This location has one employee that consistently serves quality food. Rodsheda is her name. I only wish she could be at work every single day as she was not there when the below issues occurred. There was an instance some time ago when the location ran out of bread 2 hours before closing which is the most ridiculous thing ever for a sub shop. Then today, I was given a sub that was so hard, you’d think it had been toasted! I took it back and requested a new one. The employee fixed the new sandwich and put about 5 pickle slices on it. I asked for more pickles and was promptly met with a «there’s a charge for extra pickles» comment. To which I responded, «I have the money. Go ahead and add more pickles.» She wrapped the sandwich and proceeded to ring up the 42 cents for the«extra» pickles. I don’t have any qualms about paying for extra stuff. But under the circumstances it shouldn’t have been an issue to the employee. She did not offer an apology for the«brick bread» that I was served but was fast to ask me for 42 cents for 5 more pickle slices. I spent more than 42 cents in gas driving back to the store to return the hard sandwich that should have never made it into my wrapper in the first place. Perhaps I should have walked in with a cash register to ring up a bill for the«extra» inconvenience I suffered having to drive all the way back there! Customer service is truly a dying art.
