We just came home with our sandwiches that we ordered online. There sandwiches have gotten so worse, there was basically nothing in there. I ordered extra sprouts and there weren’t even enough for regular amount. They missed two toppings and they never cut them in half. They should hire staff that can actually read their order slip. My husband and I used to go there twice a week. Now I would say, AVOIDGOINGTHERE.

This is one of my favorite spots to get lunch or dinner. I’m a huge fan of the Veggie on wheat. It has the best avocado spread. The cookies are great too. I used to have them deliver to my home, but I’ve moved and they are not outside my radius. So now, I call in and pick up. However, when I was a delivery customer the drivers got to my home quickly. I’ve never waited more than 15 minutes even during the busiest times.

Went here for lunch today. Yes as they advertise, the food is freaky fast. The bad thing is that the sandwich i had tasted like it was made freaky fast. I ordered the Italian sub. The meats tasted good but it was missing the good Italian dressing flavor. No comparison with the Italian suns at gisseppis. Tables were kinda small and too cold inside. All in all, I would still eat there again just try different sandwich next time.

First time eating here. On a low carb diet so I decided to try the unwich(any sub wrapped in lettuce minus the bread). Mister and I had the gargantuan so it was full of meat. They made it just like I asked, extra mayo, oil and vinegar and hot peppers for Mister. We ordered it to go but I found the staff friendly and funny. They seemed to enjoy their job and their customers. That Unwich was to die for. I’ll definitely be back.

Ever since college, I have loved the quick service and delicious subs from Jimmy John’s. For people with a short lunch break, Jimmy John’s is the place to go. This Jimmy John’s in particular is great because of their customer service. The people at the front counter have always been courteous to me and have never messed up my order. In fact, they’ve always repeated it back to me to make sure they got it right. Plus the staff keeps this establishment very clean and tidy. As for the food itself, it is always made to order right in front of you. Jimmy John’s doesn’t hide any part of the sandwich-making process from you. You can see what’s going into your food and who’s handling it. This means, of course, that the sandwiches are very fresh and, because Jimmy John’s has such quick turnover, the ingredients aren’t left out for a long time. I love the taste of the sandwiches and the fact that you can customize them or just order them as they come. The only downside to this Jimmy John’s is that they can be a bit heavy on the sauce. If you get oil, vinegar, mustard, or mayo, you should ask for a light amount so that your sandwich is not drenched in juices.

Girl at counter yelling out my order couldn’t let me get my order out before yelling my order on and left off my ingredients and was acting like I was causing problems by wanting my sandwich made to order… this is my first and last visit

First time trying Jimmy Johns. The food was good… they are SUPER fast. But their customer service is a little meh. We were greeted with«we don’t want none» You don’t want none what? Of my money? THat’s ok… I should have taken it right back to Jersey Mike’s where we usually go. We stayed and gave it a try. The food is really good and their chips are excellent… that was really their saving grace. Maybe I’m getting old… but omg was it loud in there!

Slightly disappointed. I bought the tuna sub. Bland. My sandwich on the previous visit was good though.

It amazes me how fast this place is. Look at the menu for a second, step up and make your order, and by the time you get your wallet back in your pants your sub has magically appeared before you. You may sit there and wonder if your sub has been made correctly and want to check it but I can assure you my sub has been made right each and every time. The bread is made fresh daily, its obvious the veggies they use are fresh and they don’t try and skimp on anything like other places do. I like their bread and I just noticed that they have a sign that stats you can buy their day old bread for $ 0.47. If you want to make a quick stop for a great sub this is the place you need to go.

After living in Augusta for a few years, I still felt like an outsider because I never tried Jimmy John’s. There was a lot of hype behind them and, quite honestly, it does not live up go it. Yes, Jimmy Johns is amazing. Compared to Subway or Quiznos. Prices are comparable. Product quality and serving size is certainly better. I still say Firehouse Subs makes the meanest sandwich of all the chains. Jimmy Johns is just convenient because they deliver. And they deliver FAST — big plus there! Their selection lacks a bit, though. Where’s the bacon? Apparently, JJ’s is purelt about cokd sandwiches. No biggy. Their staff leaves something to be desired. I enjoy the easy online ordering. So, if you want a quick fix, go with Jimmy John’s. Just temper expectations. This is certainly a place that offers quantity over quality.

Clean restaurant, clean bathrooms, nice staff, delicious sandwiches. My order of #12 Beach Club(ez mayo, ez sauce(oil + vinegar), no lettuce, extra sprouts, add hot peppers, and cut in half) was not messed up(as it has at some other JJ’s). Hands down my favorite subs. You’ll never go back to Firehouse or Subway, I guarantee it.

This place is just what Augusta needed in that spot. The sandwiches are great and the service is excellent. I’ve eaten here at least 4 times in the last week just because it’s so convenient. I would recommended the porker. Ham, bacon, lettuce, and tomato. Can’t beat it.

Normally, I wouldn’t bother writing a review since Jimmy John’s is a chain, but JJ is new to Augusta and I figured I’d spread the word. If you’re not familiar, the sandwiches are delicious– far better than Subway, on par with Publix. My personal favorite is the beach club, which is turkey, lettuce, sprouts, cucumbers, and avocado. Avocado always = WIN. Or if that’s too healthy, the menu has plenty of variety with all kinds of different sandwiches and even some wraps. Also, props to this Jimmy John’s for their super quick service even on their second day open. Seriously– in and out in 5 minutes.(yes, I know, what she said)
