Walmart Supercenter

After the failure of the customer service from the Covjngton Walmart came here. I noticed one of the storage totes that I was buying was damaged and they brought up a replacement so I wouldn’t have to go and get it myself. Much better customer service that at the Covington location
Covington Walmart needs to take some lessons from this Walmart and help customers instead of making them wait for almost half and hour before dealing with them.
Auburn Walmart = Yes
Covington Walmart = No

Poor customer service and messy! Very busy and under staffed. I only go to this Wal-​Mart is I absolutely have too… I will go to federal way or Bonney lake before I go here again. Parking lot was a disaster, carts everywhere! !!! Ugh and workers that don’t care! Pathetic! The only reason for 3 stars is I have had about that many good experiences! Lol

Went Christmas shopping here; what a waste of my time. Very long lines, with only a few checkers. So while the management knew it was Christmas, they were either unable or unwilling to staff for it. The staff that I had questions for had limited knowledge of the items they sell; and in fact a limited knowledge of even what they carry.
I know that there are good deals to be had for everyday life. And I appreciate them employing many who might not be able to hold down a job elsewhere. But I won’t waste my time when looking for electronics, toys, etc. in the future.

I want to buy airbed queen sofa. But there is no pump included there. I wanted to buy a pump for this sofa-​bed. So I ask 3 persons to help me and no one can help me. Last one said go to the website and look. If I want to buy it online, I can find it online and don’t need any advice. There is a worst staff of all the Walmart. So I don’t buy this sofa and goin’ to another Walmart unhappy. 1 star for taking my time for nothing !!!

It’s a really nice Walmart. On the other hand the Walmart security undercover whatever the fuck you want to call it. She fails she followed me and my friend around the whole and gave herself up. The best part was that I wasn’t even taking anything. Your undo is lame. Hire someone who actually used to steal because those people will catch all The people that actually steel!

Its decent for a walmart. Stuff is easy to find. But getting to the Walmart off the freeway is a pain in the @ss. And getting back on the highway is a pain as well.

OK, have to give my disclaimer. I hate Walmarts. I hate them. I hate their cheap goods and the rich Waltons paying low wages to their employees, blah, blah, blah. But, that aside, my spouse LOVES Walmart, so that’s where we shop for groceries. Big sigh…
This Walmart is relatively new (about 5 or 6 years old, I think). It’s kept up relatively nicely. The bathrooms are kept relatively clean. They do offer limited organic produce. There is a wide selection of groceries and health and beauty items. I can’t say much for the clothing. Blech. But, otherwise, it’s pretty good. They usually don’t have horribly long lines like some Walmarts. Overall, I would say pretty good.

Pharmacy was great Security was doing there job, but sadly they were following my husband and I and I felt up set because they were being assholes, as if I was going to steal I purchased everything «You shall not steal.» The cashier was friendly The greeter was cool,

Horrible service. Horrible dumb employees, I had just got up at 6am to get teeth pulled. Went here to get medicine and had to wait. No problem, so I looked around the makeup and I’m just killing time. The lady, jenn I think, was following me. Ok whatever, her job I get it. But then she goes and tells like 5 employees, manager I’d get. This dumb birch goes and has all these dumb rednecks looking at me cause I’m in my pjs, waiting on medicine for my puffy face. Any other day they smile in my kids face. So I go to leave and wait in my car and the little Asian guy stops me, I was livid. They had the nerve to ask to see in my purse, I opened it and cursed him out because I was in shock they had the nerve. I shop there daily.

Love Wal-​Mart supercenter they are amazing! They always have everything I need. They have my favorite buffalo wings that I love.
