuses were that no one knew who’s table we belonged too. This is strictly a place for the rowdy kind of people. The music is so loud you can’t hear your friend who is sitting right across the table from you. I would not recommend this place to anyone.. At least to Dine in…

Not a bad place to get pizza and drinks. The pizza is pretty good and salads as well. It’s a little bit overpriced for the amount of pizza you get and drinks are a little expensive too. Gets pretty busy at this location and staff can forget about you at times making you wonder if I am ever gonna get another beer.

My favorite Pizza in the Seattle area! Brown sugar and cheese was surprisingly amazing! I had about 3 varieties of pizza. my favorite was the pesto, white sauce, chicken, and sun dried tomatoes. I think is was called California Dreaming or something like that. We also had some of the spicy boneless wings. Those were good as well.

I wish I could say this place is amazing, but I can’t. More than once I’ve waited way too long to be served or even have my order taken after I’ve been seated.
I’ve had to get the manager involved more than once with my dining experiences. The staff seems to be a little snobby and doesn’t seem to care that you don’t have your food or a fresh drink.
I will say some of their specialty drinks have some kick to them. Love a bucket on a hot day.

We’ve been to the one in Tacoma and weren’t sure if this was related or not. Doesn’t matter, their pizza is wonderful. I always get one that comes with pesto instead of tomato sauce, sorry I don’t like red sauce on my pizza. The crust is so good and the toppings are in just the right amount. So often you feel like they are skimping, this place doesn’t. Makes me realize that we really need to go more often to the one near where we live.

We have come here many times and have had always great service and some of the best pizza in town.
Yesterday’s adventure to the Rock was no different. It was quite busy, but we got seated in a adequate amount of time. Cam our server was great!
We also used the Unilocal free mozzarella bread for just checking in. It was quite tasty as well. yum yum free is always good!

Went at lunch time with four guys from work. There was one other table of folks there. We waited excessively for drink order… then drinks and so on. It was not crowded just a very nonchalant attitude. The AC was blasting and we all had to wear coats and asked if they could turn it down but never did. The pizza was tasty in a comfort food way.

This is the worst customer service we have ever received anywhere. PERIOD. This location has literally gone to s*it. Service was terrible, and our table was not approached for over 10 minutes after our arrival, and it was not very busy. We had to go get our own waitress (Valerie) who was too busy flirting with a nearby table for our entire experience to even serve us. Turns out those men had bad service also and did not tip her (She made that very clear and was very unprofessional.) Our food was not what we wanted, and the «Queso Dip» was rock hard and disgusting. We are never returning and we are letting everyone know about our ruined evening and waste of 2 hours just for dinner!

Came here with girls for lunch. We ordered a Classic Rock pizza to split, Shattered nachos, a Bloody Mary and one of the bucket drinks.
The pizza was SO good!!! One of the best I’ve had, perfect, cheesy with just the right amount of sauce and toppings. The nachos were huge and were delicious as well.
The Bloody Mary was really good and the bucket drink was huuuge! We split one with 4 girls and still could barely finish. It came in a cute sand bucket with a shovel.
It’s a perfect place to come with friends and they have tvs everywhere so it would be a good place to come catch a game.
I wish I could remember the waitresses name, she was so sweet and nice and really made our meal enjoyable!
Lucky for me it’s 5 min from my house so I’ll def be coming back!

Love this place. Definitely a kid friendly place. Their bad to the bone pizza is ahhhhmazing
Their macaroni and cheese isn’t just some kraft macaroni and cheese. It’s actually cheese sauce and it just looks n tastes amazing. The waitresses there are always in a good mood and aren’t to hard to find if we did need something. Me and my family have ate here at least 3 times and we will definitely be coming back.

Went to this rock because it was closet to where I live. The whole time I felt they were trying to rush my family and I out the restaurant. We got there and it didn’t seem that busy when they sat is in the front area. Now I understand that yes, your food might burn due to the fact that it is being cooked by fire wood. But every single piece of food? Besides the fries we ordered. The Margherita pizza was sub-par and the bucket I ordered was over filling not with alcohol, but with ice. Way too much ice. Overall I didn’t like my service there not one bit, yet I ended up tipping the waitress cause I am a kind person.

I had a pulled pork sandwich that was supposed to come with sweet potato fries. I had to ask for the fries because they brought regular fries. The sandwich had a huge brioche roll but the portions of meat and slaw inside were very small. There was a big piece of fatty gristle in my small portion that never should have made it out of the kitchen. My party was never asked if we wanted to order beverages after we all requested water. I was the one who organized the outing and chose the restaurant. I won’t choose this Rock again.
Also, I was sad to see that the Bacon Spinach salad was no longer on the menu.
