A place was high tech, very futuristic look, but service was super slow. Staff messed up my order, I asked for strawberry banana smoothie, I got a caramel Frappé instead, I have lactose intolerance, saw an old lady sipping on my smoothie., I just went over and gave her the Frappé. Not a whole lot of ppl in the restaurant.
I also wanted to sit and eat, but they instead gave me a bag, I never got a replacement for my smoothie, and hell, will I order another one.
I ain’t coming back here.

Must have been different staff from the reviewer above but I got some poor service. Took a while to get the food when I’m literally the only person there. Half of the drinks were out, no straws out, asked me for here or to go then they give me a to go bag anyways. Just seems the staff were now very coordinated or lazy.

Grovetown, GA
After three visits, I found this McDonald’s to be the fastest, cleanest, and friendliest in the area. It is a newer McDonald’s having been built within the past year.
