This is the second time i have been to this location, ordered then paid, and stood around waiting for my order and never get it. Last time it was resolved politely but today was a VERY different experience. The«manager» I’m assuming walked over and didn’t say a word to me then asked the girl behind the counter(which was just cought in the crossfire, she didn’t take my order) why i wanted my money back, poor thing froze and i could tell she was nervous, and the manager didn’t ask me what was wrong or anything just kind of ignored me and handed me the money and walked away. I have been f&b for 12 years(not fast food) but this ruined just getting a couple of scoops of ice cream on a Sunday afternoon with my daughter. Will NOT be going back here– dq is up the street as well as multiple froyo places

I. walked in and I waited for 5 min. Before anyone even acknowledged me. Bad customer service. Not a smile in sight.
