The pharmacist was completely rude! My employer had made a 1100 AM for me. I arrived on time and waited 40 minutes to see the pharmacist. She told me that my employer had never made an appt even though the tech acknowledged the appt when I got there at 1100. She started yelling and screaming at me that there was no appt, even though the tech had found the appt in their computer.
She wanted me to wait another 90 minutes! It was just for a simple shot… lame
They were moderately busy but there is no reason to behave like that.

The pharmacy department is the WORST! The staff are rude, unprofessional, and incompetent. This will be my second time having to go back because they keep NOT giving me my inhaler spacer!

I gave them 5 stars because of the customer service! They are the only drive through pharmacy around which is vital for a mom of 4. However, it is not any faster in the drive through, you still have to wait your turn and pharmacies that are accurate and careful you get the care you need, take a little longer. Worth the wait in price as well. I’m not a fan of the Walgreen photo center, it’s the standard fast print. Not as clear but if you need something quick its easy to order online or via app. App works well for pharmacy too. I have even had help in their makeup department above and beyond.

This is the worst walgreens I have ever felt with. I am taking long term meds and have never had a problem until I came to this ho dunk place. The tech was a jerk and was rude– treating me like I was a junkie when I am just a 2 times cancer survivor. Get you act together for Petes sake. Auburn needs a combo lock on the bathroom doors?! Serious?! This place sucks.

This store is really nice because it is practically brand new! The isles are stocked full every time I am there, and the isles seem to be placed in a strategic order and marked well so that things are easier to find.
The beauty section here is HUGE! They even carry jewelry, a huge selection of designer brand perfumes and colognes, and even a huge selection of knock off replicated scents. I have been here a handful of time and have seen several different checkers and each of them have been helpful and nice. Each time I am seen browsing through the many choices in the beauty section I am approached by and employee that lets me know that I can check out in the beauty department without any wait.
Their selection of grocery items and even freezer food is adequate. I love their «as seen on TV» isle, their seasonal isle that always has great sales and discounts, and their designer travel size section for hair products.

100% opposite of previous review, I had those same issues at a different Pharmacy (Kmart in Grass Valley, two thumbs down) Icontacted my doctor to have my perscription sent to wallgreens, faxed my insurance info to wallgreens. I went in four hours later, no line, to find my Doctor had not sent in my perscription. The pharmasist stoped, called Kmart to get my perscription form them, prcessaed my insurance information and filled my perscription. Having never been there before was gone within 25 minutes. All smiles, THANK YOU!!!

Worst pharmacy! Can’t ever get through when calling in a prescription (they just keep kicking my call back to the main menu). Every time I go to pick up a prescription I end up having to stand in line for a minimum of 15 min but usually 30+ min. They always seem to be understaffed and I always go back trying to give them another chance which fails miserably. Horrible service and more than half of the people working the pharmacy counter are rude and lack people skills. Most of the staff doesn’t know what they’re talking about and have misinformed me multiple times when I asked about getting a prescription which was out of stock. And DON’T go through the drive thru… you’ll be there forever. Looks like I’ll continue to drive down to Roseville to use the Walgreens pharmacy on foothills blvd.

A small, but well stocked Walgreens. Plenty of friendly and patient employees that treated my elderly Grandmother with the utmost respect.
Seems to me they specialize in the elderly demographic by the amount of home care furniture available as well as a well stocked Diabetes isle.
