Well, sonic is sonic: your drive-in fast food burger joint! You know you’re in for fast-food when you’re coming here. Burger comes wrapped neatly in the foil so that you don’t need to worry much about getting your hands dirty, and the tots are crispy! The only complaint I have is that they serve shakes with abnormally thin straws. You practically suck until you’re blue in the face. They really need to upgrade straw diameters to ones similar to the ones used in bubble tea cafes.

Service was fast considering how packed it was tonight and the number of drunk idiots trying to order. Staff very nice. Shakes are always really delicious. The food is typical fast food fare but still pretty good. Ched ‘R’ Peppers are always good.

Cheap fast food. The food is okay… I usually don’t get anything but corn dogs or hot dogs because the other food has made me feel sick in the past. Their drinks are AMAZING… They can make anything you want, and prices are great!

As I sit here slurping my strawberry slush, I can’t help but to comment on the disorganization in this place. No one seems to know what in the world is going on around here. My boyfriend and I came over to grab a snack, and with no one In the parking lot waiting for orders, and one vehicle already at the window before we even pulled in to the shopping center, we figured it would be a quick drive through… WRONG. We promptly placed our order at the drive thru speaker, for a med strawberry slush, and a LARGE Reese’s blast, with extra peanut butter cups. After waiting nearly 7 minutes behind the vehicle that was ALREADY at the window prior to our arrival, we are greeted by a less than clued in young lady who asks for a total completely different from the total declared to us upon ordering. After a moments look of dazed confusion, she then reads the order off of the receipt AGAIN, the order we told her wasn’t ours. After we get that all cleared up, that No, that’s still not our order, she proceeds to scramble through a stack of receipts and reading the orders off to us(even though we had reiterated our order twice now). FINALLY she finds our order and we pay. Now, we are delivered a medium strawberry slush, and a MEDIUM blast, even though it has now been stated about 1200 times that the order was for a large blast. She says, «oh, I rung you up for the medium». Okay, well, can I have a large PLEASE!!! she takes the medium and had it dumped into a large cup and puts just a little more ice cream on top and finds this«acceptable». At this point, riddled with frustration we decide that it’s a losing battle and any more interaction or conversation with this young lady would be pure torture, but WAIT!!! You didn’t give us straws or a spoon, now we have to stare you down through the window before you take a moment or six to realize that ‘hey, something must be wrong’. Finally able to pull away and attempt to enjoy a less than enjoyable snack. Don’t know that I’ll be back.

Burritos: 10⁄10 Mozzarella sticks: 10⁄10 Corn Dog 10⁄10 Customer service: 1⁄10 We arrived at 8:53 believing the establishment opened at 8:00. A gentleman came out and shook his head saying they opened at 9. Only seven minutes? Who wouldn’t wait seven minutes for some Sonic? We decided on our order and waited until 9:05 because the employees seemed a bit disorganized. We pressed the button and were informed that they«open at 9:00.» When I said it was 9:05, he informed me that it was 8:49 in the store.(Someone should get that twilight zone stuff sorted out). He further informed us that it was«our watch» that was the problem.(When two phones say 9:05, as well as a watch, I’m inclined to believe it is 9:05). We used our waiting time to call Sonic’s corporate customer care line; the woman there informed me that the information we received regarding the store system’s ability to process orders was incorrect, apologized, and filed a report. At this point we decided to go to the drive through. I was amazed when our food came out and appeared correct. I should have known better: drinks were filled 2⁄3 of the way, mozzarella sticks came with 5 instead of the 6 we ordered(and paid for), tots were unsalted, and no condiments were included. This is the first disappointing experience I have had with Sonic. Thankfully this location was a pit stop and not in my community.

Yea baby!!! The best Chili Cheese all beef hotdogs! I love the happy hour the drinks are half price! The hotdog buns are steamed and soft fluffy. Ok I’m going to stop because I’m not driving there right now, and I’m trying to lose some weight. Lol

December 21, 201311:26PM. While waiting at drive through window for my order I noticed a female employee rinse out a styrofoam sonic cup. I inform Jimmy(name tag) who was working the drive through window of what I saw, he said that the owner makes them recycle cups that they use and if they don’t recycle the cups they are charged 10 cents out of their pockets. This was my first time to sonics I will never go back to any sonics again this is a unsafe/unsanitary practice which can lead to sickness and death, what else are they recycling? What else are they doing with our food behind our back? I’m going to explore my options to have this place investigated something has to be done…

So last weekend the Hubs and I took a random trip from NYC out to Philly. We got a couple tickets to the Phillies game and spent the day exploring. And what better way to end a fantastic day than to stop off at Sonic(our first trip everrrr)! + Ten minute drive from Citizens Bank Park(Phillies!) + Open til midnight or laterrrrrr. Which is always awesome. The Chick-fil-a next door closed at 10. To make sure we got the full experience– we opted to pull up, park and order. + There are at least 16 or so drive in spots and a drive-thru. — But all of the cars in the lot couldn’t reach the speakers. Are they supposed to? Even folks in the drive-thru were getting out of their cars to walk up to the speaker. Ordering is easy. Press the red button and wait for a response, which at 10:30pm only took a few seconds. +/-Payment is easy enough… credit card machine hooked up to the menu board. But can customers pay cash if they park/order? + Food delivery was very quick. It took about 2 minutes for our food to be brought out. And the gal was totally on roller-blades. + When we asked for some extra mustard/ketchup it arrived in less than a minute. + When he came out he told us to «have a super sonic night» and then«be careful cause your taste buds might explode.» So he obviously gets a + for making us laugh. We spent about $ 10 and happily ate the following: + Golden crispy tots(medium order) + Juicy crispy chicken sandwich +/-Pretzel Hot Dog(nice pretzel bun, but small dog). +/-A couple super thick milkshakes.(So good!) + Half-price milkshakes after 8pm. And they really do have 25 flavors to try. Overall our trip to Sonic was pretty awesome. Food & service were both great. It was worth the detour and should I ever go to a Phillies game again– I’ll definitely be back to this location. Oh! And in case you were wondering… the bathrooms are actually really clean! ++ bonus points for that!

My first time at this location was at night right before closing. Since they were closing I got what was left over on the grill. Everything was cold, burger, fries, and tots. My second trip, except for the lady in the drive-thru who had no idea what she wanted and asked a ton of questions, the experience was much better. The food was warm and sloppy like a Sonic burger should. Now I have eaten at better Sonics in Edison and Howell NJ, but since this is the one in the area it will do.

There weren’t any Sonic around this area until recently. Sonic is better than a lot of the normal fast food options. I like that they serve breakfast all day, the sonic burger is better than other fast food(except 5 guys). Like that you get tater tots instead of fries.

Got two hot dogs, fries, apple slices and two drinks for $ 9. We ordered at a pull-up window, reviewed the menu and had our order promptly delivered to the car. The server was well prepared and very nice. The hot dogs were carefully packaged and tasty all beef. Fries were fresh and hot and a little on the salty side(but I like that). They do have bathrooms, but didn’t use them. Unlike many fast food places, this meal didn’t give me a bellyache. The only negative is the location, which is sandwiched behind a Chick-Fil-A and a strip mall. But hey, you’re eating in your car, what kind of a view were you expecting? Get it to go and eat at a park if you want ambiance.
